    Meat burrito (given wrong one)
    Diele K.

For a cafe, this location is all ambiance versus a great beverage and food product. I'd prefer to walk to Downtown Disney for Starbucks as its similar price with a better tasting product. The service was friendly, though I did receive the wrong product. I ordered a flat white and received a latte, not really that big of a deal for me. Shrugged it off as my friend said her iced chai was fine, and would just sip while I waited for my breakfast burrito. Sadly, I also received a meat burrito when I ordered just egg & cheese. Thankfully they caught me before I bit in as I try to stay strict to avoiding pork products. Overall, it wasn't the best experience or product. One and done experience for me, and likely return to booking the Disneyland Hotel as I find both the hotel and the coffee shop better.

This was our daily stop when staying at the hotel. Their coffee options were great -- a decent variety for being a smaller spot. I tried a few different things, and recommend asking about their seasonal flavors, as these were definitely some of my favorites! I wish there were so more food options, especially more breakfasty options. I had a chocolate croissant one day, which was fine, but there wasn't much. Not the end of the world since we were headed to the parks each day anyway. The service was good and drinks came out pretty quickly depending on business. It has a nice seating area that I was able to get some work done in, but it got quite full during the early morning rush! Ultimately, as a big Pixar fan, I was sold as soon as I laid my eyes on the fun theming.

I'm writing here to mainly discuss the customer service that I received when I visited the sketchpad café yesterday, April 13, 2026. I ordered two breakfast items and two drinks to go and it was a little bit busy when I went so I didn't mind just waiting there. 30 minutes after And not seeing anybody else that was around me that ordered at the same time, I went up to Tahiti, the cashier, and asked her if I could get a status on the order. It turned out that my order fell to the wayside and I was waiting in vain. After being apologized to a profusely by both Tahiti and Sarah the manager, Sara came by to talk to me and say that she would work out a resolution. I was not really in a rush. It was not a huge deal however I could see where people would be upset by it. Shortly after, my original order came out and it was cooked to perfection. The food is perfectly cooked nicely seasoned and actually a little bit big for a grab and go café. It kept me full for a long time and I really appreciated the fact that this was another option for food inside the hotel. Sarah was excellent and a really great manager of the café. She was so kind and so helpful and I almost wish I was staying a little bit longer just to eat at the location again. Next time I'm at the Pixar Pier Hotel, I will definitely stop by.

I loved how you could make your own coffee. Edible glitter gave it a nice touch. Many options

It was pretty chilly on Friday night and we opted to stop by for some drinks. We stood in line to look over the menu and quickly decided on what we wanted. The cashier wasn't friendly and was definitely ready to go home in which made the interaction a bit awkward. I ordered a small hot London fog tea and my friend ordered a cold hibiscus tea in which she was told that it was no longer available... but it was listed on the menu?... My cousins ordered pastries and my sister had an iced matcha latte. Both drinks ordered were good. My tea was not too sweet and not bitter. It was also the perfect temperature. The pastries were moist and not dry. Tables were clean and there was plenty of seating. Service could've definitely been a lot better, even a smile would've cut it.

Great open lobby coffee shop in Pixar Hotel. Staff is very friendly and efficiently filling orders to get you in and out quickly. Restaurant sports a TV showing Pixar and Disney short videos as well as fantastic sketch art on the walls. Coffee menu is limited, but it sports the standard hot and cold drinks as well as specialty alternative milks (oat, almond, etc). There is a good variety of pastries as well as grab-n-go salads, mix fruit, wraps & pasta salads. Freshly toasted bagels are popular this morning...I'll have to try it next time.

The Sketch Pad Cafe is located in the Pixar Hotel. It is a little hidden gem making it a perfect spot to sit down and relax. It's a nice space with plenty of seating and cute decor. They have pastries and snacks in addition to their drink menu. I ordered a vanilla cold brew. Service was great. My drink was good and gave me just the coffee kick I needed. Check out the sketch pad cafe next time you're at Disney!

Love it here. You can create your own cold brew or order from their expresso bar menu. They were out of cold brew and weren't expecting another shipment in a while. So we ordered a vanilla latte and it was really good! Perfect amount of vanilla flavoring with a good coffee taste. Highly recommend before heading to the parks.

Perfect for a quick morning bite. While the service can sometimes be curt, it is relatively efficient. Solid start to a Disney day!

I sat at the one available table and savored both items. The Biscoff latte was iced, with just enough ice to make it cold. I appreciate that they didn't overdo the ice like most coffee places. The flavor of cookie butter was vivid, sweet, and delicious. The cream top and crumbles of Biscoff added to the visual appeal. The lemon bar was slightly sweet and citrusy, with a tasty thin outer crust, the top of which was sprinkled with powdered sugar. For me, this was a perfect lemon bar in every way. If I lived anywhere near here, this would be a regular stop.

It's not very big, but there were still plenty of open tables which was nice. Everything was clean and parking was easy since it's in a shopping center. I'm looking forward to trying more next time. Deff a decent spot if you're in the area and want something simple and low key.

Overall, Phin Smith gets a 9/10 from me. No issues, tasty coffee, nice bathroom, and quick Wi-Fi!

I thought the whole thing was gross. NorCal's Phin Cafe is way better, along with the other Vietnamese egg/ube/pandan/etc coffee places that have been hype on social media lately (Phin Smith does not have some of these flavors - they're behind!). - Coconut Coffee The marbling is kind of cute, but the flavor is not potent or good enough. We've had plenty of coconut coffees pop up in NorCal and Phin Smith's coffee was meh. It was just missing creaminess, sweetness, coconut flavor, wasn't too strong on the coffee, and had a little extra water/crushed ice dilution. If rating this itself, it'd be average to below average. We had to add their self-serve simple syrup to make it taste better. We usually don't need to add anything when ordering at various places in NorCal because they actually get it right. - Peach Breeze Disgusting, one of the worst beverages that I've ever consumed in my life. It literally just tasted like someone opened canned peaches and added water to it. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING. I also asked for half ice and a majority of the thing was still large ice cubes. I don't drink coffee, but I'm not sure if I would have liked their other drinks on the menu considering their best selling coffee was barely satisfactory. Other than the subpar drinks, the inside had some sticky spots and could use some cleaning with actual cleaning product. Lots of people seemed to be enjoying themselves on their laptop, and I saw a few people buy their coffee bags. I liked how there was a cute motorbike outside and on the logo. I'll also add an extra star for having reasonable prices, so I didn't feel scammed after drinking this horrible concoction.

We gave Coffee & a try, the coffee was excellent and provided just the right caffeine boost we needed. I ordered the Cold Brew Latte, which featured New Orleans cold brew concentrate. I swapped out the agave syrup for honey and chose almond milk for my drink, which cost $6.80. The caffeine hit was perfect, and I really enjoyed the flavor. Next time, I might opt for less milk or just stick with the cold brew and honey for a bolder taste. My friend chose the Brown Sugar Oat Shaken, a delightful mix of double shot espresso, brown sugar, vanilla syrup, shaken with oat milk (iced only), also priced at $6.80. She loved her drink and said it would be her go to choice for future visits. Overall, Coffee & is a fantastic spot for a caffeine fix.

I tried it and although the pandan flavor could be a bit more strong, I actually really liked it. You can taste the pandan but it's very subtle. I know that pandan itself has a very subtle aroma. Even when you have it in Asian desserts, its flavor is usually very faint unless it's the artificial stuff. I would order it again but maybe ask for a little more of the pandan syrup.
