    The flight!
    Karen A.

We stopped in for Happy Hour on a Friday afternoon. We were looking for a cider house and found very few options. Very happy to have found this place! The cider was great! We ordered a flight, which gave us eight ciders. Since there were 9 on the menu, Ryan, the founder/owner/cider brewer/bartender, threw in the 9th, so we could try everything. We enjoyed the tastes of each of them for different reasons and LOVED that there were two mead options. Wow! We learned about his journey starting Ch11 and his experience making cider and beer. The business seems to be growing and I wish it well. The cider was among the finest I've had and I would unhesitatingly recommend a trip to Ch11.

This is a great cider house. They are super new but it is worth it. They don't serve food but they have some snacks and there are also food trucks outside. The service is awesome, Rohan and Ryan are super friendly and knowledgeable. They are willing to chat with you and tell you about their cider. The ambience is very casual and they have games to play which makes for an even fun environment. The cider here is the star. As someone who loves cider and has tried many all across the state, I highly recommend this place. They brew everything fresh and have great flavors. Also they have trivia on Wednesday! P.S they are dog friendly and mix ciders for a fruit salad!

Ryan the owner / Brew master is a 1st class guy. The cider and beer he brews is nector of the gods! Great location. 1st class operations! Happy hour will be the bomb!

Sunday Funday Cider.. tastes exactly like a mimosa. Made with fresh pressed oranges. Fantastic stuff.

This spot is absolutely fantastic. Ryan, the owner and made scientist behind their amazing selection of cider and mead. My top 3 favorites would be: Midsommar Mead (10.8%), the Raspberry mead (14%) and the Sunday Funday. I'd love to leave a thorough review of each, but it'd probably be an entire essay of a review. You've got to simply try them. The cider is unlike any cider I've ever had and is by far the best cider I've ever had. You can truly taste how natural it is along with a different kind of buzz once it kicks. He uses honey and fresh pressed fruits, flowers, etc. Another thing I've noticed is no bloating. Think I may be ditching beer going forward because this stuff is next level. The mead is something new to me and incomparable to anything I've ever had. I'd say it's similar to ethiopian honey wine if I were to compare it in some compacity-- just much more refined and smooth. High octane stuff but it's delicious and quite refreshing. All in all, the drinks are amazing, the service is stellar and the vibe is super chill. KEEP ROCKING ON, RYAN.

Didn't know this was here until we walked by. The drinks were all good, and my favorite was the "Pineapple-saurus." While the drink options are limited, I enjoyed having a drink here. The inside is very spacious with plenty of seating. It was definitely a treat on a hot day.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon/evening. It was simple to find somewhere to sit at the bar. The staff was very friendly and explained the process they make their ciders in (we asked). They opened 5 days prior to us coming here and their menu is going to be expanding as well at providing mead (honey wine) in a couple of months. They have light snacks they provide, an open space, and good music playing. I can definitely see my husband and I here in the summer with friends. The cider is very light, doesn't feel heavy, and not too sweet. They also have a couple of TVs to have sports on. I definitely recommend checking them out.

All cider was brewed right in the building.

The ambiance is very welcoming as all the patrons are typically locals. I am leaving a one star review based on a consistent pattern of outright rudeness from the red haired bartender at the Campbell location. She is not only consistently rude and combative, but today in particular took it upon herself to add a hefty tip that we did authorize (additionally we bought two four packs and took them to go so it was not a sit in situation). We returned to remedy this and the other bartender was very helpful. However I was told it's "pretty common for us to add a 20% tip" if a customer walks away before the tip screen is presented. As a long time food service and viticulture employee I can tell you definitively that this is NOT industry standard, and is a blatant violation of the law. While automatic gratuity is something establishments can opt to do, it is illegal for a server or waiter to add an unauthorized non mandatory tip. Check your receipts and avoid the redheaded bartender as she has no integrity or customer service skills. It is deeply unfortunate that such a nice establishment has been marred by the illegal and misguided actions of one individual.

Each time I have had the pleasure of having the owner there to explain the process and differences between their offerings and it is apparent a lot of work goes into their cider. It is similar to a port or apple brandy but made with pears. I was hesitant at first, but have purchased a bottle and taken it to a few parties and it is a hit. If youre in the market for something you probably can't find any where within 100 miles, give this place a shot. Just look for the balloons!!

The thing I thought was really great is we could bring our dog in and they're very dog friendly. We have a nice sweet little dog. We knew there wouldn't be any problems with guests. They were tasting eight ciders that day. So we ordered a flight of eight so we could taste all their varietals on sample. I tried the wooden tooth special and the sweet tooth and strawberry and oh snap and Newtown Pippin and don't make me blush and pretty in pink and tropical burn. My personal faves were the first two and I also liked the don't make me blush. I was so impressed with the cider which I bought two bottles of their Gravenstein, which you cannot get a tasting up because of the supply left is low. I'm really looking forward to tasting those at home. Awesome all around. Now on my radar.
