The food was delicious and prepared with a short wait! The friendly staff with greet you right away and guide you with suggestions. Champion Thai is more of a togo location although you can eat in however the food fill be served in togo containers. Our appetizers and entrees were delicious, perfectly prepared and topped it off with our delicious dessert. Would definitely order again

For years, we lived just down the road from this place and my son loved to come here for takeout as a teenager. I had never actually eaten here or even been inside until recently. I brought him for dinner and I will not be back. This place was really a mess, literally and figuratively. It was very difficult to communicate with the staff. Even when they didn't understand and went to get someone who spoke better english, we had difficulties with that person. The menu itself is confusing anf had a mixture of Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, American and other foods. We ordered multiple dishes and didn't enjoy any of them. Even the green curry that has been my sons favorite for ages was terrible. The table was sticky. The interior needs major updating and I would suggest taking the loud giant tv out of the very small dining area as this is not a sports bar. I am willing to acknowledge that this could have been a fluke and that we came on the worst day of service in thehistory of this establishment but that is unlikely. The extra star is for years of enjoyable take out for my son and a little because I feel so sad for this place.

Lacks flavor. Like- a lot of flavor. Ordered Pad Thai. Noodles are mushy. Tofu has no seasoning. Very little additional ingredients like egg, green onions. It's bland. It's a weak version of pad Thai. Disappointed.

We have ordered on many occasions and I forget to post pictures because we order the food delivery. Everything we order is always well-prepared and hot on arrival. I'm so thankful especially on these warm evenings not to have to cook.. or go out in the heat for that matter We have a set order that we tweak depending on what we are craving Panang Curry Spicy Basil Fried Rice BBQ pork or chicken Papaya Salad And anything on the menu that the owner recommends Thank you for remaining consistent on yummy Thai food. We are loyal customers

At the moment they only do take out. I ordered there and the food was done in about 10 mins. I got a spring roll and Tom yum chicken soup. Just what I needed for this cold weather. The spring roll was different. It has avocado in it which was different but it worked. I would order here again and try something different. Very nice people.

We were in town for wine tasting and hadn't had Thai food in a while, so we decided to stop by. What can I say...? Same great iced Thai coffee, deliciously fresh spring rolls, and the green curry couldn't have been better. We didn't see too many veggie dishes on the menu, yet at my wife's request, the kitchen made her fresh green beans in a garlic sauce. Thats right - fresh crisp green beans with plenty of "crunch" in a velvety garlic sauce. The prices are very reasonable considering today's crazy economy and we took food home! This is a family run business and the care and attention to customers is worth giving Thai Kitchen your support. We understand that they will be moving soon (just two storefronts away from the current location) and will have more room for more clientele. Judy and Sonny are very welcoming and personable. We wish them great success in the new location and we can't wait to be back to check it out!!!

hate having to write this review because, as a small business owner myself, I try to be empathetic…read moreand supportive of other businesses. That said, this experience needs to be shared -- especially given the complete lack of concern for customer experience and food safety. I'm visiting the area for the weekend and decided to grab soup dumplings with a friend. It was our "cheat day," so we ordered about $60 worth of food, which wouldn't have been an issue if it had been edible. We ordered two lunch combo plates, pork bao buns, and pork and vegetable dumplings. Food review: I ordered the General Chicken lunch combo. It tasted nothing like expected and was mostly thick breading covered in an overly sweet sauce that was supposed to be spicy. The rice was honestly the highlight of my meal -- though rice is hard to mess up... or so I thought, considering how sick I am while writing this, and that was mostly what I ate. My friend ordered the orange chicken, which looked and tasted exactly like mine--again, mostly breading. Her chow mein was cold in the middle, which made it seem like it was microwaved. I'm not usually nitpicky, but this was already turning into a bad experience. The pork bao buns weren't as bad as the rest of the food, but once we got to the "dumplings," we stopped eating altogether and threw everything away. The dumplings we ordered came out as steamed potstickers. I wish I had taken a picture--they looked awful. We gave them the benefit of the doubt since this place is literally called Dumpling House. That was a mistake. I took one bite of the dumpling with the sauce provided (soy sauce with chili flakes), which masked the taste. On the next bite -- without sauce -- I immediately noticed a horrible flavor. I smelled the dumpling and it had a rotten odor. At that point, I was completely done. When I got up to wash my hands and walked toward the bathroom, I took a closer look around. I noticed tin serving dishes that staff appeared to be eating directly out of, and a "wrapping" station set up on a table with wrappers laid out and a container of wonton filling just sitting there at room temperature. I don't know how long it had been out, but my friend mentioned it was there when we first walked in and assumed it was fresh. We were seated for about 30 minutes, and the filling remained out the entire time. Pork should absolutely not be left out that long -- and clearly, based on what we experienced, it wasn't safe. I've now spent the last six hours sick in my hotel room. Not only do I feel awful, but I'm also missing out on activities I had planned for this mini trip. Dumpling House -- please do better. Please care about your customers' health and safety.

I don't usually get xlb to take away since it's very hard to maintain the hot soup in the dumpling but I tried and failed at the effort and don't at all blame the DH who warned me. Ah well had to try.

The beef was incredibly tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned with a rich blend of spices that truly lived up to the name "heavenly." It's comforting, delicious, and clearly made with care. Highly recommended for anyone who loves bold flavors and well-prepared beef. I'll definitely be ordering this again!

When we arrived, our tables were set up and we sat down. The restaurant looked clean and there were a few patrons eating and some picking up food to go. Let me start off with saying that the food was really good. It was fresh and seasoned just right. We ordered the beef skewers, pineapple fried rice, basil fried rice, a couple of different curries, and sweet and sour fish. In regard to the service, it looked like there were only 2 employees working that day, the cook and an employee who was the cashier/server/table busser. This employee was friendly and did the best she could, but it was a lot for her to perform all of these roles. Our food was brought out in waves, a few dishes at a time. She hardly came over to check on us or refill our waters unless I asked. We ordered more food and it was a while before more food came out. When we were finished, the cook came out and introduced himself. He told us he was the only cook. This probably explained why our food didn't come out all together and why it took so long. I suppose that on a typical Saturday afternoon, one cook would have been enough. I would like to think that if I made the reservation sooner, they could have planned for enough help. Overall, our group experience was not the greatest. The food was certainly good. The service could use a lot of improvement. I'm sure if you don't go with a group, you'd be fine.

We were the only customers and got there around 6:30. My only critique is that there were a lot of employees and we were the only patrons, yet our two servers did seem distracted and forgot a couple of things throughout the meal. I'm giving grace for that because it was a very slow night and they were probably just chit chatting in the back. I would've had no issue giving this 5 stars if it wasn't for that one small thing. Service otherwise was very friendly and quick The food was fantastic! As a Japanese American who's been eating sushi since I was in the womb, I have to disagree with the yelper who recently said the rolls are too small and too expensive. The rolls we ordered were huge and the fish was very fresh and on par with M sushi and Komachi. Is it a luxurious loungy city style vibe? No. But the food is great and the prices are fair imo for the extremely fresh and delicious fish. We ordered two bowls of miso, salmon tataki roll (I only wished for more onions!), the spicy crunchy scallop roll (my new favorite roll in Lodi), snow crab CA roll, and I think the last one was a dragon roll with unagi.
