Lady was pleasant and very friendly, the transaction was smooth, didn't have to wait. And I went to Amazon department for returning item. Their service was excellent. She told me to send notifications through my email. It was so fast. Both Customer Services were excellent. After done, I kept shopping at Whole Foods. We love and enjoy shopping at Whole Foods. We had requested early check in since we wanted a room for my son to nap in right after we went to the pool that morning and when we went to check in, the room was already ready. At check in, we were welcomed with welcome drinks. We went up to our room where there was a nice view of the ocean. Service was top notch from the valet to housekeeping to the pool people. My kids loved the pool, especially the slide. We definitely will be back again.

While the performers did a great job, I gave it 3 out of 5 stars simply due to the rain that had shortened much of the hula dancing, and I expected more for the price. Disappointed since if they know it frequently rains in Hawaii, they should've been more prepared & already had the canopies set up over our tables. Several dining options at this mall made me smile! I wish I had a much longer vacation to explore more of the eateries here, lol. The food court was decent, offering everything from Hawaiian malasadas at Penny's Waikiki Malasadas to popular spots like L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, Raising Cane's, Panda Express, and more.
