We would have loved to try their ciders and the food shown in the other reviews, but instead drove 45 minutes for no good reason.

My favorites are the single variety and heritage blends, which highlight the complexity of the fruits/yeasts used in the fermentation process. It's clear that the cidermakers at Blindwood have deep knowledge of apples, including unique and heritage varietals that many have never heard of. I almost always purchase a bottle to take home after sampling the selection in the taproom. The taproom is friendly and cozy, with good lighting, wifi, and friendly clientele.
