This is a really cool Ceviche spot. They offer just a few options but what they have is so good! We had the mix fish ceviche and an octopus ceviche and they both were very fresh and very good. We added a bit of hot sauce to it and it went over the top. In addition we also had an order of guacamole, chips and salsa. The guacamole was delicious. Freshly made. We truly enjoyed the food and will definitely stop there again.

Amazing and just what I was looking for. You know Florida - scorching hot and humid in the summer. So I was looking for something light and refreshing. We were at the farmers market and came inside the Plant Street Market to refresh and find a goodie. This one was my choice. We decided to sit at their bar and have our snacks and I picked the mixed ceviche with fish and shrimp. It was served with chips. I loved it so much! We loved sitting there while talking to the owners. They were very sweet and nice and funny. I have fallen in love with this area - Winter Garden. I definitely want to come back on a Saturday Farmers Market day again. Everything here was so nice and chill and perfect! Great ceviche here!!!!! Check it out!!!!

We wanted to try a few different places within plant st market since there were so many options. We ordered a small ceviche mix to go, but I didn't expect the serving to be so small for the price we paid of $12. Definitely overpriced for the amount we got. The taste was ok, it also came with a bag of chips.. we definitely got more chips served to us compared to the ceviche. Not sure id come back again for the price we paid.

The food is not fresh. I ordered a fish ceviche, and the fish was old. It was $14 for 8 oz. The servers were rude, they were gossiping while I try to make an order. It feels like a scam more than a restaurant. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Was there to meet with a friend to celebrate my birthday. I had really high hopes for this lunch experience. I recommended it to my friend. The food flavor earns the star, the service took away four. I hope the owner reads this, as this is a very constructive review of our personal experience on 10/1 at 1:15pm. Again, the food met every expectation, and the guacamole was truly fresh and balanced in every flavor. We ordered the mix ceviche and the shrimp ceviche. Then asked for the salsa and chips. Was immediately told there was no salsa - and that's okay - but here is where it goes wrong. We asked for the side of guacamole then, as I pointed to menu for the 4 oz. side order. We also asked for 2 sodas - 1 regular Coke + a Diet Coke. I then walked back outside as my friend offered to pay. She was told, "$44 plus some change". She told me she did quick math in her head, and it didn't just add up. She questioned it, and was told what was charged. All prices seemed correct, except he said he was charging 8.95 for the guacamole. When she asked why, she was told that it was how guac was sold and would give a discount of a dollar ($1) for not having salsa. She said they debated back and forth as it still didn't add up, and he kept saying, "plus tax". She asked how? And that tax was 7% or so. He said, "that's how it is in the register". She said, ok whatever - and handed over her credit card, but only after stating, "please make sure I get a receipt". He then said that it was actually $42 and change, then charged. The items ordered: Mix - 12.95 Shrimp ceviche - 11.95 Side of guacamole - 3.95 Two sodas - 5.00 (2.50 each) That's a total of $33.85 plus tax - so, about $36.22!!! When we looked at receipt outside, we were charged for a large order of guacamole + salsa (that wasn't there) for 9.95!!!! Why??? I tell my friend to go back inside and let him know, but she said that she would when he came out with food. 20 minutes go by (we're catching up) - NO FOOD. The whole place was not busy! She gets up to check, and there's our food - READY AND SITTING on top of their counter. Really? Couldn't step outside - 10 feet away mind you - to let us know our food is ready? To add insult to injury, she lets him know about the extra charge for guacamole, and he tries to tell her that it is correct on receipt because $9.95 is $8.95 including tax. What? She says, "I want to talk to manager"; whom he agrees to call. Whether he called or not, we will never know. As we waited outside eating our meal plus THREE bags of chips that she clearly paid for (sadly, what a waste of food), and drank our sodas; he comes outside and puts a DOLLAR ($1) on the table as he says, "here's your dollar" and walked away. It was so upsetting, as we chose to support a local business instead of going to a chain restaurant. Honestly, this is a very big opportunity for customer service and honesty training. On this day, with this employee- sad to say, it was a miss - even after the many opportunities to make right. Btw, while the regular Coke was fresh, the Diet Coke was not. It was flat, stale and tasteless. I'm so sorry... but this is as honest as it gets.

