I've visited several CFS locations multiple times. This place is cute but if you are trying to study or get any work done I would not recommend it. The staff are nice but the manager/boss is extremely rude. One time we had a group of people studying here (everyone got coffee and food) and we were told to move and that we couldn't sit at the tables because it was a Saturday and they wanted to reserve it for other costumers. Also they get annoyed if you bring in outside food, which is reasonable but no other coffee shop in the area has once had an issue. Other CFS locations don't have any of these issues as well. Basically if you want to study this is not the place for that. And the coffee is okay, but expensive in my opinion. read more

The employees are so sweet and friendly, the decor is so cozy - it's such a cute little homey cafe and coffee spot I love outdoor seating - this is especially nice, you're not right next to anyone and it's right on the street in a nice area of Winter Park. 5 Stars for a coffee shop located in a great area, with really surprising food options and a neighborhood shop feel. Caveat-- I'm not a coffee drinker, but I am a forever coffee shop customer. Having been to every other coffee shop in town (slight overstatement, but I'm leaving it), I like the somewhat nostalgic vibe of a coffee shop that's not all white with pink and light wood accents. Something about the 90s aesthetic makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside (also, the warm drinks...). I was ordering coffee for my friend and went ahead and ordered some baked goods that were in the glass case, for myself. I got the pan de bono and chicken empanada. Only then did I realize that this was a Colombian coffee shop, versus an Orlando coffee shop that featured Colombian coffee. Yay! The pan de bono was everything I wanted it to be-- gooey and cheesy perfection. The chicken empanada was perfect for me too, and it came with their house sauce on the side (garlicky creamy heaven). Awesome little cafe joint located on New England Ave in Winter Park! What attracted me to this place were the tables in the front. So nostalgic, made me reminisce when I lived in Europe. There's a cute little brick walkway on the side of this cafe with a water fountain that guided me to a well available parking space. You will need to pass this cafe and drive around to the rear. Available parking on New England Ave is very rare. I loved the cute decorations and availability of sweets displayed. I loved the menu and coffee choices they offered, but today I wanted an espresso with some sweet cream. I looked at the food menu and saw a variety of american and Latin cafe foods! Why did I just order the Avocado toast, I don't know why! I will definitely have to come in to order an empanada or pastry next time. As for my avocado dish, it was okay but my espresso was fire! Very smooth, robust with just enough sweetness, I loved it!!!! Customer service was extremely pleasant too, I will definitely stop by for another visit! I recommend this for a small meet up, brunch or lunch date, but definitely not meant for a large crowd. Cute little cafe. The Matcha Latte was on point! It had a good strong matcha flavor and not too sweet. The Carbonara toast was yummy. The bread was sweet and delicious, but should've been a bit more toasted. I loved seeing all the pastries available that I wish I could have bought one of each, like the spinach quiche, empanadas, pan de Bono and cheesecake. The latte was very good- the perfect amount of vanilla but could still taste the coffee. The strawberry smoothie was very refreshing especially on a hot sunny day. I absolutely love this coffee place! I had the Mocha Frappe and it was just what I needed! I'm very picky on my Mocha Frappes but they made it just right! The environment was great too!! I usually get the Rainbow Latte Hot -- today I wanted an iced drink -- they were able to make my favorite drink iced with almond milk and I added some honey to give it a twist (no rainbow effect on top-- only for the hot items). We had a beautiful and delicious breakfast here. Love menu had so many wonderful things it was hard to choose. We opted for the rainbow latte (which was pretty and tasty but only green), the fruit toast and an Arepa with eggs and bacon. Yum yum and yum. It's very quaint and comfortable inside. The only issue was that some of the severs had their masks under their noses and they weren't particularly friendly. I had CFS Coffee bookmarked for a long time and finally took the opportunity to stop by. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. The menu was promising but they were a little lacking on bakery items. My husband and I both ordered Americanos. They were served piping hot and in fun colorful flower cups. The coffee was strong and taste delicious. We added a beef empanada, quiche, avocado toast, carbonara toast and a blueberry muffin. The carbonara toast was a hard pass. The toast could not hold up the massive amount of house sauce mixed with Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, mushroom and onions. It had the texture of glue and was not edible. The avocado toast was simple and tasty but the quiche was not heated through. It taste amazing even though it was not served hot. The blueberry muffin was also served refrigerated and this made it hard. The little mishaps did not discourage me from wanting to return because the overall food quality was very good. read more

I had a latte with a special mix of coconut and almond creamer that the barista recommended. It was delicious and so satisfying. The location is all around just a cool place! I loved this place the second I walked in and would definitely return on my next trip to the Orlando area! Luckily I was waiting for someone and by the time she came a table was just getting up. You order at the counter, get a number, then they bring your stuff to where you are sitting. I went with an acai bowl, filled with fruits and coconut flakes. I saw that another bowl had protein powder so asked for it to be put in. There seemed so be so much confusion with the request. Then someone said they would have to charge me, I thought it was fine but have no clue how much they charged me. For that, a medium iced chai tea and one little pan de bono it was $24 which I think was very high. I ordered the Banana Berry Oatmeal (which actually has a picture of it on their menu). It came with 1 strawberry and 1 blueberry and NO bananas!! I was on a call at the time so I didn't get a picture and couldn't address the issue fully. However, I did briefly ask the waiter for some more fruit. He returned with maybe 2 strawberries and 3 blueberries. I also ordered a black coffee. At the CFS in Lake Nona you receive free refills for drip coffee. I had already paid $3.50 for maybe a 10 oz (that's being generous) cup of coffee. When I asked for a refill she was rude about it, then charged me $1.07!!! This store must be hurting bad to not be able to afford bananas and an extra cup of black coffee when I spent $17 for oatmeal and coffee. These are some of the cheapest things in the world. This was not my first bad experience at this store location. I will not be back, which makes me sad because I love the ambiance and coffee. I have not tried their coffee but I did try a couple of beef empanadas which are baked which is different, healthy. I was very excited to try this place out being that they're no Colombian spots in winter park. The empanadas were in a display case and microwaved so that they can be warmed up. Big mistake. They're soft and chewy and lack the crunchy texture of what I was anticipating. I could not finish because I can literally taste the scent of the store in the empanadas.
