Instead of helping resolve scheduling issues, students were left in situations where they had to drop classes or arrive late. Parents should be able to expect clear communication and support from school administration, especially when scheduling directly affects a student's education. I hope the school takes this concern seriously and works to improve communication and support for both students and parents.

He constantly gives students daily life advice and encourages students to follow their dreams. Mr. Ronnie is one of the best security guards I know, he's so caring, kind, and always willing to help a student whether it's buying them food for lunch to make sure no kids are left hungry or just even making sure we make it across the parking lot safely. Mr.Ronnie has made OLU a better experience for many kids. Just his presence fills our day with joy!

I have never seen any school that has the last drama among students and very positive environment. The parking is limited and small but the security people do make a lot of effort to help the drop-off and pick up. It feels so right and encouraging to see the security team smile big, having positive attitude and exchanging kind and encouraging words with students every morning.

Love that this Charter School requires uniforms. Love that their cafeteria prepares fresh, locally sourced food to the students every single day. Genius! For example, how many middle schools offer international travel opportunities? My daughter went on a 10+ day trip to Europe and made wonderful memories with her friends. The school has prepared them for life with strong academic skills and a strong set of Christian values. The facilities are above par, super clean and constantly being updated. The classrooms are equipped with Smart Boards and the classroom materials are current. The middle school operates on a "one to one" lap top program. The teachers and staff are caring and get to know each child as an individual. My children have completely different learning styles and personalities. They both love their school and each has been accommodated with their learning styles in the classroom. Lots of activities are offered outside of the classroom. A great after school sports program, dance classes, music lessons, tutoring, are just a few of the things that are offered. The principal is amazing and has made great strides in keeping St. John's one of the best schools in the area by improving curriculum and overall student growth. As a parent I feel the investment that I have made in my child's education at St. John's is one of the best decisions I have made. The principal there helped us and worked full-time for over a year to help our daughter graduate. The principal has a PhD in education and chooses to work at the school to make a difference this lady is a saint. The principal is well-educated and sets directives and goals that every child can achieve at school to graduate and move on. She is determined to help each and every student on an individual basis her and her staff are all on the same page. I cannot stress my last statement enough. Richland High School is lucky to have this principle. This principle is truly an advocate for children who are in need of extra help. Not to mention Robin in the office is the most helpful person on top of it every single day attendance, schedules , you name it she knows it. I had a good experience with almost all of my teachers (though I had a couple distinguishably quirky ones). I feel that the technology and science aspects were very helpful (I don't know anyone else who used Blackboard before college!). I had a great experience going through the drama program 6th - 8th grade. I loved going to Catalina, Astro Camp, SeaWorld, and going on snowboard trips. The campus is beautiful now. You should've seen it when the school opened back up :) Overall, I appreciate the time and effort of the staff from 1997-2003. Thanks!
