Igor of RBChome Locksmith is incredible!! My fiance and I just moved to Cleveland and purchased our…read morefirst home together. I messaged Igor on Yelp a few days before we closed on our house to see if he would be able to come out to our house the day we got our keys so he could rekey our doors. He was super accommodating and told me to let him know when we were finally allowed in our house and he would come over. Fast forward to the day we closed, he stopped by at 4:30 pm and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. He had to rekey 5 doors in total in an almost 100-year old house. Not an easy thing to do! He was at our home for about 3 hours working away and we were grateful for his service and for allowing us to feel safe in our new home right away. As new homeowners who just dropped a lot of money during closing, we were a little sticker shocked at the total cost, but he was well worth it and he put in a LOT of time and effort re-keying our doors...so we expected to pay a little over $300 anyways. If you are a new homeowner and need to get your doors re-keyed OR if you just are looking for a friendly, reliable locksmith in the area, look no further than Igor. We will definitely hire him again should we need to! Thanks Igor!

The lock Alex sold me was not what I told him I wanted. I wanted a lock without a key chamber. I…read morecould only go by what he told me about the lock because it was late at night, very cold and dark. I choose the one that he told me did not have a key chamber. The next day when it was light outside I noticed the key chamber. I called him and asked him why he sold me a lock with a key chamber when you said that the lock only came with a keyfab, fingerprint, or the app entry. He replied that he had disassembled the key chamber and tossed the keys in the trash without my permission. I want to return the lock and get my money back. He agreed at first but later he came up with lies and excuses as to why I can't return the lock and get my money back. Now I have a lock with no keys and don't know where the keys are. I don't feel safe in my home. The lock cost $289.00 plus tax. I can't buy another lock until the money is returned. I feel like I was scammed and taken advantage of.

(I lost my car keys, how do you expect me to get there?) After reviewing his info from google, it says he comes to you day or night, through any emergency. That's great, if it would have been the case...but it wasn't. I contacted him at 8 am and he said to call him in a couple hours. Then said he could have it after 6pm. Not very reliable. Would be a one star but if you're willing to drive to him somehow, the price for a simple key is fair, I suppose.
