I will say this store is like all of the other factory stores however, we really appreciate the convenience that this location has with its proximity of being so close to where we live. We were able to find five pairs of Nikes that fit the bill and they all totaled up to under $200, which is a steal in my opinion. The staff here were all super helpful and the store was super organized so it was easy for us to look through the shoes. We will definitely be back.

When we were there, there were like 2 or 3 salespersons. All of them look very young, perhaps college kids on vacation or something. One thing, I dont really fancy is that, for this store, it seems that they tend to "cramp" all the goods together. Perhaps they want to have all the range for teenagers, or all other customers who are into the hip scene of streetware, items from Vans, ROXY, Element, DC, Oneill, skate what nots. When we were there at that time, the store is filled with "blaring" music too. All in all an OK experience shopping here. This particular store had many positive notes...they have plenty of parking, are open at 9AM on Saturdays & have shopping carts available at the store entrance. Plus outstanding customer service. All adding to a very positive experience. I was there to exchange or return an infant snow jacket. The size I bought was too big. The Baby/Kid Department is large, with lots of selection, varying sizes & great prices. (Note, they have clothes for the entire family, plus accessories.) The size I needed wasn't available. So I headed back up to the front of the store to make my Return. While there the Associate asked why I was returning the jacket. She immediately went online & checked the store inventory to see if they had any in the back. She thought they might have the size I was looking for & quickly left to check. Unfortunately they didn't have the one I needed. She then offered to place an online order for me because other locations had the item. This Associate provided excellent customer service & went above & beyond. I really like this store...check out their Rewards Program too. Happy Shopping!

I generally just buy pants here because they fit well. The tops...not so much. If you are not large with big knockers you will have a very hard time finding tops, dresses or bras here. I am glad that they have new styles of jeans because for a few years I didn't like the ones they had so I had to settle for ill fitting jeans from other stores. I also really like their Houston pant. They are my go to pant. A bit pricey but worth it because I feel comfortable shopping there and I enjoy the clothes. This location is usually not too busy and well stocked.

She help one of the 2 cashiers but didn't open or call to reduce line. It is Wednesday afternoon. Not a busy time and yet. Sigh. The merchandise is great.
