**My Experience with AutoPark Dallas in Dallas, Texas**…read more Based on my experience, I believe AutoPark Dallas engaged in deceptive and misleading sales practices. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership to be extremely careful. AutoPark Dallas makes the following statement on its website: "The team here at AutoPark Dallas is dedicated to offering a level of customer service not usually found in the automobile industry. Thanks to years of extensive car buying/selling experience, we pursue quality used and new vehicles that are hand-picked from factory sources. Our love for automobiles and dislike of 'traditional dealership tactics' is what motivates us to provide the service we do! The pride we take in continuing this service long after the vehicle has been delivered is what we strive for! Looking forward to making every effort to see that our customer is completely satisfied and a friend for life!" In my opinion, every part of that statement was proven untrue during my buying experience with Jay and AutoPark Dallas. I purchased a vehicle from AutoPark Dallas as an out-of-state customer. After the vehicle was delivered, I discovered that important safety-related equipment and other items were missing from the car. AutoPark Dallas sold me the vehicle without all of the lug studs installed on each wheel. Each wheel had only 5 of the 6 lug studs installed, and the center caps were installed and concealed the missing lug studs. The missing lug studs were the security/safety lug studs intended to help prevent theft of the wheels and tires. I found this out after one of the "B" center caps fell off the car while driving down the freeway at 75 mph on the 101. In addition, the emergency spare tire, emergency tools, car jack, the two holders for the emergency tools, and the center locking bolt used to secure the spare tire, tools, and jack were all missing from the vehicle. The manufacturer's safety instructions, owner's manuals/documents, the Bentley ashtray from the center console, the trickle charger, and the charger case were also missing. These items appear to have been present when the vehicle was listed by the previous dealership in Chicago, before AutoPark Dallas acquired it. Photos from the Chicago dealership's listing show the items in the vehicle: https://www.diamondmotorworks.com/2013-bentley-continental-gt-v8-c-3864/#details-89 It also took approximately two weeks for AutoPark Dallas to deliver the vehicle to my home. On top of that, I was ch AutoPark Dallas also failed to disclose multiple issues with the vehicle, including: - The passenger-side door window frame was bent or out of alignment. - The front grille surround was cracked in two places. - The driver's window was out of alignment and this scratched the driver-side glass through the interior tint. - The rear bumper sections were misaligned where they meet the rear wheel wells on both sides of the vehicle. The center console button used to raise and lower the rear deflector was broken and did not work. The dealership said the delay in shipping was due to not having staff to perform the promised detail of the car. The detail of the car was not performed. The car was delivered with an electronic key fob that did not work. The key fob had been disassembled then reassembled by an inexperienced technician without all of the original parts and did not function. In Texas, dealerships are generally required to disclose known defects that affect a vehicle's value or safety. Removing or failing to disclose missing safety-related equipment, emergency tools, lug studs, spare tire components, owner's manuals, or other critical parts may raise serious consumer protection concerns. Texas dealerships must comply with applicable state and federal laws when selling vehicles, including sales to out-of-state customers. These obligations may include proper disclosure of known defects, compliance with consumer protection laws, and ensuring that a vehicle is not sold in an unsafe or misleading condition. In my opinion, selling a vehicle without all required lug studs installed, while also concealing the missing studs with center caps, is extremely concerning. The same is true for selling a vehicle without the emergency spare tire, jack, tools, and other safety-related equipment, especially when those items appear to have been present before AutoPark Dallas acquired the vehicle. I believe this experience raises serious concerns under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and other consumer protection laws. Texas dealerships that violate consumer protection laws may face civil penalties, fines, or other legal consequences depending on the circumstances. In conclusion, I would not recommend AutoPark Dallas. Based on my experience, the dealership failed to disclose important issues, sold the vehicle with missing safety-related equipment, added questionable charges. PhotNo spare jack tools or wheel studs

