He handled the stress of a busy restaurant floor with ease. He was not afraid to clarify or correct an issue before it became an issue. He was wonderful! Our chef was soooo entertaining. He cooked well and made sure we felt as if his performance was just for us. He was great!! The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the floors were slippery. They felt greasy, and it made me fearful to walk on the floor. The food did not disappoint and neither did the service!

My wife and I visited on their third day in business. The staff was attentive and pleasant. I had the Chicken Chai Thai Fried Rice and my wife had the Tofu Pad Thai. Both meals were prepared with fresh tasty ingredients served hot. The portions were average, not to little and not to much. The prices were a tad higher than what we have seen of other Thai restaurants. The quality of the ingredients in our opinion were very good and pleased both our palates. The owner presented herself and inquired about our experience all of which was very good. We will be visiting and/or ordering from them again very soon. The restaurant is well decorated, clean, and comfortable. We waited a long time for a local Thai Plainfield food source and now that we have one, an apparently really good one, we hope they catch on and that they enjoy many happy healthy years of existence. I recently dined at Chai Thai Restaurant in Plainfield, IL and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The restaurant, which opened in January 2024, serves delicious Thai food that never fails to impress. The service is top-notch, thanks to Son and his mother who run the place with such warmth and hospitality. I have ordered takeout from Chai Thai three times now, and each time the food has been absolutely delicious. From flavorful curries to aromatic stir-fries, every dish has been a true delight for my taste buds.
