He assured me that if they weren't right. Bring them back in and he will take care of it. I surprised her with the shoes but Within five minutes of wearing them. She realized they hurt and didn't fit. I tried to return the shoe only to be told that they are not returnable or swappable. I spent over 200 dollars in that store 95 of it was my girlfriend shoes. They won't even swap sizes. Terrible customer service and false advertising. I will never shop with them again.

He also did a thorough inspection of the bike and found that a tune up wasn't necessary so I totally appreciate the honesty. He was able to ready my bike the same day so service is speedy as well. Take a moment and swing by Epic this time of year and shoppers will find some good deals on winter gear and equipment. I also found some new riding gloves for half off so I couldn't say no to a sale. Lots of gear to choose from and accessories are priced just right (and by just right I mean that Epic is very much in-line with that one popular online retailer).
