One of the owners Troy stopped what he was doing to come over and talk with me and answer any questions I had. I immediately set up a time to come back and take the introductory "Foundation Class". It was an amazing workout and I would suggest it for anyone! The coaches Pam and Troy are incredible and take great care to scale everything for your fitness level! CrossFit Fishers it very well appointed with equipment and is kept extremely clean! Again it's a very encouraging and welcoming place everyone seems very helpful and wants you to succeed! I had to turn around and leave because I had no bands and they want you to buy them there. I then decided was going to cancel within the first 72 hours as I figured out it wasn't going to be for me. Of course, I couldn't do this since there was no staff. The rooms are super small and it's a real hassle to follow the workout when you're on the ground and the tv is high on the wall. Lastly, if you're a man, it's highly unlikely you will like this much as it's 100% targeted towards women. The videos are cheap for them to just play on a loop and overall not a great experience. I will cancel and be out $300 because of the ridiculous 60 day notice. Don't join.

They have different challenges a few times a year for you to participate and you don't have to pay a fee to do it like you do elsewhere.
