I was presented with the car that I was interested in and we ended up going to see another car elsewhere before making our decision. Ultimately, the car we chose, the 2024 Mitsubishi outlander, had the best look, feel, and amenities we were looking for, and ultimately, we decided to move forward with the purchase. Matthew, David, and the entire team were very reasonable in our dealings about price of vehicle plus the trade in, and we felt like our purchase was fair. It was finished, but no one had bothered to notify me. When I asked why it had taken so long to apply one small sticker, I was told, "We had to do an inspection." So far, I haven't had any issues and going into the branch, has been pleasant. I will say, the "freeze" option they have for their debit card, I feel, is somewhat pointless. It is great when traveling or if you're wanting to avoid unknown fees, but that's as far as it goes. With USAA, I would freeze my card and that froze all transactions that were trying to be submitted. Navy, it still allows transactions for merchants that you've used your debit cards for. Other than that, I really enjoy Navy!
