There were different sections/areas to take care of. First I went to Customer Service to get refund for Blueberry. Lady was pleasant and very friendly, the transaction was smooth, didn't have to wait. And I went to Amazon department for returning item. Their service was excellent. She told me to send notifications through my email. It was so fast. Both Customer Services were excellent. After done, I kept shopping at Whole Foods. We love and enjoy shopping at Whole Foods. Foods, fruits and vegetables, fish and meats are always fresh. There are so many organic products available. We almost shop at Whole Foods everyday. Thank you so much.

They weren't busy because they weren't doing much but there was 3 employees total & they were all tucked far away from the cash register where there was people waiting to be helped, so unprofessional. To whoever this employee is, I'm not sorry for putting you on blast. Your whole customer service attitude is shitty and if you hate to serve people without a smile, leave. I think we were 4th in line, waited about 20 minutes for our turn, plugged in and the car said it would take 35 min to charge. We ran to the store and came back in 25 min and the car now says 25 min to finish charging. Haha. I believe Hawaii is not equipped for electric cars and if you're buying an electric car be sure to have your house set up for this.

Just drive up to the resort lobby, let them know you need a Supercharge, hand them the key and the Valet will take your vehicle to a restricted area of the Hotel's parking. Basically, you just partake in lunch or dinner at the Kahala Hotel and once the app alerts you that the charge is complete, be sure to have the restaurant stamp your Valet parking card and you're well on your way. If you decide not to partake in lunch or dinner at the Hotel, then Valet parking is $6 for 20 minutes while your vehicle is juicing up. Not the typical routine for charging but the folks in Valet are nice and careful:)
