Disappointing for my part but my friends had good meals.
Ambiance: Quintessential Paris bistro style but very cramped. You be bumped a lot by other patrons or wait staff all the time. Also makes it difficult to have a quiet private conversation.
Service: Very good, but only 2 waiters for a room of 40 which made is difficult to get attention at times. My duck was overcooked at first but was taken back and a new one brought out without question. Nice.
Food: I had the foie gras for starters and it was so-so. My friends had seafood dishes and they were amazing. For mains I had the duck brest which was supposed to be in a berry sauce but was a foie gras sauce instead. Not a large portion either. A side of mashed potato was completely ordinary with no standout flavor or seasoning. Desserts were good but also nothing special.
Price: Okay value.
In spite of the raves my friends gave it, I doubt I'd go back here. read more
