Jackson was one of the very few with up-front pricing, and the pricing was in the competitive range, so we went with him. Jackson and Joey spent about 4 hours cleaning our 19 air vents. They were pleasant, clear about what they were doing and why, and respectful; I was working from home and (without me asking) they saved my office for last, to minimize disruption. This is the first time we've ever had our vents cleaned so I can't intelligently speak to how clean it is compared to other services, but it definitely didn't hurt and it was a pleasant experience, so I'd do it again and with this company.

He explained what the special covered and what this did for a home. He also explained the other options that were available should the system inticate additional work. He did NOT try to sell me anything. He went around to the main intake vent opened it and had a look, we also went to other vents and had a look. Now, these ducts had not been cleaned in well over the 11 years I have been in the house. It was obvious that my ductwork was in need of more cleaning than the special allowed for. We did discuss the benefits of clear vents and they were all positive relative to my lifestyle. After further discussion, and again at no time did Greg try to upsell me. My quetions were answered and after my evaluation, I authorized Greg to complete the next level cleaning. He got his gear, equipment, hoses, cords, etc and began work. It took him a good two plus hours. The interior condition of my ducts was noticably different after the cleaning. I could tell the air flow from the AC better and when I turned the temp back down, it took half the time to cool. He also cleaned out the dryer vent....quite dirty. All in all very satisfied with the service, I am clear for another 10-12 years. Greg did a super job, was honest and tranparent with his professional expertise and I appreciate that. Can certainly recommend Fresh Home Solutions LLC for your home needs.

I reached out to Forever Vent, and they were incredibly responsive--they were able to come out the very next day. The team was professional, transparent, and efficient from start to finish. They performed a thorough inspection and provided photo documentation of what they found. They then cleaned the entire duct system, plenums, and blower fan, and chemically washed the evaporator coil--all in just a few hours. The owner also honored an amazing price for our single-unit home. This type of deep duct and coil maintenance is something that is often overlooked, but it can make a significant difference in how well an HVAC system performs. Regular cleaning every few years can help maintain airflow and keep the system running efficiently. The difference in our airflow has been night and day.
