RUN! They did work for me through my auto insurance Progressive. Its been almost a year and they refuse to check to see if parts they put into my car are defaulted. Same story over and over. They hook up diagnosis machine and say according to that machine they say nothing is wrong with the car. But there is. I asked them would they check parts they put into car while repairing it and so far they have refused. I realy tempted to sue this place along with progressive insurance tired of going incircles with the both of them now going on one year and still the problem is not fixed. read more

We were not impressed with their level of customer service or their workmanship. We took our 2014 Honda Accord to them for accident damage to the left rear and side of the vehcle. They had very good reviews as body shops go in the Surprise area. We had to call for updates and the estimated time of completion changed four times. Granted one of those times was for additional damage found not their fault. But once the unit was completed almost a month after the initial completion date we went to pick it up and the repair was very disappointing. There was damage to the paint that they just painted scratches that weren't there previously and green marker left on the vehicle from when they marked the damage (the green marker is still on the driver side door) So they had to repaint we went back a second time and it still had problems with the paint. So they pianted it a third time. Then I get a call saying it's going to be a couple more days cause the paint still didn't come out right so they painted it a fourth time. By the time it was all said and done they fixed the paint but the other issues are still there. We are very disappointed with this establishment and will not go back. read more

I own a 15 yr. .old Cadillac that only has 78,000 miles on it. I am trying to keep ite a little longer as it is in perfect condition. (Little old lady from Pasadena). Some damaged my passenger side mirror in a parking lot so the glass was falling out of the frame. The dealership wanted $650 to repair it. Chaney's found a used mirror and exchanged the glass and charged me $200 for the mirror and the labor. It works perfectly. I was so impressed with their service and keeping me informed. Everyone I dealt with from the front desk to Elliot, the estimator were courteous and certainly acted like they cared about pleasing me. These guys are honest and customer focused, could not ask for more. Took my car here based on a recommendation from the insurance. Was somewhat worried as I have a $500 deductible and did not look forward to that expense, when my Mustang convertible was damaged by a piece that fell off a truck in front of me. Zac looked at the damage and said he could probably buff out most of it, and then proceeded to do just that while I waited. Owned my new car a week and jackbutt in automatic carwash decided to use his brakes to get in a little extra suds. Dipstick didn't have a brain to know he would be the only one to stop as the belt pushed the rest of us forward and his hitch became indented in my hood. I was recommended to use Chaney's to repair the damage. I picked up my car today and let me tell you, Eliot did such an amazing job! Not even a fingerprint can be seen. I may sound pathetic, but I cried on the way home, the repair exceeded my expectations. Maggie at the front desk was so friendly, caring, and made sure I was completely satisfied from dropping my vehicle off, calling Enterprise to pick me up, all the way to signing paperwork and out the door. As a bonus, a coworker told me she used Chaney's and I shouldn't worry about the repairs at all as they also provided her the same treatment and results. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE WARNINGS!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! There is so much more to this story but please help...Put this scandal to rest!!! This place is TERRIBLE!!! Not even sure where to begin!! Let's start with the people. Completely and utterly unhelpful no one has any clue what exactly is really going on in there. They claim to be "Family Oriented" which at first is seems to be true, UNTIL you have to question ANYTHING! Had my car for over 9 weeks on a 3 week job. Quoted my insurance company (I have proof) many things but replaced my parts for used parts...as specified by Alfonso himself. To "save money on the transmission" that was ordered wrong...Then I had to fight for a rental due to the lack of attention my car received. I was put in a really awful position when the rental company decided come after me for $500 of the bill because Chaney's decided that they weren't going to pay the rest after a long conversation with Alfonso himself. I fought with this man, and the Car rental co. for weeks over getting my money back. After my money was returned, my insurance company refunded another check...and yep you guessed it. I'm currently fighting that battle. PLEASE HEED THESE WARNINGS!! You will be scammed and taken for a fool and left with your head in your hands!! STAY AWAY!! HORRIBLE!!!!! Progressive took my car here and I don't know who sucks more Chaney's or Progressive! I was in a t bone accident and I slammed my Jeep into the other car. Progressive took my car here and I advised progressive countless times that my Jeep was riding rough and it was shaky! Well according to the guys at Chaneys it's not doing that. From the looks of it the issues were My bumper was just scratched, my fenders were loose, the window was cracked and the hood had ripples and a few scratches but internal my Jeep was a wreck! Chaneys returned my Jeep with the shake still there, horrible pulling when driving, they were supposed to do an alignment and they weren't sure if they completed it. I took it to Fix Auto and they found Frame Damage, my axel was shot, my motor and transmission mounts were shot! Hmmm send customers away with broken vehicles.... great way to make customers feel safe! Can't count on this company to be honest! read more
