It's a no frills type of place and i mean that in the best way. You get in. You sign a waiver if it's your first time. And you have some cubbies to put your belongings in. But it's a butt kicker! I did the CIRC HIIT class with Chris. The circuit is written on a board and they go over the exercises with the group prior to beginning. There were 10 stations and we did each one 3 times for 40 seconds. Stations ranged from planks with hip dips, TRX rows, sprints, wall squats; rower and more. It truly is a full body workout. It was a welcoming group although a small one. I went with two friends and that really helped us ease into the routine. I for sure plan on returning since it'll be a different type of circuit every time.

Last year I was training next to John and Chad (Texas Roadhouse Cycling Team) and let's just say it was humbling but also very inspiring. It's fun and cool to see the guys who race drop in every now and again. I'm looking forward to another year of growth. This year there is an Olympic hopeful in the cycling class! What's also cool though is the class has a whole range of abilities and interest, runners, cyclists, tri general fitness etc. I haven't participated in her Pilates or strength training classes but I know people love them and get a lot of value!
