Dr Fraley was my PCP for approximately 8 yrs and is a great doctor who cares about his patients and spends the necessary time with them during appts even when they have multiple complicated health issues. My daughter went to the wrong office today and was 13 minutes late after finding the right Rancho office. So they canceled her appointment cause they only hold the appointment for 15 minutes. Ok, but she is 13 minutes late. So they say yeah but we are an hour behind and are going to lunch so we can't see you. If you have a policy don't change the rules on the fly. The appointment was with a practitioner not even Fraley and my daughter is going out of country and just needed a travel shot. Would have taken them 2 minutes and we are paying cash. Time to look for a new doctor. Dr Fraley, you are great but your staff is scaring patients away, teach them some manors that patients are still customers. read more

This office is a joke. For some reason, it takes days to get a simple form filled out. Then when we went to pick it up, it was not filled out correctly. The corrections would have taken two minutes to make, but we had to wait additional days for it to be done. Then Fraley refused to make the needed corrections, saying what he had put on the form was 'sufficient'. And there have been other things. read more

I went to Dr. Fraley (and I use his title loosely) with some concerns regarding hormone balance and thyroid issues. He suggested we take blood tests to see what's going on. About three weeks after the blood test I get them in the mail with a note saying everything looks normal to come back for a visit in six months. My issues were never addressed again by him. I looked at the blood results and with my untrained eye I could see that some levels were off. I went to another physician and had them look at them. Not only did he not order the correct tests to address the imbalance of my hormones but my thyroid test came back low and my white blood count came back low. My new doctor increased my thyroid medicine which in turn stopped the horrible symptoms I was experiencing. Dr. Fraley had no concern for my well being. He brushed me off. And when I called and went to the office to tell them what happened I received nothing but excuses and still Dr. Fraley did not come out to see what my concerns were. Coward. He knew he was wrong. He could have at least apologized. Second. We noticed that what they charged for a visit did not match what the insurance company paid them. We called the billing department and they stated that unless we call them and tell them we are due a refund they won't refund the money. Also on the paper you sign, it states that if there is a refund due it will be applied to your next visit. Well we found out through the billing department that unless you tell the front desk to look it up they won't apply the amount due. I will be calling the better business bureau on this medical office. They are cheats. Who knows how many people have credits and they don't know it. I can't say it enough. I don't recall ever going to a Doctor I did not like, Dr. Fraley is no exception. I really like the fact that Dr. Fraley is much younger than me. All my former Doctors that I've liked so much are either dead or became politicians. I suggest that you always take a printed copy of your drug list with you. For example, if you have eczema, Dr. Fraley has no idea which of the many steroid creams he could prescribe for the condition has the cheapest co-pay for you. If you don't, you may be out-of-pocket, $400 for clobetasol when you could be paying $10 for alclometasone. Dr. Fraley, or his staff, timely respond to any questions I post on their internet patient portal. I've asked, and neither the Myers' cocktail vitamin drip nor medical marijuana prescriptions are available from his practice, but hey, they're probably not covered by your insurance anyway. read more

He misdiagnosed my heart condition not once but twice, left me to worry about it for more than 2 months, I couldn't get a hold of him for almost 2 months, and never admitted his mistakes or researched it any further!!!!!! He was such an arrogant coward that he couldn't face me, or simply say "I'm sorry I screwed up'!!!!! He was late to see me during EVERY single visit to his office, AND ONE TIME KEPT ME WAITING FOR NEARLY 40 MINUTES, and yet, he 'adamantly' refused to see me for my appointment, although I needed a resolution for my heart condition, and he was made aware of it numerous times, just because I was late to my appointment inside 10-15 minutes, he used it a shallow unfounded excuse just so he doesn't have to face me!!!!!! I tried to call the office to tell them that I was running late due to heavy traffic --but their office closes from 12:00-1:00 PM, and there is no way you can reach them during that time --which is stupid and ridiculous!!!!! He's good at giving you the 'POLITICALLY CORRECT' 'lip service' and telling you 'what you want to hear' --but other than that, God help you because apparently, Dr. Fraley can't! Do yourself a favor and stay away from him and his office! read more

