My car is fine and this second service was a routine oil change followed by a job that would help with the alignment of my car recommended on the first service job about 8 months ago. The crew and Siwan work exceptionally hard and there's a constant flow of customer base with a wide variety of brands, makes, and models. There's a ton of pros I can give off but I think the primary one is the fact that Siwan is customer first. Don't want to give all the details but just know he will take care of you because he has a perspective unlike most. There's no perfect experience and the one con I will give is their delegation of workflow. I think if there was an admin assistant to take care of majority of front of house, appointments, paperwork, etc. it would take it to another level than it already is. Siwan seems aware of this and is seeking good help to manage the flow. Nonetheless a great experience again. 5 stars

I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but life has been busy. As a single woman and a…read moremother, it can be really hard to find a mechanic you can trust without feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Unfortunately, that has been my experience more times than I'd like to admit. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. Every single mother needs a mechanic she can feel safe with--and I'm so grateful I found one. Thank you all for your help.

They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or like I was a burden. Even when my car continued having issues, they stayed committed to helping me through the process. Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care meant so much to me. It's hard to find a shop that truly cares about their customers the way they do. If you're looking for an auto repair shop that treats you like family and stands behind their work, I highly recommend Tito's Auto Care. Thank you all for your hard work, your patience, and for showing so much compassion. I truly appreciate everything you've done for me!

At Tito's you can drop your car off and they can shuttle you anywhere you need to be (within a 10min radius). I usually get dropped off across the road to get lunch. I've been here a few times and I've always been happy with their work. They replace and cut keys if you need more copies, do both standard and drum breaks, and more. Truly full service. And they're honest about the cost of labor and replacement pieces. The waiting room is kinda rough and cold so you can ask to sit in the office with the lot puppy they found and adopted this year. She's so well behaved. While I was waiting I got to talk with one of the co-owners and they're super friendly, you'll find good conversation with most of the folks here. They check in as they work on your car if they find any additional issues.

Just had my first service appointment with this garage and will 100% be back as a return customer!…read moreIf you live near the park, the location (for both the garage and the attached gas station) is phenomenal. They do very good business so they're frequently booked up-- make an appointment if possible, they take preference over walk-ins. I called on a Wednesday morning to see when I could get in, and the earliest appointment they had was Friday. I needed an oil change, my tires inspected, and for them to check on an issue with my AC. You fill out a detailed service form inside the Shell station and the cashier, who is also a garage employee, takes care of it from there. When the mechanic called to give me his report, he followed my instructions to proceed with the oil change but get my permission for any other work needed. He told me my tires were in good condition (and didn't try to upsell me to make a buck). With the roads in Bmore being what they are, it would have been really easy to try that card (which some untrustworthy mechanics do more so with women), but this guy was honest with me and I respect that. He also said that my AC issue wasn't a problem that required any work and might just come and go, though harmless-- so again, saving me cash. The whole process was very efficient and reasonable priced, and the staff was friendly. I definitely recommend!

I said "hi" to get her to acknowledge me - no response. Once she was done stocking, she went behind the counter and stared at me without a word until I eventually told her that I was here to pick up my vehicle. Other than that, the service of the vehicle itself was fine and completed in a timely manner. I was updated by the mechanic throughout the way. As other reviewers mentioned, if you want to avoid high labor costs, I recommend checking out the local small business down the road.

They are RELIABLE, KIND, and HONEST!!!…read moreI brought my Volvo here for some repairs and they were very honest and kind to me, they told me that the job my car needed could only be done at a dealership because it would void my warranty if they did it. They didn't charge me anything to tell me that, they even filled up my tires with air!!! I previously took my car to another car shop and the other shop lied to me by telling me they "could" fix the issue but they wanted thousands for the work so I said I was going to get a second opinion and they charged me $150 for the "consultation " that took them only a few minutes to do since they use the computer to read out my car's computer issue list. So I made an appointment with S.A.P. AUTOMOTIVE GROUP ant they fitted me in the schedule the very next day. The young lady on the phone was very professional. She informed me that the charge would be $100 Dollars to do a consultation but at the end of my visit they did not charge me for something that was just a small computer check, they filled up my tires with air and that was very kind! I read all the reviews for them online and they were all positive. S.A.P. Automotive Group is an HONEST business, they really care about fixing your car issues and they will not ripped you off like many places do. We tend to be rather cautious, as I'm sure many are, about shops. In the past, we've driven (or…read moretowed) our cars 30 minutes away to a garage we trusted, but they were starting to become more expensive and less consistently solid in their work. We happened upon K&M almost a year ago, and couldn't be happier with the quality of work, the prices, the good location, and the demeanor of all the workers over that time. The problems (or possible ones) are generally explained in a way that fills in the gaps in your knowledge without making you seem stupid; it actually feels like they want to educate you instead of begrudgingly explaining enough to justify you opening your wallet (including different brands/qualities of a particular part). It's a good sign that they are so busy, so even though it's sometimes tough to wait a few days to get on their schedule, it's worth it. Even then, I had a problem with my brakes the other day, and Chris explained his theory over the phone, took it for a test drive(s), realized it could be a quick fix, and took care of it right away for less than I was expecting. Recommended, for sure.
