Cost: $480 month + 1x Activation Fee of $99 * includes what I'm assuming was 3 - 30 min training sessions weekly * nutrition * membership(gym access) The kid tasked with talking to me was friendly at the start but got really upset when I started asking basic questions. I asked who authorizes the workouts and nutrition plans, I asked what his credentials were to be a trainer, and what his background was. The person I was working with is 21 and has no background in training. He just was a person that lifted at the gym and then is now a trainer. I wasn't negative to him; I just told him I needed to think about it, which caused this guy to get annoyed with me. I chalk it up to him being young and unable to control his temperament. If you are paying 500 a month, you will ask questions to verify the validity of the product. He stated, "If you do not trust us, then we do not want you here." I explained that you don't just "trust" something blindly; you should do research because that's how you get burned. I passed on this gym as it wasn't the right fit for me. I really did consider it due to the owner; I wanted to and had a card in hand to give it a shot, but trying to give my credit card information and having some kid with an attitude keep saying over and over that if you don't trust us, then we don't want you here when I'm literally giving you a shot. That's just poor business practices. The kid called me up with a poor attitude and tone after I spoke with the owner and was excited about signing up. He reminded me of when you tell your kid to mow the lawn and he really doesn't want to; I had to stop this kid mid-conversation because his attitude was so bad and ask him if he had some personal issue with me or was offended that I had asked basic questions. I even apologized to him if he felt offended by my questions but explained that I just needed to know the source of the training as I wanted to make sure it was effective. He was just agitated that I wasn't blindly just signing up. He'll figure it out as he gains more experience. The owner does have certifications, even if he doesn't say it, I looked it up, and he is tied to a few. He also knows the process as he has put in the time. The "trainer" he tied me to at the start was the only thing that had me pause on this and move on. Always do your research on trainers. $480 a month is a lot for good training in Indiana, so ensure you get your value.

I am on the family plan so my husband and kids also work out at Dog Fight and love it. They offer CrossFit classes, weight lifting training, cardio based classes and kids classes. You will not find a better training program and instruction than Dog Fight. Show up as you are and have fun!

Hurray!!!They have professional athletes as well as below average athletes like me. Mix crowed like this makes very good community. Doing the moves properly is a big focus so each class begins with a warmip and breakdown of each skill before the timed part begins. They offered 24/7 access to the facility, by way of going through the Anytime Fitness that is located next door to them. This was key for me because my schedule didn't line up with their class schedule, but I could go and do the posted workouts at anytime! Even better, there was always a coach available that I could get clarification for movements that I wasn't familiar with. They program for crossfit, AFL (Advanced Fat Loss), Strength, and Physique training! I loved the different workout options and their program is definitely a challenge, but like any program, it's adjustable. I think this helps to maintain a positive, non-judgmental atmosphere because you're all there for a similar reason but you're probably all participating in different programs. They have an incredible staff of coaches. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and they truly know their movements. Noah, Anthony, and Jesse were super helpful and friendly with their feedback. These guys won't steer you wrong, regardless of the programming you participate in. The facility is clean and well maintained. If you need help with nutrition, they work with a Registered Dietitian who can help and they work with a meal prep and delivery service. Y'all, this place makes getting in shape a breeze. They have every service you need. Moreover, all of the staff and members that I came in contact with, were fantastic people. There are no egos and everyone there is genuinely trying to help everyone else be better. They have a good mix of people from young kids trying to learn life skills and confidence, to competitors looking to win Golden Gloves (of which the team has won many times!), to people looking to just get in shape and not compete. And I'm so glad that I did! This gym is squeaky clean, has plenty of equipment, LOTS of space, fitness apparel, protein powder, snacks and even child care! And despite me being a newbie, I felt very welcomed by all of the members and coaches there. The owner, Bryn, was especially helpful in orienting me to the workouts and spent a lot of time helping me with my form/technique. I really enjoyed the 3 crossfit and 1 BEATS classes that I took and look forward to returning to Three Kings when I'm back in town, in the future.
