It turned out to be one of the best home maintenance decisions I've made. I contacted Joshua through Yelp Messenger, and he responded almost immediately with a quote. He requested my address, used Google Maps to inspect the roof remotely, and we quickly scheduled a full gutter cleaning. The service included complete removal of debris from the roof and gutters, a thorough rinse of the entire gutter system, flushing all downspouts to ensure proper drainage, and photos and videos of the completed work sent directly to my phone. Here's where things got even better. While cleaning the gutters, Joshua noticed several roof tiles that were cracked or out of place likely the real source of our leak. After a quick trip to the hardware store for some roof tile repair adhesive, the problem was fixed. Joshua, it was an absolute pleasure working with you. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.
