After 3 weeks, my car was ready for pick up. However, upon inspection, there were still chips, scratches and visible paint bubbles in the one area they were supposed to fix. I refused to sign off on the car and asked to have the manager call me. After speaking with the manager the following day, they apologized and said they would get it back in the shop and done right. While I was waiting for my vehicle the second time, the business put me in a luxury rental and took less than a week to fix. Upon pick up, my car was detailed and looked brand new. The manager personally walked around my car and again apologized for the error. While this business did not fix my car initially to the expectations we aligned on, they did make it right the second time and that's what matters in my eyes. I really appreciate the transparency and efforts to make up for the mistake and do right by the customer.

My husband was called to pick it up 4 times and 4 times things that had been pointed out over and over again were not done, on the 5th time he got one mile from C&E with the Jeep before the transmission seized because somewhere along the line C&E never checked the transmission or transmission fluid after the Jeep was there due to a front end collision! I'm no mechanic but clearly these guys aren't either. We paid out $1200 more to a jeep dealer to put in a used transmission that C&E clearly caused and refused to pay us back for. Con artists and morons run this business. Get ready to double and triple check any work you have had done by them, they are disgusting! Update 2025: C&E decided to not pay for our rental during the period listed above b/c I gave them a bad review and told the rental place that it was our bill, it went to collections before we even found out. C&E are horrible people whom seem to get away with a lot. Just saying

I brought my 2002 Chevy Silverado in to have some serious body rust repaired, and they did an absolutely spectacular job - I was blown away by the results. The truck looks as good as it did the day it rolled off the assembly line. Daryl is a perfectionist, and it shows in his work - he treats your vehicle like it's his own. The outcome exceeded my expectations by a mile. The most impressive thing... like most people, I had a limited budget. So, Daryl spent a ton of time with us, sharing his expertise and patiently helping us figure out how to make our money go as far as possible - what would be worth it, where we could save a little, and what we could afford to skip. The end result turned out amazing, and the work came in BELOW the estimate. I'm simply blown away by his workmanship. I get the sense that Daryl could have retired years ago, but keeps doing it because of how much pride he takes in his work, and that shows. I'm really grateful. My highest recommendation.

This was an attempt to "snag" the claim, thus leaving me with no choice on who did the repairs! It's a dirty underhanded and sneaky thing to do! My car, my choice! Not exactly a neat and tidy shop. I had damage on one side of my vehicle from being T-boned when I went to pick up my car 1.5 weeks later they thought I would be coming at night, but I showed up around 5 (still light out) they had parked the side that was once damage up against the wall of the building (so i would have trouble inspecting it without moving it). I drove my car into the light and noticed the following. The insurance paid Maisisons to repaint entire bumper, replace wheel, replace and paint door, replace handles, along with a slew of other things. The "new" door had a brand new white scratch in the paint, bubbles in the paint, bumper had been only half painted and masked and painted with a pronounced mask line (you could see it never mind feel it), the rim that was supposed to be replaced or at least buffed it even had overspray on it and hadn't been touched (my car is red, it was pretty obvious), to top it all off the whole paint job had swirls in it. It should have looked like it came from the factory and it was a complete mess!!! They never apologized, they tried to defend themselves for not doing what the insurance company paid them to do. Insurance company had to call them and tell them to fix the work and order the parts they tried to skimp on! These guys will try to pull one over on you if you let them.... AVOID THE HASSLE there are too many body shops to waste your time with this one.

Norm was very nice and joked a bit, which made him very personable. No wait either. Had it fixed the next day. Finally a shop that doesn't take advantage of women with little automotive knowledge.
