We were in and out here cause we got our order super fast. We got the iced strawberry Matcha for $8. The prices are very good here. Literally the most expensive thing on Monday is $8. They make the Matcha fresh and they also have merch upfront. A lot of quality ingredients are used and it's a vibe with the music.

I love the vibes and the matcha! I am a matcha SNOB. I hate to say it but I have been drinking it for a decade and I usually like it to be really strong. I ordered an unsweetened matcha latte with only 100g of milk instead of the 120-130 I think? With less milk it was perfect for me! I was grateful they modified it! (I forgot a pic) My friend got the ube matcha and this was the first matcha she ever liked in her life, now she is obsessed! I agree with other reviews that say the service was mid. Not the friendliest people but nice enough to walk in, ask questions, order, and get out. You never know what people are going through.

Ambiance: it's a matcha drink store located on the ground level of the century city Westfield mall, disorganized ordering and pickup lines inside, and trashes on the countertop Service: rude and unfriendly, when I originally received a drink only about two thirds of a cup instead of a full cup, unlike other people drinks ordered here. I was wondering why and asked, then the cashier told me they just ran out of the draft drink so mine wasn't full. It's so ridiculous, instead of acknowledging your customers, they just try to fool them, such an inconsistent quantity and quality. After I pointed it out, the cashier didn't even feel sorry at all just said I have to wait, of course, if they care this wouldn't happen at the first place. Drink: specialized in matcha drinks, they ran out of strawberries so I had to order something else DRAFT NITRO MATCHA LATTE - ** nitro infused matcha, vanilla bean, agave, coconut milk oat milk, watery taste, and insane amount of ice Price: poor quality, not worth $8 cost per drink, don't waste your time and money here

Always passed this place in century city and decided to finally give it a try, especially because it's so aesthetically appealing. I got a hot matcha latte with oat milk and my sister got a chai matcha with almond milk. When my sister's drink was ready and she tried it, she was so confused because she couldn't taste any chai whatsoever. She then asked the barista who acknowledged she misread the order slip and apologized. My matcha was honestly very bland. I had to add a little bit of the simple syrup to balance out the flavor. Neither one of us really loved our drinks all that much. If this was just a regular cafe of brunch spot that served matcha drinks, it would be fine, but this is a matcha spot - meaning, the matcha should be next level IMO, and unfortunately, it was not that great. Perhaps an off day. Total cost for both drinks was $14. Also, the place was a mess, as beautiful as the design is, it was so dirty in there. They are trash on the floor and counters. They need to have the staff clean it up every few hours because it takes away from the experience and their high end prices.

I enjoy Cha Cha matcha a lot! The matcha does feel more watery than creamy but I don't mind. Prices are average. Though what draws me to Cha Cha matcha the most is the aesthetic. Every location is so cute and I love the fresh and pink concept. Service is quick and good as well! There is some casual seating outside with tiny connected tables. Perfect place to read a book (during the weekdays).

Came for the matcha but went on a side quest for their hojicha and am so happy I did. It's perfectly nutty and sweet. I'm sure they do matcha well but I don't know if I could pass on this drink if I go in again

I think this Cha Cha location might be new? Never seen it before here at Century City. My mom and I came by on a weekday evening and we were the only ones there so drinks came fast. The lady working behind the counter was friendly and polite. Matcha latte (hot) w/ almond milk and honey 2/5, just ok this honestly didn't do it for me. I think there wasn't enough matcha : milk ratio going on as it tasted more milky than anything Matcha Chai (hot) w/ almond milk 4.5/5, omg this will be my only order from here going forward. It's a Chai primarily w hints of matcha. While I would prefer more matcha flavoring, this was well done.

I ordered the coconut cloud matcha and my friend ordered the cloud matcha. It was definitely bland and we had to poor more syrup into it. They were quick to make it since there was no line. It's located inside a mall and it was pretty slow that day. Inside there is no seating and it's just a grab and go type of vibe.

Oh, and look at all the dust

The shop itself was cute, and we had been looking forward to visiting Cha Cha Matcha for a while -- it just happened to be the Century City one today. The interior was lovely, which made us even more excited walking in. Unfortunately, the experience quickly changed once we got inside. All three employees seemed visibly unhappy to be working there. One person took our order, but the process took quite a while because he kept needing to double-check things with the other two staff members. After placing the order, I noticed the person whisking the matcha was using a very worn-out whisk -- frayed and completely out of shape. It was also an electric whisk. When he finished, he placed it upside down, dripping matcha everywhere. I couldn't help but think that if another customer ordered matcha next, the same whisk would be used again without proper cleaning, which felt very unhygienic. It became even more concerning when the staff member preparing drinks kept touching and scratching her face with bare hands while handling milk and ice -- no gloves, no visible sanitation steps. At that point, it completely killed our matcha craving. We left feeling disappointed and honestly uncomfortable about the cleanliness and overall professionalism. It's hard not to think that people from Japan, where matcha preparation carries so much care and respect, would feel quite offended seeing it handled this way. Sadly, we won't be returning.

The matcha quality was amazing! The shade of green told us everything and as we predicted, the matchas were perfect! Loved the fluffy almond croissant and the vibes inside were cute and cozy! My sister and I had been wanting to check this spot out for the longest and it delivered!

