She takes no accountability for the actions of herself or her employees. Her tone on the phone is belittling, shallow, and completely inconsiderate of paying customers. I am devastated that we had to give money to this woman, but my wedding is in 2 months and I had no other choice. It's a shame because the veil and headpiece are beautiful, and I had a lot of fun picking them out, but after hearing the owner arguing with my mother I wanted to leave the merchandise at the store and walk out. When it came to trying them on Marcela had me sit down, she asked me how i was planning on wearing my hair. I showed her a pictured and then she went to work. Marcela who is also a hair dresser, gave me a beautiful up-do in 5 minutes. This was so crucial in seeing how the head piece would lay. I never got this type of service at any other bridal salons! She then placed a veil on my head so i could get the full picture. My mom and i were blown away by how special Marcela made me feel, Even on her day off she gave me the best experience. I had gone to Galia Lahav and explained to them my situation and within SIX WEEKS of my wedding they were able to pull some amazing strings. They had the gown shipped from Tel Aviv to California where I was moving only four weeks out from my wedding. The gown shipped, and I tried it on for the first time just over two weeks from my wedding date. To say the gown was perfect, was an understatement.
