Chad and his crew are absolutely AMAZING They are helpful and jolly! They really bring in the tradition of hunting for a beautiful tree. They have a beautiful selection of trees that Chad Goes hand picks and cuts down fresh multiple times a week. Great value and loaded on top of the car with a fresh cut. We swung by and picked up our first tree for our first Christmas in Oregon. The man, who I assume is Chad, was wonderful, fair, and even knocked some money off the tree stand because it was dirty. Are you kidding me? Unbelievably awesome service, value and the tree is awesome too read more

I bought a six foot Douglas Fir for $60. They gave it a fresh cut and tied it onto the car lickety split. Really friendly guys. Cash only, but there is an ATM machine there read more

Great trees but when others at the same time were quoted $15 a foot, I was quoted $90 for a 3.5 foot tree. Talked the guy down to $70 cash, but was still disappointed. Worst part was they didn't tell me the price until checkout, maybe I missed the signage, not sure. Nice people, overpriced trees. read more

Chad was great! Helped out with loading and tying the tree to the car, will definitely be coming here again next year

Chads trees are once again top notch!? Lots of quality and staff very kind and helpful

At least 15 years and counting. Been buying from Chad since he got into the business. Our requirements are 12-14 feet, I have to be able to carry it!! And it has to last 5-6 weeks which requires adding a little juice to the water. Sells a lot of trees, which keeps the inventory fresh. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Visited Chad's trees for the first time last year and they were amazing! We went again this year and they did not disappoint!! Chad, himself, assisted us with the trimming of our base(after the friendly gamer in the bucket hat helped us select our tree) and even took pictures of my partner and I with our tree once we made a selection. They will absolutely see us in 2024 for another tree selection!!! read more

Chad has the perfect trees again!!! I have never been to a Christmas tree lot where you just walk onto the lot, and there are multiple trees that you would pick that are all perfect! Thanks again, Chad, you make Christmas tree shopping fun and we appreciate it! Chad moved further down Beaverton Hillsdale Highway this year, and is across from target right in front of where the Village Inn was. Wow the trees are so nice this year! read more

Very helpful in finding your perfect tree. Removes branches precisely where you want cut and loads tree securely to your car.

$103 dollars for a 7 foot nordman? No machine to shake out the loose needles before loading. A lot of Charlie Brown looking trees. Nothing special will not go back read more

This is an awesome Christmas Tree lot that has the kind of inviting family atmosphere we all think of when we think Christmas time! That's the first thing I thought of when I walked onto Chads lot! Inviting and friendly! I was impressed by Chads readiness to help and being knowledgeable about his trees. He absolutely loves his job he said, and puts 100% effort into providing everyone with a fresh & and beautiful tree. He was happy to help me find the perfect tree for me....he provides the twine and will tie it to your car too! Very nice! I give him 5 stars because if you are seeking great service, a warm and inviting atmosphere with beautiful trees of various sizes and kinds, there just is no better place to come to. :) Great job, Chad, and thank you again for working so hard. Chad's Christmas Trees - :) so cute! - Christmas Trees Near Me - Beaverton, Oregon

came here in a last attempt to find a tree. we usually do a U-Cut tree at a farm because we tend to be a picky bunch, but this year with the snow & ice, we didn't make it out. Chris's spot was our last stop. When we looked around, we saw no noble firs & then I asked Chris who informed us that they were all noble firs -- which I thought was funny because the noble firs I've gotten before looked totally different. We ended up settling on a tree because we were tired of looking for one and the price for a 8 ft tree was 45$ which was the most reasonable price we heard all day. Chris was helpful. & we have a tree that we learned to love. read more

We weren't impressed with the selection of trees at this place. We ended up finding another option. Location is convenient but wished they had a better selection of trees. read more

Chad was not around when we came to grab a tree, but his counterpart was and he is SO helpful! After browsing around and deciding on a less traditional looking tree he helped us out by cracking some jokes and measuring out heights for us. He cut our tree to our liking and tagged it while we ran to the grocery store and then helped us get it in the back of our Jeep. This spot doesn't hurt the wallet as much as some local nursery's (cough cough Cornell Farms) and our tree is damn cute! read more

Going here since for many years. The trees last a very long time and he and his staff are wonderful.

Lots of beautiful trees still left! Sunday 12/15/19 1:30pm. Lovely people! Nobles $12/ft; Dougs 8$/ft.