I got a regular vanilla latte; They were out of this other one that was on the menu so I couldn't try it. They didn't have many options of things to eat. The service was friendly. They gave me a good suggestion of where to go for a pastry. The ambiance was very cute with green and pink. There were places to sit outside of the cafe in the mall since it wasn't too busy the day I went.

Love, love, love their matcha. I ordered matcha latte whole milk and a little classic syrup. The service is amazing! Always very friendly professional, and make an amazing Matcha. They have a nice ambiance!

I got my go-to flavor, the Espresso Delux Hokey Pokey. Personally, I find this flavor to be more rich in flavor, but less sweet than the original Hokey Pokey. Plus, as a coffee-lover, how can I say no to coffee?!?! The ice cream was smooth and creamy, while the coffee flavor was noted with each bite without being too strong or overpowering. There was also a slight note of tanginess to it. It was topped off with crushed bits of chocolate covered almonds and toffee/honey comb flakes. In my opinion, this was the highlight as the toppings complimented the ice cream. You get the smooth and creaminess from the ice cream, yet the crunchy, chocolatey and nuttiness from the infused toppings. Now that's a heavenly bite. Highly recommend checking this place out whenever you're at Century City mall. It's located on the 2nd floor, right outside of Macy's. There's plenty of seating inside and the store is overall quite clean. Staff have been super friendly during each of my visits.

I think it may have been the owner, but he gave me the whole walk-through of the brand and the flavors. He gave me a sample of the most popular Hokey Pokey. It was too sweet for me, so that's when I went with the California Orange. Vibe: Super cute and aesthetic--very on-brand and Instagram-worthy. It's not a huge space, but there are a few tables if you want to sit and relax for a bit. Drinks: I tried the cold brew and it was definitely on the stronger side, which I personally liked. They also have different flavor options, so you can mix it up depending on your mood. Price range: Expect about $5-$8 per drink, which is pretty typical for specialty coffee in this area. ‍ Location & parking: Located inside Westfield Century City, so parking is just mall parking (easy but can get busy depending on the time). Final thoughts: Great spot if you're already at the mall and want a quality coffee with a fun vibe. Not a huge sit-down café, but perfect for a quick pick-me-up. Then I noticed Chamberlain Coffee right in front of us, and there was a line of people waiting, so we decided to try it out of curiosity. When I Googled it, it said that this coffee shop was started by some YouTuber. I had never heard of her before, and since I don't watch YouTube at all, I didn't know who she was. But seeing quite a few people lined up, I figured she must be pretty famous. So we waited in line out of curiosity and ordered three coffees: one espresso for my brother, one Americano for my mom, and an Orange Latte for me. Honestly, the coffee was just okay. Nothing about it felt special, and I personally didn't think it was that good. As for my Orange Latte, I could taste the orange flavor, but one of the staff, she sprinkled cinnamon powder on top without even asking me, which really annoyed me. I don't really like cinnamon, so I was irritated that she added it without checking with me first. The customer service made the experience even more frustrating. Later, I asked for an empty cup, and since there were a lot of cups stacked there, I was about to grab one myself. But the woman behind the counter told me she would give it to me, and handed me a cup with an annoyed attitude. The person who took my order was friendly, but the Asian woman working behind the counter was very unfriendly. What bothered me the most was that she sprinkled cinnamon powder on my Orange Latte without asking me. The Orange Latte really didn't taste good. It was just sweet, and with the cinnamon flavor on top of that, it was so unpleasant that I ended up throwing it away after drinking some of it. Also, the espresso was extremely tiny. After buying three coffees and even leaving a tip, the total came out to $20. I was really disappointed.

It was busy, so I assumed the food had to be good. Indoor and outdoor seating is available; parking can be difficult as there is a lot of restricted parking. Orders are placed at the cashier, who appeared completely unenthusiastic. A table number is assigned, and the food is delivered to your table. Unfortunatly the servers seemed just as disengaged as the cashier which made it feel as though no one working there was happy to be there. The overall energy of the restaurant felt negative and unwelcoming, which definitely affected the dining experience. The table we chose had not been properly wiped down and was sticky from the previous guests breakfast. We also noticed syrup on our chairs before sitting down. We asked one of the servers to clean it, which they did, but both the table and chairs were left soaking wet afterward. We ended up finding paper towels ourselves just to dry everything off. Also, both our chairs had cracks! I decided to overlook all of that and focus on enjoying the meal, especialy since the food behind the vitrine looked scrumptious. My friend ordered the lox plate and I ordered the breakfast sandwich. The onions on the lox plate were old and dry, while the salmon itself was overly oily and heavy. The portions were generous and the bagel looked fresh and appealing. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with poached eggs, cheese, and Tennessee ham served on a biscuit. Unfortunately, the biscuit was extremely dry, making each bite difficult to chew and swallow. The ham was thin and fibrous, and the sandwich was so dry and difficult to chew into that I actually chocked on my first bite. I ended up deconstructing the sandwich just to make it edible, but even then, it was difficult to enjoy. Thank goodness we ordered the chocolate chip cookies and monster cookie which were good, but at $4, nothing special. The one highlight of the meal was the lattes, which were very good and served with a proper double shot of espresso. Thank goodness for that otherwise I don't think I would have made it through brunch.
