Their quote was comprehensive and far more competitive than others we gathered. They were flexible with us on timing that worked for both parties and were super thorough on communicating what was happening daily. They ended each day with photos of progress made and an update on what would be happening the next day, timing for those coming to the house, etc. They worked with us on our more unique asks (installing super old antique doors) as well as guided and advised us on bigger decisions (removing walls, where to put build-ins in our mudroom, how to best configure our new closet). Crazy enough, we finished on time - actually a couple of weeks early. They've been back a couple of times since just to help with small things we ended up wanting revised or that we messed up (like my husband backing into our new stucco....). They care about their work and their clients. I cannot recommend them enough!

The design TEAM of Arlette, and Veronica work their magic to bring my new kitchen from concept to fruition. The Craftmanship lead by Carlos, and Robert, was simply BEST IN CLASS! What was even more incredible was that they completed the remodel ahead of schedule despite a few minor changes. The skilled tradesmen we're very meticulous and made sure that even the smallest detail was address and not overlooked. After the closes of each day, the team made sure that they cleaned up so that we could still function during the evening. Arlette, Veronica, Carlos, and Robert, continue success and another 5 Star job well Done!! Looking forward to seeing you all on the next project. Danny & Karen

He cleaned up at the end of each day. We had some questions come up during the installation of countertops. Communication with workers was difficult but a few calls to Bill and the office sorted out and answered our questions. The final product is amazing. We have had so many compliments!!! They also provided tips on caring for our newly resurfaced cabinets and our beautiful countertops. The entire project was completed quickly. I would use Re-New again!

After hiring a contractor at my own expense ($179), it was discovered that the exterior dryer vent flap had been painted shut during construction. The flap was sealed closed and could not open, preventing airflow. I provided photos and documentation, but Lennar still refused reimbursement, stating that paint on the flapper is "normal." A vent hood should not be painted in a way that immobilizes it. I attempted to resolve this directly before posting this review. Disappointed with how this was handled.

Reoccurring warranty claim for inferior quality materials used for garage overhead doors. Lennar replaced top panel several (i.e., 4 times!) and same issue returned within 6 months each time. Was told, after 4 replacements, that the issue was not warranted due to sun or heat....really? Then why did you replace it 4 times previously and if that is the case why are you selecting this product for installation in Arizona? Lennars solution was to replace the panel with a solid panel, but that I would need to coordinate with the HOA. Interesting, I have to spend my time to fix your problem? Needless to say, I contacted the SUBCONTRACTOR and they voluntary offered to replace BOTH (so they would match) doors with the new upgraded version that still included the windowing. On top of that, they also provided an insulation upgrade because I had insulated the previous units, and they felt I shouldnt have to carry that expense again. Wow! A medium size company taking care of the consumer, while Mega LENNAR could care/do less!

When we…read morecontacted Kb Home to get any necessary forms to schedule the Home Inspection, we received an agreement to sign that clearly states no access to attic or roof and no testing of any equipment no limited to Appliances, HVAC system, garage door opener etc. Basically they allow you to arrange for a Home Inspection but the Home Inspection will have to agree to the limitations of what he's allowed to inspect. Of course Kb Home strongly encourages their buyers to wait until AFTER closing for any inspections. Buyer Beware

I bought a house in East Mesa, Arizona that was built at the end of 2018 and first lived in at the end of 2018. I bought the house from the first owner in 2021. I recently started noticing the stones falling off the exterior walls of the house, to the point where I'm about to lose an entire wall. I submitted a warranty claim. KB took over a week to get back to me after I called several times. They finally sent a customer service rep out to the house to take pictures and look at the damage. This is becoming a safety issue at this point. I then never heard back from the customer service rep until I had to reach out 2x through phone to see if they were going to help fix their shotty workmanship. She said no that the home was out of the 2-year workmanship warranty. If it's strictly a 2-year warranty, then why even bother coming to my home to look at the issue? Anyways, please proceed reading.. I understand the stipulations on home warranties, but the company should know what should and should never happen with a home. They should be able to loosely interpret their warranties knowing what should never happen, but even from a customer service perspective. I'm from the East Coast (New York) where homes (with stones as well) get battered by blizzards, hurricanes, humidity (moisture in the air) and erratic weather, etc. You name it, the homes experience it. Never once have I even seen a 20-year-old home have stones fall off the home. My home is not even 5 years old at this point and I'm about to lose an entire wall of stones. Note that some of the damage can't be seen in my pictures that I've taken, but when you press on many of the stones you can hear and feel the movement behind the stonework. The last time I spoke to the customer service rep, I requested a manager reach out to me so I can further discuss this. It's now been over a week since I have spoken to anyone and have not received a phone call from the manager. So now I'm left with 2 options: do it myself, which I'm not a professional, or hire a masonry company for over a thousand dollars to fix an issue that should never happen. This led me to now writing this review. Consumers deserve better. Sadly this company should probably be watched while they build homes. Poor quality. Poor workmanship. Poor customer service.

They are like most builders and just care about the bottom line. They contract with Subs that share the same values of cutting costs even if it means their quality or tarnishing their name. Our whole community is suffering" The father created a legacy that the current owners/operators are not living up too. I researched builders and they have NOT lived up to the standards the community expects. The customer service team have to address an excessive amount of work orders AFTER you sign on the dotted line! The one year warranty starts when you sign for the home NOT when it should. It should start after the pending repairs noted on your move in paperwork are corrected. I was told "no, it started when you signed." I moved in my home in May 2021 with multiple pending repairs--- very poor workmanship with the tile work in the kitchen and three baths ( been "repaired" 5 times now- instead of just replacing- still not fixed); kitchen tile repaired 3 times (finally resolved after two months in home); cabinets repair in two bathrooms; cabinet repair in kitchen (still pending); sidewalk too close to foundation (needed to be rebuilt); and HVAC system repair (took 1.5 months to resolve and three visits from repair company). I will stop here you get the picture. I have lost 17 days from work waiting for the repair teams! I just want to enjoy my home without the repairs to a "new" home and have a quality product I can be proud of. Am I being unreasonable?

Nearly a year later, a large portion of the items identified in our pre-close (Feb 4, 2025 Burgess) and 10-day post-close (Feb 17, 2025 BDC) inspections remain unfinished. Timeline and commitments Months 1-6 post-close: Our construction manager Torrey acknowledged the punch list and stated these items would be handled under construction. Very few were completed. After month 6: We were handed off to Warranty. Over the next five months, we experienced repeated no-shows and trades arriving without proper materials or equipment, resulting in little to no progress after multiple appointments. Winter 2025: While we were in Europe, Warranty Manager Sean finally followed up. We had already notified his colleague Nanci we would be out of the country. Despite that notice, warranty closed multiple tickets for "no response." Specific, ongoing issues Exterior paint and stucco patches have been left exposed for months. Multiple scheduled visits where trades did not arrive or arrived unable to perform due to missing parts/supplies. Repeated rescheduling and lack of coordination between construction and warranty, causing us to take time off work without results. What we expected vs. what happened We expected Fulton to complete the inspection findings within a reasonable timeframe and manage trades professionally. Instead, we got months of delay, no-shows, tickets closed while we were traveling (after notice), and a home that still looks "mid-construction" on the exterior almost a year after closing. What we want now A single point of accountability at Fulton. A written schedule assigning each item to a trade with promised dates. Completion of all open items by a specific deadline. We have preserved documentation: both inspection reports, a consolidated punch list, messages, and appointment logs. I'm posting this review so future buyers know what to verify: clear post-close timelines, accountability for trades, and written commitments. We're still ready to let Fulton make this right, but the current experience has been unacceptable.