I loved the freshness of the seafood at Ceviche mix. They are located inside the Plant Street Market and were very busy when I visited. I liked the entire menu so I asked for the most popular item that they sell. The ceviche mix ($12.95) was amazing. It had fresh chunks of white fish and loads of shrimp mixed with lime, cilantro, red onions, tomatoes, avocado and red pepper. The tortilla chips that came on the side were fresh and lightly salted. There were two people working while I visited. Both were very polite and appeared to work well together. My overall experience was exceptional.

Stopped by while walking around the winter garden farmers market. It was delicious, taste was there.. it's just the portions are very very small for the price you pay. I understand shortage and the increase in price but I had a bag full of chips and no more ceviche. I would have liked more. I ordered a small, and it was about 14 bucks.

Ceviche Mix (in the Plant Street Market in Winter Garden) is my go to for FRESH ceviche! A+ This small stand inside Plant Street Market brings fresh, bright flavors that leaves you feeling good about what you just ate. They are laser focused on what they serve; keeping it simple to highlight the quality of ingredients. FOOD // We ordered their namesake, Ceviche Mix, which has both shrimp and chunks of tilapia. The large was perfect for my husband and me to share. They provide tortilla chips and a deliciously spicy green sauce for an added kick. The container was filled to the brim with the citrus concoction that included cilantro, red pepper, tomato and some avocado. The portions are generous and again, the flavors are fresh, acidic and on point. Our only improvement point here is that my husband felt there was not enough avocado for the large size of ceviche. Thankful for this healthier option in Plant Street Market. Check them out!

So gooood! We visited the Winter spark location, across from Rollins College, hidden behind the 7-11. I was hesitant because of the prices, thinking about my experience on the beaches of Costa Rica where they were only $1. But it was well worth the try. I ordered the white fish (tilapia) ceviche and paid a little extra for the octopus. So much balanced flavor, I even dipped on the juice in the bottom of the glass. The white fish was in nice size chunks, versus the chopped pieces you would find other places. The octopus was so tender. Though the portions looked small at the counter our smells were more than enough All were served with tortilla chips Parking is a challenge but I parked on park Ave and walked around the block. Very modern modest interior and service was friendly. You order at the counter and they bringing to your table. Perfect light lunch on a hot summer day

Had a small shrimp ceviche and it was DELICIOUS. It comes with chips. This place is located in an awesome market with other food vendors. The only downfall I would give is that I think they're a little overpriced. If you don't mind spending, give them a try. So fresh!

    Ceviche Mix with Octopus ($21.45)
    A. C.

(11/13/2019) Got the large size portion ($18.95 for about 12 oz. by volume) to-go with the upcharge for octopus ($2.50). The seafood here is parboiled and dressed, not the traditionally acid-only marination. One big tip-off, aside from the very firm texture of the shrimp and octopus, is the lack of acidity in the "leche de tigre" (tiger's milk -- the marinade and seafood juices that leak out after steeping). The fish is not very well-trimmed, so some skin bits, and fatty stomach bits, and dark line in the fish pieces (which makes the fish "fishier"). Service was fine, if not effusive compared to some of their neighbors in the Plant St. Market.

Their service is great and fast, but more importantly their food is mouth watering good. It always leaves me with a craving to come back and a full stomach ready to tackle the rest of my workday. My favorites have consisted of a Cuban sandwich which is full of pork and sauce and toasted nicely. It also does not fall apart when eating which is a plus when you are trying to stay looking presentable. Their pork is amazingly juicy and just falls apart in your mouth and has been worth every stain I have accidentally caused on my dress shirts. The white rice is fluffy and simple and good but their yellow rice is much better with many items. Their chicharron de cerdo is crispy and breaks easy and it's never been hard or chewy. Their ropa vieja is also delicious and I can't help but devour the entire plate. The rice and beans paired real good with this! My favorite sides have been the avocado salad and their macaroni salad! Both very light and balanced well with light citrus flavors in the avocado salad. I'll keep coming back here because the food honestly reminds me of so many great dishes my family use to make at home and after eating at so many places around Orlando I had yet to find a better place to get Spanish food like this!

The Dominican Mofongo was like a treasure chest that had fried pork rinds and shredded chicken hidden inside and melted cheese on top. The Puerto Rican Mofongo we ordered came with the fried pork chunks which tasted so good with the Mayo ketchup. But my number one today definitely was the cheese flan.
