I found Joe's site, noticed he was former military, and made the call. He called back, though he couldn't help, referred three locksmith's. Voila - within 20 minutes, we were "rescued". I messaged Igor on Yelp a few days before we closed on our house to see if he would be able to come out to our house the day we got our keys so he could rekey our doors. He was super accommodating and told me to let him know when we were finally allowed in our house and he would come over. Fast forward to the day we closed, he stopped by at 4:30 pm and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. He had to rekey 5 doors in total in an almost 100-year old house. Not an easy thing to do! He was at our home for about 3 hours working away and we were grateful for his service and for allowing us to feel safe in our new home right away. As new homeowners who just dropped a lot of money during closing, we were a little sticker shocked at the total cost, but he was well worth it and he put in a LOT of time and effort re-keying our doors...so we expected to pay a little over $300 anyways. If you are a new homeowner and need to get your doors re-keyed OR if you just are looking for a friendly, reliable locksmith in the area, look no further than Igor. We will definitely hire him again should we need to! Thanks Igor!

The price didn't change and we were happy with the final result. Very happy with our service that Allen provided. Would not hesitate to call him again for our key needs.

They are very responsive to email and calls, and came out quickly. They were able to not only rekey the doors, but to replace the wonky back door lock that didn't really work and sporadically popped open (not a desired feature). Bill had me send over a picture of the lock and was able to send the right piece, first time based off of that information. My backdoor lock wasn't quite catching after about 2 months, so they sent one of the guys out, no charge, to repair or replace it. It took him about 2 hours and a trip back to the shop, but he was pleasant and kept me in the loop the whole time. Finally, I popped in today to get a couple of keys and to drop off some old keys that I think were from maybe 3 and 5 residences ago because they recycle keys. In and out in 5 minutes. They seem to prefer cash or check to credit cards most days, so do plan ahead!
