I was afraid they'd be unfixable but Sophia made them look brand new! I've had French manicures before and ended up with crooked lines but her work is impeccable and clean. I asked for us both to have the same service. Yet my daughter was done 25 minutes before me. When I inquired the manger said that we didn't. After what happened I didn't want to put my daughter thru that . The lady doing mine was great at massage but the paint job was bad and clumsy. The lady doing my daughter's didnt have her glasses borrowed another lady's. She got her glasses half way thru. A guy brought them in. My daughter texted me her toe was bleeding. I inquire. The lady claimed it was an ingrown. My daughter was confused. Once she got her glasses and noticed she rushed the pedicure and the workers were talking back and forth. I wish I had my translating ear buds on. Her toe was hurting walking and in the car I could see where her nail was cut and reshaped into the nail bed why it was bleeding. Black background was hr later. Blue back ground next day. Busy week so didn't go to the shop. Just went on to check if they responded, which they did but notice my full details we gone. The offer to redo the pedicure cause they were busy. If busy is half the shop empty. They do not have enough workers. No one should ever do someone service with our proper full vision. Why would my daughter want to go back and she had a dance performance she couldn't do now due to pain in her toe. My photo update that stayed basic said this service should never happen and hope they contact me. The details need to be known.

They were so patient and welcoming, and they were more than willing to take care of both me and my mom for our pedicures. They really take their time with their services--nothing felt rushed, and the attention to detail was amazing. The person doing my pedicure was incredibly informative, explaining each step of the service and making sure I understood what they were doing and why. The salon itself is super cute, with the prettiest pink decor that makes the whole place feel cozy and fun! Our feet and legs felt amazing afterward, and we left feeling so relaxed. Not to mention, my mom is post-op from knee surgery, and the care and gentleness they showed made the whole experience incredibly comforting for her. This was hands-down one of the nicest pedicure experiences we've had in Stockton in a long time, and we'll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!

So, I found Pro Nail of Pacific Avenue in Stockton near Miracle Mile by going through reviews. So I make an appointment with Tina. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by Tina. She immediately acknowledged my arrival. The place was quiet with softed music playing in the background. The place was well kept in appearances. She proceeded by suggestion pedicure colors and ideas. I watched for her instructions. She explained things she was completing. She took her time with each steps. In the end I was satisfied with the finishing results. Tina excellent skills on how to make a first time customer welcome at the establishment was superb and I will be returning back. It has gone downhill the past couple months…read more They used to use brand new files/buffers and sanitized nail clippers and such but now they use all the same ones on customers, quite unsanitary. Most of the nail technicians are pushy, they try to pursued you to get gel or gel builder. During my previous visit, I was already getting gel and they tried to get me to do the gel builder, I said sure let's do it. Mid way to the session, my technician says they'll do it next time... so odd and confusing, I didn't understand the point in even mentioning it? The place is gorgeous inside but there's other places that are better.. with better customer service.

She is so talented and can literally do any design you show her. My nails last a long time and she knows how to shape my nails to perfection. I am always in love with my sets when QQ does my nails. They have a lot of talented nail techs there. I also get my pedicures done here too and it is always such a relaxing experience. They have so many different luxury pedicures you can choose from.
