Not accessible to public. Must pay for valet to use chargers. What a waste to block 12 of the 18 chargers on the island from public access.

I ordered 2 strawberry shortcake (other employee heard me and made them right away.) , she charges me for one which I shouldn't be complaining for the free drink but she needs to listen to her customers if she's gonna work in food service. I ordered 3 waffles. Got both of them nicely, given by the other employee. I was waiting for my third one by the wall for another 5 minutes, she then come and finally asks me what's wrong. I mentioned I'm waiting for the other waffle. She gave me an attitude while I was still ordering my food and wasn't smiling or giving attention to the customers in front of the store she works at. When she finally gave me my last waffle, she asked if I already had 3 puff n cream sauce.. which they decided to give it to me one by one along with my waffles I purchased. I said no and waited for her to give me the last one. She said just stood there, so I grabbed it from the counter, said my thanks and walked away. They weren't busy because they weren't doing much but there was 3 employees total & they were all tucked far away from the cash register where there was people waiting to be helped, so unprofessional. To whoever this employee is, I'm not sorry for putting you on blast. Your whole customer service attitude is shitty and if you hate to serve people without a smile, leave. You make people feel unwelcome. The whole wait took about 15 minutes. I won't be going here anymore as someone who's always coming here for your drinks.

Mixed experience overall. The biggest positive by far was the staff. Every single person we…read moreinteracted with was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They really carried the experience and handled issues quickly and gracefully. After a disappointing first room, they immediately helped move us to a much nicer upgraded room that felt far more in line with what you'd expect from a Ritz-Carlton property. That said, the original room was surprisingly dated, worn down, stained furniture, and not especially clean. Definitely not the luxury standard I was expecting for the price point. The second room was significantly better and saved the stay. The spa was another standout. Excellent treatments, knowledgeable staff, and one of the better spa experiences we had in Waikiki. You can tell the spa team takes pride in what they do. Unfortunately, the food across the property was consistently underwhelming. Honestly some of the weakest meals we had during our time in Waikiki, especially considering how many great dining options are nearby. The pool area was also pretty average, nice enough, but nothing memorable or particularly luxurious compared to other resorts in Hawaii. Overall, this place has incredible service but the actual property and food don't fully live up to the Ritz-Carlton name as one would think.

Beautifully decorated mall, this is such a wonderful place to shop and explore around!…read moreThere are plenty of boutique stores, familiar retailers, and even a two-story Target that's perfect for picking up unique Hawaiian food souvenirs. Attended their luau here that was booked thru booking.com during my recent Waikīkī stay. While the performers did a great job, I gave it 3 out of 5 stars simply due to the rain that had shortened much of the hula dancing, and I expected more for the price. Disappointed since if they know it frequently rains in Hawaii, they should've been more prepared & already had the canopies set up over our tables. Several dining options at this mall made me smile! I wish I had a much longer vacation to explore more of the eateries here, lol. The food court was decent, offering everything from Hawaiian malasadas at Penny's Waikiki Malasadas to popular spots like L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, Raising Cane's, Panda Express, and more.

L & L Hawaiian Barbecue is a tried and true place for plate lunches and it did not disappoint. The food was fresh and hot - and as a former resident of Oahu, mac salad and rice is a treat. For a burger rush, we ate the Mahaloha burger - certified Angus beef and again, it was hot and delicious. Their fries were great as well. My brother-in-law asked about a malasadas and told him that it is more or less a doughnut but was brought to Hawaii by the Portuguese who came to work the fields back a hundred or so years ago. It's sold all over the islands now. When I lived here in the '70's, a food truck parked itself in a parking lot and people lined up to buy it. When they ran out, that was it until the next time and it was not everyday. Penny's malasadas was good and delicious. It was hot and sooo ono, as we say it in the islands! There's a price to pay for the delicious food though - and it's not cheap! So go try, yeah!
