We had quite a few questions about the menu, and they patiently walked us through everything, ultimately recommending several of their most popular dishes. Every single item they suggested was absolutely delicious. In my opinion, this location is significantly better than the one in Falls Church. For one, parking is a breeze here with plenty of spaces right out front, which makes a huge difference. Additionally, the location is fantastic, it is centralized near several other shops, making it easy to walk over to nearby bars or grab some boba after your meal. I just want to extend a huge thank you to the team here. After a really disappointing experience with the terrible service at the Falls Church location, my visit here was the complete opposite. It was a truly refreshing and wonderful experience.

I ordered a kung Pao chicken lunch combo, food arrived quickly, but I was certainly not impressed by any of it, and I eat a lot of Asian food at some very highly respected and reviewed restaurants . Not oily or greasy. The rice was cooked properly. The only misstep was the steak. The steak was also cooked properly at medium rare & looked beautiful. The inside was nice and pink. I've been to this restaurant three times in the past month, and it has quickly become my go-to for Chinese takeout. I've tried a variety of dishes and here's how they stacked up: * Orange Chicken: 3/5 stars - too overly sweet for my taste, missing the balance of savory flavor. * Beef with Broccoli: 5/5 stars - perfectly cooked beef and fresh broccoli, one of my favorites. * Sesame Chicken: 5/5 stars - delicious, flavorful, and crispy. * Shrimp with Broccoli (from the healthy menu): 5/5 stars - light, fresh, and cooked really well. * Steamed Dumplings: 5/5 stars - tender and flavorful, especially with their dumpling sauce. * Crab Rangoons: 4/5 stars - tasty, but the filling leaned more shrimp-like than crab. The front desk staff has been kind and accommodating every visit. Ordering over the phone or through their website is fast and easy, which makes the whole experience even better. If you're looking for consistently good Chinese takeout at a fair price, this is definitely the spot to try! read more

10/16/2026 More like…read more3.5 stars, rounded to 4 stars considering the location of the restaurant My orders: Cumin Lamb Bites -- DEFINITELY ORDER IT! The best I've ever had! Perfectly crispy on the outside, bursting with flavor, while the inside is incredibly tender and equally flavorful. Absolutely delicious! Pan-Fried Seafood & Chive Dumplings -- Just Okay Disappointing compared to what I'm used to in LA, where you actually get big, plump shrimp. Here, it was mostly chives mixed with what seemed like seafood paste. The skin was also too thick and doughy. However, the filling was very flavorful, which somewhat made up for its shortcomings. Seafood with Crispy Rice -- I'd Say Skip It! The homemade crispy rice was ridiculously hard, barely edible even after soaking in the soup! The soup contained shrimp, fish, homemade fish balls, bok choy, wood ear mushrooms, white beech mushrooms, and thinly sliced carrots (IMHO, mostly for color). While flavorful, the broth had a slight fishiness. The highlight was definitely the homemade fish balls stuffed with fresh scallops! Never had anything like them before! Dry-Fried Cauliflower -- DEFINITELY ORDER IT! Soooo good! Crispy, crunchy cauliflower in a light batter, packed with flavor and a nice spicy kick. The cilantro adds freshness and fragrance that take this dish to another level. A must-order! Scallion Bubble Pancake -- Overhyped, IMHO! Honestly, I don't understand the hype! It's basically Indian bhatura, but without the chewiness. And why call it "scallion" when there's absolutely no scallion flavor or visible scallions? The curry dipping sauce was thick (seemingly from cornstarch) and so mild it was barely noticeable. The pancake was decent while hot but turned hard once cooled, unlike bhatura. I LOVE the concept, but the execution falls short. Add actual chopped scallions and either ditch the curry sauce or make its flavor much bolder! Sesame Noodles -- SKIP IT! Another of their most popular and highly recommended dishes, but I've definitely had better elsewhere! The noodles were dry even after mixing in all the sauce, and the flavor was underwhelming. We didn't even finish it. Overall: The Cumin Lamb Bites and Dry-Fried Cauliflower were the clear winners! The rest ranged from just okay to disappointing, especially given all the hype.
