I called them on the 7th to check on the status and confirm the repair. They informed me that the wrong part had been ordered and were sorry. The right part had been ordered and my bike would be ready by the 14th or at the latest the 15th. I called them today the 13th and now they tell me the part "should" be in on Monday the 17th and my bike will be ready, BUT they can't tell me for sure! Wow!

After the quick and professional service they gave me I would gladly return if I needed anything in that arena. I will also recommend them highly as I get asked odd things and may ever need to recommend them for engraving.
