What I loved most was that the coffee flavor was still very noticeable. The milk and cream didn't overwhelm the coffee, and their house-made syrup tasted natural rather than artificial. We've been to other coffee shops where there's literally coffee grounds sitting at the bottom of the cup , so I was very happy to see none of that here. There is also no restroom (you have to use the public one outside), so coming alone to study isn't ideal for when duty calls. There is also a sign for NO outside drinks, foods, desserts, etc. I was there from ~11am to ~3pm. I'd say the atmosphere was louder than I'd like (lots of people talking very loudly throughout my time there), and the music playing was more upbeat (making it hard to focus). I always see the new seasonal drinks and menu and get so excited to try them just incase I find a new favorite. Most of them have been a miss sadly :( The fruit lattes and drinks from their seasonal menu usually has actual chunks of fruit in it which makes it hard to drink and you have to chew while drinking a latte ;( not my fave. Overall, poor communication and lack of transparency really ruined the experience. I understand delays happen, but being upfront and managing expectations would have made a huge difference.
