We decided to look into cabinet refacing as it would be much more cost efficient, and it could be completed in about a week. After much research we came across Re-New Cabinets. Once entering the show room, it was so clear by all the beautiful kitchen displays that this was top notch company that provided high end quality work. We also met their amazing designers Veronica and Carlos Lenzi, and they were all so helpful in showing us all the options available. As we spoke of what we wanted to do they each started pulling doors, hardware, crown molding and countertop samples. They were creating something that we could look at to visualize the possibilities of what our kitchen could look like. We really loved their passion and sense of design, and we knew we had found the people we wanted to work with. We were happy to know that every aspect of our project would be handled in house and completed in their workshop by their team. We had so many custom options to choose and over 100 different doors to choose from in whatever color and style you like. All the doors and drawers are soft close and the new drawers they make are all dove tailed. We picked out beautiful crown molding and handles, and all of this is included. Other companies had quoted us extra for all of these items. That same day Arlette also arranged for us to view full size quartz and granite countertops so we could make sure the colors, and pattern would be to our liking. This was so helpful and we were able to get a much better idea than just looking at small sample squares. ReNew installed custom crown molding and hardware, a gorgeous backsplash, under counter lighting with a remote and dimmer, decorative panel doors on our island and all the countertops were finished in a beautiful quartz. In addition, we had a trash cabinet installed and we were able to do a drawer conversion which gave us large drawers for pots and pans and no longer will have to store them in my oven. Everyday someone from the Lenzi family stopped by to see the progress and would call or text us daily to give us updates. They truly make you feel that you are a priority to them. The installers were so amazing as well. They are more than installers as they are also the team that create your kitchen in their workshop. They take so much pride in their work, and they really are true craftsmen. They work so hard to ensure that every part of the installation is perfect. Reoccurring warranty claim for inferior quality materials used for garage overhead doors. Lennar replaced top panel several (i.e., 4 times!) and same issue returned within 6 months each time. Was told, after 4 replacements, that the issue was not warranted due to sun or heat....really? Then why did you replace it 4 times previously and if that is the case why are you selecting this product for installation in Arizona? Lennars solution was to replace the panel with a solid panel, but that I would need to coordinate with the HOA. Interesting, I have to spend my time to fix your problem? Needless to say, I contacted the SUBCONTRACTOR and they voluntary offered to replace BOTH (so they would match) doors with the new upgraded version that still included the windowing. On top of that, they also provided an insulation upgrade because I had insulated the previous units, and they felt I shouldnt have to carry that expense again. Wow! A medium size company taking care of the consumer, while Mega LENNAR could care/do less!

Over the next five months, we experienced repeated no-shows and trades arriving without proper materials or equipment, resulting in little to no progress after multiple appointments. Winter 2025: While we were in Europe, Warranty Manager Sean finally followed up. We had already notified his colleague Nanci we would be out of the country. Despite that notice, warranty closed multiple tickets for "no response." Specific, ongoing issues Exterior paint and stucco patches have been left exposed for months. Multiple scheduled visits where trades did not arrive or arrived unable to perform due to missing parts/supplies. Repeated rescheduling and lack of coordination between construction and warranty, causing us to take time off work without results. What we expected vs. what happened We expected Fulton to complete the inspection findings within a reasonable timeframe and manage trades professionally. Instead, we got months of delay, no-shows, tickets closed while we were traveling (after notice), and a home that still looks "mid-construction" on the exterior almost a year after closing. What we want now A single point of accountability at Fulton. A written schedule assigning each item to a trade with promised dates. Completion of all open items by a specific deadline. We have preserved documentation: both inspection reports, a consolidated punch list, messages, and appointment logs. I'm posting this review so future buyers know what to verify: clear post-close timelines, accountability for trades, and written commitments. But Joe listened to my feedback and told me how the process works waiting for materials. I also sent them photos of some marks on the counter I thought I saw, and they sent someone out to clean and buff it and make it like new again.
