Although there was an issue with the item we needed versus what we discussed, the appointment was successful by replacing the item needed with other items needed. When I called back, I got a different person who I guess didn't want to deal with me. So, she took my information and promptly hung up on me. So I called back because... what the heck, right. This time I get a third person who doesn't know what is going on either. So, he puts me on hold for awhile so he can call the woman who hung up on me and then they both come back on the line like a junior high group call. All I can ascertain is that the second person I spoke with got confused or annoyed when I spoke with her and assumed the other dispatcher was working on my call. If anyone would have bothered to have some patience or customer service maybe they would have been able to sort this out. But, drama and hijinks ensued while I am sitting locked out in the cold.
