Stumbled upon this place while looking to extend a hangout with a friend, and ended up taking them to their first cidery! What a cool space! It's spacious and the vibes were chill. I don't hear about many places that make mead/cider in the area. It's a bit cold inside. There's plenty of parking outside. On a weekday night, the area was bustling due to their neighbors at Hapa's and pinball next door. There is parking aplenty. The cashier was incredibly nice. We got to try all 5 cider flavors as a flight. They were surprisingly strong. None of the meads were available unfortunately. Guava Gremlin 6% - This tastes like you're on a tropical vacation. The guava is stronger in the aftertaste, and is a bit light when you drink it. Hibiscus Garden Party 5.5% - This one is fragrant and gorgeous. Tastes like a tart fruit. It's like Starbucks refresher but more flavorful, more sour, and alcoholic. Pearracuda 5.8% - Tart and fruity! It tasted the most tart to me out of all the drinks. The pear smell is light. I was tasting the sourness more than I was tasting a typical pear flavor. Golden Rift 5% - The body and taste of this one was noticeably different, not as tart nor bubbly as the others. It tasted a lot like a beer actually, although not bread-y. It's peculiar and I didn't mind it, but I wouldn't drink a whole cup of it. I think some people would not like it. Ride or Dry - 6.8% - This was our favorite! I was expecting more bitterness and sourness, but it's actually very easy to drink. You would not expect it to be 6.8% ABV. How dangerous! I can get a whole cup of it. All in all, I think this spot is so neat. It was fun trying all the flavors in a nice environment. Great spot for fresh ciders! It's rare to find a cidery around here, so my friends and I were excited to check it out. We wanted to try everything, so we ordered two flights. It was fun sampling all the different flavors! Not all flavors were good though... but that is up for you to decide. The space has a laid-back, warehouse vibe, and they even have some board games for guests. It's a chill place to hang out with friends, and I saw people bringing their kids and dogs, which is cool. I was excited to see a new cider/mead place in the South Bay again. This is in the same area as Hapa's Brewery. They have a large spacious location with lots of tables and some fun table games. They had several meads and ciders on tap. I decided to get a flight with 3 meads and a cider. All the meads were good but the cider I tried was probably one of the best ciders. I did buy a crowler of the cider to take home. The owners were great and the service was fast. No food but there is a food truck nearby to grab something and eat at the location. read more

We stopped in for Happy Hour on a Friday afternoon. We were looking for a cider house and found very few options. Very happy to have found this place! The cider was great! We ordered a flight, which gave us eight ciders. Since there were 9 on the menu, Ryan, the founder/owner/cider brewer/bartender, threw in the 9th, so we could try everything. We enjoyed the tastes of each of them for different reasons and LOVED that there were two mead options. Wow! We learned about his journey starting Ch11 and his experience making cider and beer. This was a great find while we were in town! The wife and I both enjoy ciders so this was a must to try out. We were both glad we did. It was not hard to find something we liked and the staff were helpful in finding something to our liking. Parking started to get cramped by the time we were leaving so keep that in mind when you visit, as there are a handful of other businesses that share the building/parking lot. Food was nearby and you are allowed to bring it in with you. The inside was well kept, and I thought the decor gave the place a cool vibe. Wow! This might be some of the best cider I've ever had in my whole life. I think I might've seen an ad on Instagram for them and also the name intrigued me. This place is in the same area as Hapas brewing. I saw they had something called cysers which I have never heard of, but I tried one and it tasted pretty good. I would say anything on the menu, u can't go wrong with. It was super spacious as well. One of my glasses had a lipstick mark on it, but I told the bartender and he switched it out immediately and apologized. Sometimes lipstick is hard to get off of glass. read more

