Got to try multiple delicious drinks here. The staff were very friendly. The interior has a cozy Thai street market vibe and there are a good number of seats available. My recommendations are the Pandan Taro Milk with Soft Taro Mochi, the Taro Roasted Coconut Thai Milk Tea with Soft Taro Mochi, the Roasted Coconut Thai Milk Tea and their Roasted Coconut Thai Green Milk Tea. I love their pandan drinks because they cut the pandan daily so it's fresh and has a good texture. The Mochi drinks is also one of my faves because not only it's delicious i love their soft mochi texture! Most of the ingredients they use is authenticly imported from Thailand. Genuinely had a great experience!

I got the Pandan Thai Iced Tea, less ice and half sugar. Even with half sugar I found it quite sweet. But overall very refreshing and tasty. The place is quite smal. There were a few people in the queue ahead of me, but the service was very quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend the Pandan Thai Iced Tea, and look forward to returning to try something else.

Chapayom downtown is a Thai-inspired tea and coffee shop known for its authentic drinks like Thai milk tea and creative options, including sandwiches and unique desserts. The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and modern, making it a popular spot for both a quick drink and for working or relaxing. It's very popular among students. I love the friendly service there.

To be honest, everytime I order tapioca here, it lowkey sucks. BUT THE PANDAN MOCHI IS AMAZING! Staff are always warm and welcoming. New drinks come out every month and they offer daily specials!

Location/Service This place is located on the ground floor of the condo complex Wellesley. There's street parking around the block, you have to find it strategically - but it's also right by the TTC. Inside is a decent size - cause it's by a condo complex, it has very high ceiling and a good use of natural lightning from the windows. There's a few seating arrangements available and I saw a few students studying there, which is pretty good. Staff were very nice - talked to the owner for a little bit and she helped explain the drinks and the seasonal offerings in great detail. Food/Drink They have a new combo that is $11.55 - and it's a Thai Milk Tea (with tapioca) and a Coconut Pandan Custard Shokupan. Since this place is Thailand's version of bubble tea - the Thai Milk tea was definitely spot on - smooth, a little sweet (which you can adjust) that gives you a kick to your adrenaline. The tapioca was chewy and soft - which you know they've done it right. The shokupan is a Japanese style milk fluffy bread - which the owner said it's self-made, so they nailed the recipe cause I thought it was store bought. The coconut pandan was very creamy, a little heavy, but compliments well with the bun. Pandan is usually on the sweeter end, but it wasn't overly sweet - fit to the not to sweet Asian standard. I've been wanting to try this place for the longest time and I'm finally glad I did - everything was awesome and I hope they have a location uptown soon!

Chapayom is known for their authentic Thai teas. They currently have pandan drinks with homemade pandan mochi so of course I had to try! The mochi was the perfect chewy texture, and I loved the pandan flavour with the milk tea, it went perfectly with my pandan custard croffle! They have so many options, including hot drinks too! The hot green tea latte is a new favourite of mine, so fragrant and flavourful. The interior is clean and cozy with really nice decor! Everyone working was so sweet, each drink is made to order which takes a bit longer but it's worth it for a taste of their high quality teas.

Heard about the March Mango specials and was intrigued by the mango sticky rice, I love it in dessert form so of course I had to try it in drink form! Creamy, delicious and tastes just like the dessert. All the drinks and dessert we got was served in a timely manner which was much appreciated! Overall ambiance was warm and inviting, aesthetics of the restaurant was very cute with the taxi in the back really tied in the theme. Highly recommend any of the March special drinks, the Pandan Thai tea, or the rose tea latte (served hot). The Pandan Croffle was also quite delicious too!!

They make each drink to order so there is a bit of a wait, especially with the teas as they have to brew it. We got the Thai milk tea and the Thai green milk tea. Both were very flavourful and I enjoyed the konjac topping. A bit on the pricier side for me but the quality is definitely there. Super cool selection of Thai teas you cannot find anywhere here!

