Cold brew with pistachio milk and pickle matcha
    Jessica N.

The staff was very nice and they worked quickly. The line looked long but it was only a 5-10 minute wait. There is some outdoor seating and dog friendly. Unfortunately, my pickle matcha didn't fully commit to the name. The matcha was too weak and the pickle was closer to lemonade than pickle. I really liked the ingenuity but they should've doubled down and gone hard. Instead of a matcha pickle abomination, I got green lemonade. Otherwise, it's another coffee shop at the mall.

Came in the afternoon and there was no line. The staff who took my order were very kind and friendly! She took her time to talk to me and make me feel welcomed. I ordered two drinks: a Matcha Latte with Foam on top and the Butterfly Pea Matcha. I had different opinions on the drinks. For the Matcha Latte I would give that a 4/5. Good flavor but not the best I've had! For the Butterfly Pea Matcha, I would give that a 3/5. The butterfly pea flavor was undetectable which was saddening. I was excited to try this place because I've been waiting a while for hype to die all the way down. Overall this place is pretty pricey for a very small drink which sucks. For this reason I don't think I would be going back. Nice place to try though.

While my bestie and I waited for our 2 hour Din Fai Fung wait, we decided to grab a matcha latte to tide us over. The drink was made quick and it's so creamy. I loved that there wasn't bitterness and it's the perfect amount of sweetness. We sat outside and people watched. It was really nice.

I'm surprised the reviews are so bad. I've had a few drinks here and they've all been pretty good. Lattes are really smooth and the matcha is good even when unsweetened. The prices are higher than most spots and the size of the drink are small but overall it's one of the better options.

While in the century city mall, I was looking for a quick coffee and stumbled across chamberlain, and I saw they had a seasonal iced orange latte so I had to try it. The orange flavor was strong and bitter, and I don't feel like it pairs well with the creamy and sweet coffee flavor. It's a miss for me, but I still have to try the matcha drinks.

I like that the matcha comes unsweetened. It's not my favorite but adding the pistachio flavor made it better. Small almost kiosk location within the century city parking structure. I do think $9 is pretty steep considering it could've been better. The service was great though and it took a really short time to get my drink I was surprised.

Brown sugar latte w almond milk

Aesthetic is very cute. However, the coffee is just okay. Not too much different from a basic latte and honestly the "brown sugar" in the brown sugar latte was not noticeable. Overpriced for the quality.

I honestly don't know what the hype is about Chamberlain coffee, like why there's often a long a** line and people taking pictures. I assume it's some influencer thing because I'm "oldish" and genuinely have no clue. What I do know is that I really like the iced drinks. I've tried the Salted Pistachio Matcha and recently request a Salted Pistachio latte (espresso) and I enjoyed both. I love the smooth creamy texture. Also, the staff are friendly and helpful. This is a grab and go spot, but you can always enjoy the patio style tables outside. Looking forward to trying more "signature" drinks.

Located at the Westfield mall, small little coffee spot. Friendly staff! I got an iced latte with almond milk and pistachio flavor. It was good! Though it was kinda hard to tell it was pistachio, my boyfriend got one with hazelnut and we couldn't tell which one was which. Good spot for a quick coffee fix while you're shopping around the mall.

This spot always has a line so I knew I had to try it. It's almost like a walk up window where you order and leave although there are some seats outside. The day I came it was raining though so I ordered and left. It's pretty cute inside, very stylish for the brand they're conveying. I ordered the limited drink cookie butter iced and it was so good. I don't think I've had a cookie butter latte that good before. It was a bit pricier but it's worth it!

I've been here a couple times now and really like their drinks! There's always a crazy line on the weekends but barely a wait on weekdays. I love their salted pistachio matcha latte! The matcha is smooth, and the cream top with pistachio bits is very yummy. It's currently one of my top 10 favorite matchas in LA! Sometimes I want a lower calorie (and cheaper) drink so I like ordering the Emma's Way, though it seems they took that off their menu. You can just ask for an iced almond latte with nondairy creamer, which is the same thing. It's not incredible but I like it better than the same order at other coffee shops.

Ive always wanted to try Chamberlain Coffee for the past few months but didnt want to wait in line. Now that its been more than half a year since it opened, I decided to drop in to finally try it. I came on a Thursday afternoon and there was no line and surprisingly a good amount of pastries left. Never had a pistachio matcha before but it seemed like the specialty item here so I gave it a go. I was a bit sus with the way they make their matcha which was PREMADE and not hand whisked each time. However, I was surprised to still taste the deep umami matcha flavor. The pistachio milk was just ok but I think i'll get the regular matcha latte next time. I also had the miso kouign amann but wasn't a fan of the miso paste. I think it wouldve been better if it was kept as a plain kouign aman

There is also some street parking available, though it can be a bit difficult to find an open spot. Service at this location is okay, sometimes good and friendly and other times not so much. It doesn't bother me too much since I don't interact with them very often though. I usually order online and pick up at the counter, which I find much more convenient. Recently, I believe they extended the delivery area on the map to LA, but I haven't gotten the chance to try that out yet. They often run offers and promotions on their app, so I definitely recommend ordering online. You can also add a sticker to your cup when ordering online (if you draw your own it takes about a day to get it approved)! The interior is pretty small, so more of a grab-n-go, and it has a nice modern, clean aesthetic. The drinks are consistently pretty great! My go‑to orders are the Mango Coconut Boom and the Mango Grapefruit Boom. Super refreshing and fruity and the grapefruit adds a little tart, sour kick to the mango. I also really like the Triple Supreme Matcha and I recently tried the new seasonal King Jasmine Guava, and it wasn't bad at all too (the stickers are also super cute). Overall, really happy that this location opened, and the drinks are super good and keep me coming back.