I told my husband let me look in lewisville where I purchased my car 2yrs ago and as fate would have it Five Star popped up. We reviewed their inventory and called that day - GOD is so good because we spoke with Rohit Patel who was BEYOND GREATNESS. From that evening until that morning, we spoke about 5x. He sent us videos of the vehicle and answered every question we had, then called and gave us more info. We made an appt to go see him that very next morning. When we got there, he had 3 vehicles for us to look at near the door. We got the 2026 fully loaded Texas Ranch and to say the least, it is LOVELY and beyond!!. We then went to finance and spoke with Malcolm or Brother Malcolm as I called him. He was sooooo entertaining, quick and knowledgeable. We laughed so much and loud, I thought they would come and kick us out, but they didn't!!! We then met with the products guy, whose name I didn't get, but he was EXTREMELY Nice and very honest about the item we are considering. Rohit then walked us back to service so we would know exactly where to go for service - I picked up a couple of cookies and they were delicious. There was another couple I met that was purchasing the exact same vehicle - we talked, laughed and had a good time at Five Star...All I know is IF YOU ARE SMART and want to be treated like ROYALTY, go to FIVE STAR, they will not fail you. Rohit and Brother Malcolm, thank you both sooooo much for all you did for us and meeting our expectations. When I meet people that need a vehicle, I will definitely point them in your direction and when I'm in the area, BEST BELIEVE, I will stop in to say Hello... It would be SOOOOOO NICE if EVERY dealership had a Rohit and Brother Malcolm. God Bless and may you exceed your selling goals each week! Charles and Vivian Fields!!

This afternoon, I visited Sam's Ford dealership and met with Caleb Hendrix regarding a vehicle I…read morewas interested in purchasing. Upon my arrival, I saw that Caleb had taken the vehicle off the lot to go to Chipotle and had just returned. Rather than having the vehicle cleaned and properly prepared for a scheduled customer, he chose to use it for a personal lunch. When I inspected the vehicle, it was absolutely filthy and had extensive paint damage, including deep scratches and heavy swirl marks. None of this damage was disclosed in the online listing, and the photos on the dealership's website did not accurately represent the vehicle's condition. Naturally, I was very disappointed. When I brought the damage to Caleb's attention, he attempted to claim that it had been disclosed on the Carfax report. That was simply not true. The damage was neither reflected in the listing photos nor disclosed in any meaningful way before my visit. I then spoke with Isaac Lopez, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, he dismissed my concerns and made an inappropriate comment, saying, "You look like you drive fast, so I don't know what the value of your trade-in is," before even looking at my vehicle. This was especially frustrating because I had already made it clear that I was not trading in my car and had secured financing through my credit union. From the lack of transparency about the vehicle's condition to the unprofessional behavior of the staff, this was one of the worst dealership experiences I've had. I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with Sam's Ford to be cautious. I will not be returning, and I will be sharing my experience with others. Pictures of the vehicles tire damage is posted I should have taken some of the vehicles paint but I left in frustration.

Manny was excellent and very personable and he dealt with me as I worked through my concerns and weighed the pros and cons. He was incredibly laid back, honest, and passionate about the Huffines brand and model for car sales which I also value. No pressure, just education and encouragement like it should be. The cars and the Huffines standards of practice truly speak for themselves. I saw two cars online I was curious about--both used Nissans. The sedan was cheaper but he was upfront with me about some issues and the mechanic also was honest too. The car I test drove and nearly walked out with was a 2021 Nissan Kicks SV. Ultimately it did not have the features I wanted + I had concerns about the 72k miles on it for me personally. Did not love it and felt like I should peruse a new car I did love. I felt truly at ease while looking over the car and pricing--it was nice feeling like I wasn't actively being scammed. First dealership experience ever like that. Huffines has a sterling reputation in my book and I would recommend for their business practices alone. I also briefly met with Emerson the used car manager and he was very nice and gave me his card. Will likely be coming back to help get my Mom a car sometime in the future. One very small gripe I do have with the Huffines model--not exclusive to this dealership specifically--is the prices aren't amazing. Because there is no needing to negotiate price or haggle you are set at the sticker price listed and most of the pre-owned deals I saw across Huffines dealerships were fair at best. Not bad but not great. That gives you more peace of mind as a consumer but it also gives them more power because they are taking that guess work out and they control that final number. I do think the cars are priced fairly but leaning more on the higher side of a decent deal, not amazing value like you might get trying to negotiate at a different dealership. I think transparency should definitely trump a cheaper price in many cases so this is not a super serious issue or any indication of wrongdoing just a small critique. If you want a straight forward number and easy buying experience and are willing to sacrifice a better price for predictability this is the place for you.

Since my original review, my experience at Huffines has gone downhill. While Tammy was my assigned…read moreservice advisor, everything was excellent. She was professional, communicative, and genuinely helpful. Since her departure, however, the service department has not been the same. A constant rotation of advisors, inconsistent communication, and a noticeable decline in quality have eroded my confidence. My most recent service visit was the final straw. The dealership kept my vehicle for five days, only to tell me the check engine light was caused by "bad gas." They also said my ongoing power seat issue was due to a dislodged clip--the same clip they had previously reattached. Despite these issues, none of the diagnostic work or repairs were covered under my warranty, leaving me to pay out of pocket $350. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in the service department, and I've decided to take our service business to another dealership.
