We had passed by so many times over the years and I never noticed it was located next door to Tacos Kissi, a taco eatery on Bethany Home Road. Mainly because Serkland is a small shop with just a few parking spots in front, and if you close your eyes as you drive by you'll miss it. Let me continue here on why I write this review. We needed service to our pool motor and I ended up calling Serkland to have someone out to service our pool motor. I wasn't in no hurry as I am fully aware that some businesses have a difficult time finding good people and especially parts are sometimes hard to obtain, and after I called I was told that he can't get a serviceman out for a couple of days which I was okay with. Fortunately I received a call much sooner and the person who introduced himself as Justin asked for our address to make sure he was headed our way. When he arrived I directed him to our unit and I felt very comfortable with him as he knew what he was doing. He worked to put a new unit which had to be put together and since it was a sticky humid day I had to give him some cold water. After all he is working outside. Justin did wonders and had our pool running again. I can't say enough about this place of business. We got taken care of by some knowledgeable people and nice people as well. The only thing I have to tell you is that they are not open on weekends but they will take care of you and whatever you need to take good care of your swimming pool. I know this is one of my shortest reviews but I was really impressed with Serkland.

Steve showed up on time with his bead blasting, acid washing, pool cleaning rig and had it back to sparkling in no time. He went above and beyond and inspected the whole system and helped diagnose pool light free of charge while he was here. He even came back a few days later to make sure everything was working correctly. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and more than fair priced. CDC came out and gave us a reasonable estimate for fresh plaster and tile. They began the process a couple of weeks later. After about 1 1/2 months our pool is now updated and ready for many more years of use. Also by getting these improvements our pool will be an asset if we ever think of putting our house on the market one day. The "wow" factor described in the write up for the owner has not been a good "wow" for me…read more The supervisor came out to speak with me to address the quality challenges that CDC pools has a hard time with. Sergio told me that he would have the registrar of contractors come by to reassure me that defects in the repair that CDC did at my pool and deck were normal. He has never followed through. I will pursue finding the ROC to come looks at the pool. The excuses give. for their work product are really weak - the work product was inferior to any of the four other pools I have owned previously. This is not normal. In addition, CDC would not complete the job unless I paid them I full before they finished. What a mistake to take them at their word.