Parking is atrocious (even with the public parking garages close by) so keep that in mind when you order your drink. They haven't worked out their kinks. I ordered at 11am and they weren't selling any coconut mango boom drinks due to a supply issue? Overall I love Heytea and the Monterey Park never gets it wrong. I wouldn't recommend this location and would say it doesn't give the correct impression of what Heytea represents. Sure, having this spot on the west side of LA is nice but not if it's going to be a lackluster quality compared to the other location. So if you're desperate and in the west side, tread with caution knowing quality will be lower and to bring patience for parking.

It is pricey (maybe the priciest out there) but every element of the experience is top tier and you get what you pay for. The sandwiches, scones, and pastries are actually high quality and delicious. I love the variety of the sandwiches with some twists and premium ingredients like caviar. The scones are my favorite and not dry at all, it's served with clotted cream, lemon curd, and a berry jam - absolutely delicious. There's a lot of tea choices to choose from that will cater to a variety of tastes. The ambiance is what sets this afternoon tea apart from the rest. There's a live harpist! The Living Room decor feels very posh, the plates and cups have pretty designs, and the set is served on a silver 3-tier stand. The service is also fantastic! They kept coming back to refill our tea. The breeze knows this and thus its best to control itself because it knows its place in relation to this girl. If you make the decision, I recommend going on a day where you can absorb the classy and elegant (that slightly borders on stiff traditionally) vibe because no one deserves to have a troubled mind when enjoying luxurious tea. It is like a big sports guy, going to the Super Bowl, when back home they have a leaky faucet that is near full rupture but he cannot do anything until Monday. How is he suppose to enjoy viewing a fumble or bouncing cheerleaders or a roaring crowd with costumed fans, if there is a drip drip of worry in his mind that he cannot wrench into closing. I guess, this space is like a zen garden, where one goes to be present, not just to checkmark a daily meal. I say all that because I was silent for long moments, and I apologized to Ronnie for not engaging in conversation. And she said, "I understand, you are taking it all in." So this place is also a gallery of fancy, where one experiences tea in the cushions of Beverly Hills rarefied air. When I was there, I saw a large group of girls attending a baby shower. To me, it was a like small movie scene. All of them were gathered in a group, like lilies in a special patch, looking all pretty in nice dresses, long flowing hair, and were all smiles and refined in movement, taste and persona. I wondered why they were talking about? Ronnie anchored me back to reality and said, they are probably just catching up, just like us. She makes a good point--- a baby shower in a fancy tea room, is no different than a baby shower held in a back yard. Every one is there to give well-wishes and gifts, eat good food, and chat. There are obvious ways in which these two experiences are different but at their core they were the same: a group of people gathering to celebrate a coming child. One place just does it with white linens ironed to precious quality, while the other is limited to folded tables set up carefully so they don't break. I share this so that the reader knows that this place is so fancy, that I felt like I did not just have tea, I more felt like I was in a place that redefined fancy for me, and that in itself, is worth more than the 150.00 dollars I paid to sip rose tea. But still I would not do it again, because to sip rose tea and be pampered like a princess cost me 150.00 dollars. To translate this into a Yelp message: Go as a once in a life time experience to understand how the 1 percent enjoys their tea, and hopefully that adds to all that shapes your perspective of the world. I want to truly stress, that this slow moving experience, in a wondrous way, redefined what fancy is because I never saw fancy be effortless lazy yet still be extravagant and gorgeous. I was a guy there. There was another guy there, enjoying tea alone. But everyone else read female. So this place is women centered because who is taught to have tea parties at a young age? I mean there is no tea party with cups that show the Hulk and Iron man. So this is. a girlie fantasy. Look at my pictures, even though there are few one can see pink ribbons, floral patterns, precious and dainty flowers, and fashion carried by hats. I went because I am comfortable stepping outside gender roles but not everyone is. So, I guess, I am saying that afternoon tea, all adorn with teas, is mostly for girls, shocking I know. The food was superb. I remember the chicken salad sandwich fondly. I remember the strawberries and cream. I remember being handed a warm towel to wipe my hands clean. I remember lounging, but again, this is more of an experience. Like I can have high tea again, but not like this because it is too precious to revisit on rewind. I rather have this be a bubble that strolls down Rodeo and Sunset than it be popped by another visit. I remember all of it as a kind of dream, which makes it more precious. There was also a harp player. But I am not going to say I was in heaven, that reach is too easy. Plus, I did not feel like I was in heaven, even though I sat in a cloud. I noticed to much, and thought to much about my surroundings. I was not at peace. I was in rest. The difference being is that peace comes with out thought, and rest can come with an analysis. Think I am wrong? Then imagine a genius doing Sodukus for fun---- he is not in peace because he is being challenged, but he is in rest because she can find quiet pleasure in finishing the mental challenge in record time. I realize that I took a long way to say the following: the place is gorgeous, the food is sensational, the graces both big and small, mix into a pleasurable experience that makes one say, that was certainly fancy to the sky!
