my mom came in to return some shoes that she bought 3 days ago and she never wore them outside and she tried them on at home and they were uncomfortable and she went to return and the lady said with a bad attitude would never return them but she can maybe try rolling her eyes then she came back no I can't return them there dirty but they were not worn outside they have a bad service and also they have to not forget that they were dirty on the bottom when the shoes were bought and they must of been tried on maybe like 100 times before us buying them if I could i would put 0 stars out of ten read more

I don't know about you, but this place has some of the glitziest shoes, purses, jewelry and even the ladies glow. Jessica offered me some of the best customer service ever-- wanted a small purse to go clubbing-- preferably in black! She offered me a purse, thought the price was a pretty penny, but turns out it was 50% off! I got it for 24.00$$$$ What caught my attention was the sparkly everything of back packs, high heels, bangles and earrings. Everything was crystal clear. They have just got in these ritzy and extremely eye-catching mini backpacks with teddy bear key chain and fur ball for $60! But it was sooo worth it. The shoes are offered to both parties, shoes for men and women. Women's, I didn't see tennis or lace shoes, but they do have a small section by the door on the left when entering in. I like going to this store because I'm in, I'm out. I can peruse the selection, buy something quickly if I feel like it, and I'm back out into the mall. Perfect. The sales staff usually annoy me. I understand that they are trying to be nice. However, last time, one woman kept calling me dear. Not once, not twice, not even three times. Many more times. I don't care if I might be younger than you. Do not patronize me by talking down to me. That will not make me want to buy anything. Thank you. It's a small store, and the employees kept sneaking up on me. "Oh, isn't that great. (Inserts opinion here because I want you to buy something so that I can get commission)." Sorry, won't work on me. Please just let me browse. If I need help, I'll page you. Otherwise, back up off me. I do like the jewelry. They always have sales running, which is good when you're in the market for some jewelry. There's earrings, necklaces, bracelets, purses, wallets, and hair accessories for the ladies, and there's even a small selection for guys on side of the store (mostly wallets). So despite the pushy Cherry Creek staff, this is a great place for everyone to come pick up some accessories to look lie your fun, fabulous, fresh self. read more

I like this store. The associates are friendly. Aldo has some high quality shoes with genuine leather and they also have cheaper shoes made of synthetic leather. They have sales pretty regularly. Their shoes are pretty comfortable. I bought a pair of leather boots there last winter and even though I wear them at least 2-3 times a week, they're holding strong. My husband bought a pair of men's leather dress shoes there two years ago and they just now needed to be replaced. We went to this store last night to buy him a new pair of dress shoes. He's so picky when it comes to shoes, but Aldo always has something that looks really nice. He ended up with a pair of black leather dress shoes that were $100. Not bad for real leather shoes. My only complaint is that they don't seem to have a good selection of brown, leather boots this season, so I've had to resort to looking for boots at other locations, which are often pricier and I'd rather give my business to Aldo. I would give it 0 stars if possible. They have a great selection, more then 1 employee but absolutely no customer service. The whole time I was there not 1 employee offered to assist me so unfortunately I couldn't make a purchase as I was not able to get the shoes I wanted in my size. read more

Soooooo incredibly disappointed in the customer service here today. May 24 at 12:30pm. One guy and one gal working, the store was empty and I walk in. Both completely ignore me even as I continue to browse the entire store for at least five minutes. They are standing there talking to each other but still NOTHING! I came in prepared to stock up on shoes today and ended up walking out and going over to Steve Madden instead. The gal at SM was amazing and earned commission off a $1000 sale. Shame on you ALDO for not training your employees right. I have always loved Aldo, mostly for the styles that I can't find anywhere else unless I spend $1k per shoe :). The staff are always young and only half interested, but I can look past that as long as they keep bringing my sizes and ringing me up. Everything else I can forgive. Aldo is a big chain in Canada but a little hard to find in the US - it's with the 1 hour drive to Denver!!! Their prices are better here than Canada so that's a nice bonus. read more

I previously ordered the Bresler flat on Aldo's online site. Based upon reviews, I went up a size. What the review didn't take into account, is that round toe flats are true-to-size, while pointy toe flats you need to order up a shoe size. So after my shoe arrived it was a size too big. I first called the Lone Tree Mall Aldo Shoe store to see if they had this style in a size 8. This was my first time ordering an Aldo shoe, so I was not familiar with their shoe boxes. The Lone Tree salesgirl I spoke to did not explain things clearly and with adequate detail, so there was an element of lost in translation. To top things of she was rude, unwillingly to check on supplies in the backroom and rushed me off the phone. I then called the Aldo Shoe store in the Cherry Creek Mall. The saleswoman at the Aldo Cherry Creek Store took the time to explain the Aldo shoebox to me. She also asked what style, color and sized I ordered. She looked it up in the computer and asked what size I now needed. Then, she checked the backroom for and told me that they had it. She held it for me, while I drove to Cherry Creek from Parker. When I got there the same saleswoman that I spoke to on the phone assisted me in the store. She retrieved my shoe, rang me up and also printed a store receipt for me to accompany the online receipt I had as well. She was not only very helpful and polite she was also very knowledgeable and quick. I will definitely use this Aldo again, instead of the Lone Tree Mall one. read more

Ive purchased a bag that REEKS of fish. I found a really great bag at this location and while shopping around an employee offered to grab me a new bag in its packaging in back. I said sure and left the store with my purchases. Upon my arrival home I found the bag smells absolutely horrible. I've let it air out for weeks to no avail, and because it was a sale item I cannot return it. It just seemed strange that I had this bag the store was trying to get rid of and was given one that mysteriously happens to smell like a fish lived in it. Very frustrating, I will not be returning to this location. read more
