But this review is about the "wash and fold" services the store offers. I dropped off a queen bedspread and a sleeping bag one morning around 9:30am. I picked them up that night before 6pm and was charged about $15 each, which was the price I was quoted on the phone. No problem there. My complaint comes from the fact that, when I picked up the items, the job was NOT finished. When I got home and took the items out of their bags, I noticed that something wasn't right. The queen bedspread was fine; it looked cleaner and smelled very vaguely of soap. But the sleeping bag, which had been zipped up and folded, was not dry! I unzipped the bag and found that the entire inside of the sleeping bag was WET! I had to hang the unzipped sleeping bag on a clothes line for a couple days to allow it to dry completely. Maybe it's just me, but I thought "wash and fold" services included washing, DRYING, and folding. I'm glad I inspected the items when I got home. If I had just thrown the sleeping bag in a corner, I would have gotten a very moldy surprise the next time I needed that sleeping bag. Just a heads up. Everyone at the store seems very friendly, but maybe they're not that concerned about doing the job right. I'll probably try another "wash and fold" place next time. No sense paying $15 for a service that isn't fully provided.

He has no idea how to run the cash register, dry cleaning slips or run a credit card. He also TRIPLED dry cleaning costs. I had to pay $90 for 18 dress shirts. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Dryers are about a quarter for 15 minutes, typically 30 minutes is sufficient, depending on how heavy you load the dryers, which are huge. Parking is a bit on the small side, but I have been lucky thus far. Washer cost will vary depending on the size of the washer, which range from really small to really large. Staff is friendly, clientele are friendly.

The guy that runs this place is hardly ever there. When his machines don't work I never get my money back. There needs to be an attendant on duty at all times. I like the pre-wash cycle & few laundrys have this any more and this is what keeps me coming back. Also the location is convenient. But, I swear one of these days will get feed up with this laundry and never go back, or just buy my own washer :)

They close at 10 pm, so they say the last wash is at 9pm. t I'm sure they say the last washes at 9 PM. The guy didn't like that I would come there unintentionally sometimes at 8:30 p.m., he would huff, puff, shake his head, etc, and finally on Thursday, September 13, 2018, he told me that it wasn't the intent for people to come around 8:30 and even though the last wash is at 9 it is "not the intent" for the last wash to actually be at 9. He literally told me "that's not the intent" when I told him you said the last was is st 9 - it's 8:30 p.m. My problem with that is if you don't want people to come at 8:30, tell them the last wash is that 7:30 or 8 - that's the latest most people will get there. At least I didn't literally come at 9. So, also in his explanation he told me that "the intent is for people to come at a respectable time", which means that you're saying I'm not being respectful. I've been coming here for awhile now, eventually noticing his attitude, and now he's questioning my respectfulness. After I told him to change the hours, I went to my trunk and decided forget it I'm not going back there anymore. I do not appreciate that I've been coming often to this laundromat only just to end up having my character slandered in front of other customers, because he didn't want to stay late. I'm convonved he knew the hours before he took the job. And if he's not the one with the authority to change the hours, he should have taken it to his boss. If he was afraid to do that, be obviously knew that was unprofessional. I understand where he was coming from, not wanting to stay late, but you can't get mad at customers for coming between the hours that you approve and advertise, especially not slandering them to their face! This was just flat out rude and unprofessional. If you want people to be there by 8 o'clock tell them the last wash is at 7:30 or 8 PM!