I love this tree farm they always have a great selection to choose from and have great customer service !

The direction is a little off You wanna pass WHITE PINE and go straight then you'll see them on the left side. Chad was very friendly and helpful I will definitely return next year read more

Went to Chads Christmas Trees again this year. It just blows me away how good ALL of the trees he had for sale were! Prices were comparable if not better than what I found around town. Customer Service was beyond expectations! Ive been coming here for 5+ years and hoping I will see Chad and his dogs Happy & Lucky next year! read more

Sadly we bought a tree last week and it is already dead. We were told if we bring the current one back we can exchange it but that's easier said than done. We don't have materials to tie the tree to our car so would have to go to Home Depot first. We went back and explained this (I had tand got another tree at a deep discount (much smaller) but the original tree which was over $100 is completely dead. I feel ripped off that the expensive tree lasted not even a week and now we have a small tree that we still paid for. A conversation with my friend who was over tonight encouraged me to write this. read more

The guys here were all so nice and helpful and I feel like the trees were pretty fairly priced. I would recommend

This a great place to find a an Xmas tree! There's lots to choose from in all sizes, scents, and price range...And every tree is fresh and well grown. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ryan did an excellent job helping me choose and hoist my tree to the car roof. I am really happy I discovered this place and Christmas will be extra merry with the addition of my perfect tree (and if you're lucky, you'll meet the dog, who is possibly the most joyful bit of fluff I've ever met) read more

Just bought my Christmas tree there today. They have a large selection of trees and the prices are very reasonable and local. They usually hand cut them the day of or within a few days. Chad and his staff are super friendly and they want you to pick a tree that you really love. They also help you mount it on your car and that for me is a win. I will definitely buy from Chad again next year. read more

Chad and the team are super friendly and very helpful! They got my tree cut almost immediately after I picked it out and they strapped it to the roof of my car. He has a great selection of trees. He accepts cards which I really appreciate (there is a small fee but they told me in advance!) Also, there is the cutest little friendly dog (Happy) on site which pretty much was just a plus to the whole experience. read more

We went to Chads last week to pick up our tree and he was so helpful and nice! He was patient and helped us compare several trees against each other until I found the perfect one! His trees and wreaths are beautiful and smell wonderful. While he was tying the tree to the top of the car we got to play with his cute dog, Happy! This was my first time buying a real tree in years and he made it easy and fun! Overall great experience, will definitely be back next year! read more

Beautiful, healthy, fresh trees from a friendly owner and staff. Quick and the perfect tree. Thanks Chad!

Christmas trees were pricey this season. So I can't hold th $70 price tag for a 7-ft. tree against them. Besides, we celebrate The New Year as opposed to Christmas, so we tend to get our trees at the last minute... I think it was December the 23rd, and most of the places had already shut down, so Chad's really helped us out! read more

We loved Chad! Helped us find just the right tree. A beautiful fragrant fir for $30. And he tied it onto the top of the car with two quick releasing knots like a pro. Held on the highway no problem. We will be back next year for sure! read more

Chad and his employees are lovely and were very accommodating in finding us a tree within our price range. Happy to support local business!

We usually do a u-cut tree but the awful weather made us decide to purchase a pre-cut. We had looked at both Cornell Farms and Nob Hill but were told by several people that they were the most expensive in the area. Decided to try Chad's based on the Yelp review. The selection wasn't great but we found a six foot Noble that was fine. There were no prices on the trees or posted. It was our fault for not asking before the tree was tied to our car. We were shocked, however, when we were told it was $60. This was more than Nob Hill and equal to Cornell. As we drove away we wondered if somehow the tree was taller than we thought but when we got home we measured and it was just 6 ft. Too overpriced for a return visit. read more

Very nice selection of fresh trees. Chad was very helpful. Very happy!

Completely agree with Jason W's review. Not impressed! Better selection elsewhere. Some of the trees looked ill (browning). Cornell's has a better quality. read more

Found the perfect tree in just minutes. Great selection and customer service. We look forward to seeing Chad's next Christmas.

They sold us a really nice tree and the service was great. Only complaints is that it was expensive, and instead of in an ambient environment as the Yelp photo suggests, it was merely in the parking lot of a defunct Safeway and Dollar Tree shopping center off Scholls Ferry Road. But, we got what we needed and they are really nice people. read more