I love myself a good cup of bubble tea and Chapayom did not disappoint, I ordered the Thai Milk Tea with Boba - the tea was perfectly brewed and the boba was chewy and delicious. The service was fast and I got my drink within a couple of minutes of ordering. The atmosphere is inviting and there are some neat, little trinkets inside to explore while sipping on your drink. There aren't many tables so if you're a large group, you may need to sit at the counter by the window to fit. All in all, would recommend to anyone who likes bubble tea!

An awesome new bubble tea spot that only opened this past summer. Its located right by Wellesley TTC station. I used to live in Yorkville, so I frequented the Yonge/Bloor - Yonge/Wellesley area for years. In the past few years since COVID, the sort of rectangle engulfed by Bay - Wellesley - Yonge has been completely revamped. There is a nice new park there, a concrete walking pass through area, and some new businesses including Chapayom! The indoor seating area has a large number of tables and is decorated by flowers and a really cool Thai Taxi for instagrammable shots. The staff were amazing, and despite having been very busy, they accomdated some allergy requests without issue or complaint. They actually had washrooms with is a rarity compared to other boba places downtown which are mostly take-out or have a very small seating area. In the summer months or even when its nice weather out and you're dressed to accommodate, having a seat at the previously mentioned new park with your bobas makes for a great time out. Also a huge bonus - free wifi!

The drinks are great and stand out from the other tea shops in the area since they are a Thai tea spot. The Shokupan was great and now I wanna try the other food. The seating area is big and arsthetic.

This is a Thai bubble tea restaurant. What distinguishes them from Chinese bubble tea? The "pull" the tea to mix it. This restaurant also uses real tea leaves instead of powder. They opened on 2023-05-07. During their soft opening period, you get 10% off their entire menu. We ordered the Thai Green Milk Tea with Konjac Crystal and Pandan Jelly ($7.50 - 10%). It tasted good. The service was good. The indoor seating consists of counter seating facing a park with 6 tall chairs and 6 tables seating 2 each. It is nicely decorated with dry flowers. There is even a mockup of a Thai taxi and a photography area. There is modern pop music playing in the background. They have a loyalty program via an app. You get 20% off your first app order. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There is one gender-neutral washroom that is also wheelchair accessible. There is very little neighbourhood street parking. Brand new bubble tea shop from Thailand, with lots of unique flavours. The shop is beautiful and airy with a fair amount of seating, and it's also located in a very scenic park if you want to take your drink outside. Most of the teas on the menu use Thai flavours, and it is more fragrant and bolder than normal milk tea. I had the green Thai milk tea with Konjac crystal and I really enjoyed it. 50% sweet was a good amount in my opinion, I maybe could have gone for even less. I really liked the konjac jelly as it had more of a bouncy texture than normal tapioca. All my friends enjoyed their drinks as well, and I especially liked the Thai coffee with coconut milk as it had a rich and deep flavour. Great addition to the neighbourhood, bringing a bold southeast Asian flair on bubble tea!

Small bubbletea shop that also serves pastries and Filipino meals…read more Their standout offering, of course, is the bubbletea. The tea is loose-leaf, so is elevated from the typical bubbletea. But it's the tapioca that really makes the drink shine with how fresh and bouncy they are. For a tea shop, this place also has really good food. Tried the scones and they were super buttery, very flavourful, and were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside like all great scones. We also got some Filipino meals - the lechon kawali and lumpia super crispy, the bangsilog had a good portion size for the price, and the halo-halo was refreshing. Place is mainly a takeout spot, but there are a couple of small tables to sit 4. Service is friendly. Tea offerings are extensive. Worth a drop-by.

Cookies: The matcha white chocolate cookie was freshly made. Quite soft and delicious. Reasonably sized cookie. Yema cake: It was my first time having the Yema cake so I was looking forward to try it. I got the ube flavour and a soft chiffon cake texture. It wasn't too sweet and was perfect for a nice small dessert. The staff were friendly and the service was good. It's too bad there's limited seating as it would be great to dine-in. I definitely want to come back to try out their drinks!