I have been going to Dr. Fraley's office for a few years now and every visit is a enjoyable one. No one likes to go to the Dr. but when you leave the office feeling better and not quite as lost than when you went in you know you have chosen the right Doctor. He is hard to get into but worth the wait or you can see Rachel Carr who is wonderful as well. He speaks to you in a language you can understand not Dr. language as I call it. He spends the time to answer all my questions without rushing me out to get to the next patient. This tells me he hasen't double booked and that means alot to me. There is not a huge waiting time when I get there like most doctors. I have referred most of my family to Dr. Fraley and they all love him as well. I used to refer most of my friends to his office. Dr. Fraley used to be a good doctor, compassionate and dedicated. This year, I would say that the service in this location is going down the drain!!! Many scenarios brought me to this conclusion. First instance was when me husband's A1c went up during the second quarter of this year, he was advised by the NP to inc the dose of his Glipizide to 10mg. When I went to the pharmacy to get a new Rx I was told that there's no new order for 10mg. Long story short I called the office, so many times to check and see if they already inc my husband's Glipizide to 10 and no one responded!!! Months go by and we are running out of medications, I would still call and find out whether the Rx has been updated or not. I went to our pharmacy to get his Rx refill and to my frustration the medication being dispensed is still the old dose!!! Called the office again, I was told that they will follow up with me once they get the response from Dr. Fraley and as usual, nobody called me back. We were out of meds for weeks and nobody from his office seems to care. The second instance we have was when I asked if we can schedule a doctors appointment but before we schedule I was asking if labworks can be ordered prior to seeing the provider since he's Diabetic anyway and for them to really say if his meds need to be adjusted or not there should be a corresponding lab works. The office called me and told me that they don't do that and that they need to see the patient before they order labs. Is it just about the money why they are doing this to the patient? Since they know once they see the patient they will get paid and and the patient will have to pay their out of pocket deductible!!! Just doesn't make sense to me why they can't order lab works prior to seeing the provider!!! But if they take a look at my husband's chart they do recommend every 3mos lab works for his DM and years ago, Dr. Fraley would give me lab work order in advance, don't see the reason why they can't do that now... But with my frustration and persistence they order labworks and send to Quest before seeing the patient... It took a ferocious patient to have this order written... And this final straw just happened today... When I called the office and asked if there's available time to set up a schedule for my husband since we noticed swelling under his armpit, they gave me Dr. Fraley for 1145 slot. We went there, signed the paper which asked why the patient came in to see the doctor. I specifically stated in that paper the reason including swelling and discuss the latest labworks. Then came Dr. Fraley spent only two mins, ordered US, then left. I went outside again and asked why the latest labworks was never discussed considering I'm already frustrated with how they manage my husband's DM. I asked him if the nurse provided him with the lab results and he said NO even though the nurse took a copy of the results already!!!! Then he said he'll take a look at it and will come back to discuss it. Lo and behold, he sent the nurse to us and the nurse informed us that since we didn't really set that appointment for managing his Diabetic, Dr. Fraley is not going to review the result and instead we have to set up another appointment for his labworks!!! And that pissed me off. I didn't yell at anybody, but deep inside me I am about to explode!!! What kind of service is this!!! Where in the world the doctor can tell u that Oh I don't want to discuss your labworks since that is not what you came in for initially... Really Dr. Fraley... did you ever look into the paper that we signed for... it specifically says there the reason for our visit... And I didn't know that a patient needs to come in one time for only one particular DX or treatment... I know in ER and hospital they do but not for PCP office!!! Is this about the money again??? Since I have to set up another appointment, I will have to pay another deductible for a case which should have been discussed today.... What was more frustrating was the nurse told us that since Dr. Fraley was not the one who inc the dose of my husband Glipizide, he doesn't have the time to go over my husband's lab... and hrs after, the pharmacy texted me that my husband Glipizide Rx is ready for pick up!!! Now come to think of it, he said he doesn't have time to review my husband's lab, where did he get an idea that his Glipizide dose needs to be increased!!! The nurse who came to check my husband even told us that yes it was increased but it was stopped, can't really tell us the reason why there's a discrepancy in the dose and as a patient I firmly believe that we have the right to know ... read more

He has seen me in good health and in poor health. Dr. Fraley has been my doctor for more than a dozen years. He is extraordinarily caring, very personable, always follows through, and really knows his craft. His practice is in Murrieta within seconds of the 15. There is always parking and with my medical condition I see him monthly. The check in process is efficient and rarely is there ever a delay in your appointment time, only once in the last three years I can think of. My appointment was delayed due to a patient emergency and even then the staff went way out of their way to get me into one of the other nearby offices right away. When I finally got in to see him, he was running over 30 minutes late, which if I was that late, they would have canceled my appointment. Appointment Date 3-6-2014 Called Thursday the week before and Friday to find out if there was any lab work required. Left messages that were never returned. 2 Days before my appointment Holly calls to confirm appointment and I said I do not know because the office never returned my call. She offered to check and called back 3 hours later and said I needed to go in for an injection and they would order the labs in 2 weeks for a follow up visit. Left work 4 hours early to make my appointment. Arrived 30 minutes early and it looked under staffed and hectic. Waited 30 minutes and then a Nurse lady with a grumpy face called my name from behind the counter and said," We do not have your injection was there anything you wanted to see the doctor for?" Very shocked and surprised... Ummmmm no I guess you are fired. Go somewhere else! I lost $280 in income and this is totally unacceptable. read more
