I even told the girl on the phone that I wanted to order them something to start and something to end their meal. Very strange to bring a dessert out with the appetizer before they even eat dinner?! The reservation was at 6:30 pm! The "lightly fried" artichokes were very fried. My mom ordered the chicken piccata which looks like boiled chicken and the noodles were all stuck together and inedible. Very disappointing for their anniversary. They have a great building and hope they can turn this around.

I know that this restaurant is supposed to be upscale, but I don't think I should pay 55$ per persons meal and still leave hungry. Also, the staff needs training. The whole time it felt like they were concerned with fast turn over and nothing else. Part of upscale dining is that the price of food and quality of service is more important than turn over time. Y'all already know ima tell you about the vibes. Bookstore inside got me thinking about the homies who love books (Macy, I'm looking at you). But you already know you gonna catch me on that patio. The first time I got a Lemon Blush tea. Second and third time I got some kind of Red Bull yummy. It was delectable until I tried to take this photo and spilled it all over the dash of my Dad's car (he still doesn't know though guys, don't be a narc).
