With one of the other shops I have used in the Needham area... getting them to handle any kind of insurance communication ended up in my lap, and then I would constantly have to call to get status updates. With D&D, Mark S was all over the situation. He gave me updates regularly, handled all of the insurance related stuff, and coordinated all the work that involved getting the Lincoln dealership involved. Their work was excellent, and we had quite a bit of work that needed doing.