This is a great cider house. They are super new but it is worth it. They don't serve food but they have some snacks and there are also food trucks outside. The service is awesome, Rohan and Ryan are super friendly and knowledgeable. They are willing to chat with you and tell you about their cider. The ambience is very casual and they have games to play which makes for an even fun environment. The cider here is the star. As someone who loves cider and has tried many all across the state, I highly recommend this place. They brew everything fresh and have great flavors. Also they have trivia on Wednesday! My boyfriend and I were at Hapa brewing and wandered in here, wanting to try mead and some different ciders. It was a sunday afternoon and there was only one other guy that was in there, at the bar. My bf and I were having a hard time deciding and the other guy recommended us the Sunday Funday, but honestly after trying most of the ciders, he could have recommend us any of them and we would have liked it! Overall we tried about 4 ciders and 1 mead, and we liked all of them. The Sunday Funday tasted like a mimosa or orange juice in a cider! so refreshing and yummy Poolside was also yummy, like Angry Orchard, but better -- not too many bubbles and a perfect crisp taste. Pearracuda was the same but with a pear taste! We also got the hibiscus one and it was floral and fruity at the same time. Ryan, the owner, said you can actually mix two ciders together -- I forgot which two, but it was delicious. Midsommar was my first mead. the ABV is a 5% more so you can definitely taste the alcohol difference from the ciders. It has a heavy honey taste, like as if someone put honey with a touch of alcohol LOL the space is super fun, has shuffleboard near the doors and some retro games in the back. We talked to Ryan, about how he opened up Ch11 cellars, and we were able to talk to him about why he started it and his knowledge about the different ciders and meads! very cool guy I definitely want to come back here again. Very disrespectful customer service. We were excited to try the ciders and when we got up to order, we were met with a rude employee who seemed bothered we disrupted his conversation with other customers... simply to order our own drinks. It doesn't take much to be nice, engaging, and serviceable but this server was none of these. He rang up only my order and went back to his other conversation, completely ignoring my boyfriend standing right next to me waiting to order his own drink. I'm not sure if he was drunk (he was drinking at the bar) or high but I wouldn't be surprised if he was. It was a very jarring experience which made them ultimately lose business. We paid for the one drink and left. I will not be back if the same employee is working. If we see him we are definitely just going to Hapa's or one of the other breweries that have great customer service. read more

We usually head over to Hapas and ran into Ch11 Cellars. Do NOT skip this spot. My first time having mead, and I was not disappointed. Ryan was great to talk to and hearing the process how they brew the mead. My favorites was the Sunday Funday and the Midsommar Mead. Refreshing change from the beer! This spot is absolutely fantastic. Ryan, the owner and made scientist behind their amazing selection of cider and mead. My top 3 favorites would be: Midsommar Mead (10.8%), the Raspberry mead (14%) and the Sunday Funday. I'd love to leave a thorough review of each, but it'd probably be an entire essay of a review. You've got to simply try them. The cider is unlike any cider I've ever had and is by far the best cider I've ever had. You can truly taste how natural it is along with a different kind of buzz once it kicks. He uses honey and fresh pressed fruits, flowers, etc. Another thing I've noticed is no bloating. Think I may be ditching beer going forward because this stuff is next level. The mead is something new to me and incomparable to anything I've ever had. I'd say it's similar to ethiopian honey wine if I were to compare it in some compacity-- just much more refined and smooth. High octane stuff but it's delicious and quite refreshing. Came here on a Sunday afternoon/evening. It was simple to find somewhere to sit at the bar. The staff was very friendly and explained the process they make their ciders in (we asked). They opened 5 days prior to us coming here and their menu is going to be expanding as well at providing mead (honey wine) in a couple of months. They have light snacks they provide, an open space, and good music playing. I can definitely see my husband and I here in the summer with friends. The cider is very light, doesn't feel heavy, and not too sweet. They also have a couple of TVs to have sports on. I definitely recommend checking them out. read more

Great new small business. Ciders are fab. I assumed they'd all be super sweet, but I was pleasantly surprised that there are dryer options that are just delish! Staff is awesome. Cool vibe.
