For my very first visit with this doctor not only did I wait in the room for almost an hour, I was…read moreseen by another doctor/PA and didn't get to meet Dr. Bailey until the last 5 to 10 minutes of my visit which left me no time to talk with her about my health concerns and goals I wanted to establish under her care. It all felt very impersonal. She prescribed meds and a lab order but never sent the meds to the pharmacy. That took 2 weeks of calls and messages to get filled. After several requests to refill those meds after 6 mos I got the run around again. Both myself and the pharmacy received no response or refill. I was told I would receive callbacks from the office manager and never did. They finally refilled the medication with zero refills which felt retaliatory. Because of this lack of care or even interest, a grievance was was filed and I have changed doctors. I do not recommend Dr. Bailey, and based on others reviews I'm not the only one.

He ran the RIGHT saliva tests for my adrenals & sex hormones to find my exact deficiencies. In this last visit, he added a compounded medication that I used to take long ago. It's a controversial immune modulator that is very safe and could help me. He knew all about it. That's impressive. I could go on and on. This Dr has zero ego that I've seen. He totally takes your input. He took an hour with me at last visit to make sure all my needs were met and all questions answered. He is a very laid back guy. His staff is great too. He sends you home with a printed plan. One issue is that suddenly it was taking me over a month to get an appointment. I mentioned it to him and he explained. Greybill Medicals computer system had a glitch and allowed him to take on 250 new patients! He was working 14 hour days trying to get everyone in. He said so egging to management and they caught the issue and corrected it. So scheduling an appointment with this sought after Dr is going to suck for a while until it levels out.
