So we came to this outdoor mall as he didn't want to deal with walking around other people in an indoor mall. The store is closed. Permanently. So I'm panicking and sweating as I didn't want to drag him to a mall. I decided to check out this store as I do love their styles and hoped they had a suit. Alfreda greeted me and I explained I needed a suit, preferable two buttons and single breasted. I think I took her by surprise as I was that specific. But she walked me over to a suit - I believe it's the only one they have in the store - and it was two buttons and single breasted. What are the odds? She selected my sizes and led me to a fitting room. I love their fitting room area. It's plush and fancy with comfortable chairs the gentlemen can wait in. Carpeting on the floors so our feet don't touch cold tile. Alfreda asked if I would come out so they could see how it looked and i said of course as I wanted him to see it. I said a prayer and tried on the smaller size pants. A little snug. So I tried on the larger size. It fit! Put on the jacket in the matching size and looked in the mirror. Looked like it would work so I went outside so he could give me his opinion. He actually liked it! I was so relieved. Alfreda said i looked nice in it and so I was sold. Alana rang me up as Alfreda had another customer and we were talking about why I needed such a specific style. When she heard I would need a white button up shirt to be able to wear a tie with it, she said she had a style to show me that someone had returned in a larger size. It was cute. Cut in a little at the sides to show off your figure instead of simply hanging loose. I tried it and they suggested I order it in the same size as the suit. And the best part? They ship it to me free of charge! It would take a week but it would save me from running around. What could be even better than all of this? I received a discount for my purchase amount being above $100. Both ladies were so nice and made me feel appreciated and beautiful. All the stress of finding the perfect matching suit for the event gone. Definitely recommend.

They steamed everything for me so all I had to do was take it out of the bag and wear it. That was so appreciated as I also had to get 5 kids dressed that day. Clearly the word is out on the amazing deals and all the good stuff they have here. I easily spent 1-2 hours in here looking at every last piece they had in stock. Spent a long time looking through the clearance rack that had lots of great finds and even walked out with a bunch of them. Even after moving up to Denver, it wasn't convenient. Needless to say I didn't shop much in the brick-and-mortar store, but I did shop (a lot!) online. That's why I was so excited to see a Box Lunch at Town Center in Aurora! Kellen, the sales associate, was so friendly and helpful. Her service is the type I was used to shopping at the Mall of America location. I asked her how long the store had been open, and she said it opened last week. I also asked her how long she worked for the company, and she said while she trained up at Flatirons Crossing, this store was her first official location. You couldn't tell, since she had amazing product knowledge and super customer service. The store had a fantastic selection of Disney, Star Wars, Harry Potter, and other types of genres. They had all kinds of products, and even had a nice sale going on. As usual, I walked out with a bagful of stuff. Kellen helped fix my phone number, which someone had entered entirely wrong into the system. When she couldn't find me via my phone number, I told her to brace herself when I gave her my email. She started smiling because she knew it was a combo of Disney and Star Wars. She pretty much had it memorized when she had to reenter my info. I left with not only some sweet deals and awesome shopping bag, but a smile on my face thanks to Kellen's customer service. And don't worry: I'll be back soon!
