We were paying for private school the first 6 years of elementary school and found the curriculum hear to be significantly better.. and no tuition! The school offers math club an hour before and an hour after school. There is also homework club, which is supervised, an hour after school. These options are at no extra charge. Downside? Yup... after school pickup has the same idiot parents as all the other schools. Taking advantage of the homework club or math club after school definitely makes picking up a much more bearable task.

Game volunteers/parents assisting with the snack bar and ticket takers were extremely welcoming and friendly. The bleachers were very comfortable and provided a great view of the court. The only negative issue we experienced was the temperature change: one minute it was chilly, the next, extremely warm. Spectators could feel these changes instantly as the heat and cold came from these huge black, vinyl/rubber, tubular-like thingys. Other than this, our visit was a positive experience, and our school's win made things that much better.

Do not bring your kids to this school, they do not prepare students for success…read more From the time my children entered 9th grade, I asked the counselors how to prepare them for the IB program because I wanted them to have the best chance at getting into a good college. Since I didn't study in the U.S., I depended on the school's guidance. Instead, I was misled. When I first asked, the counselor told me to wait a year. By the next year, I was told it was already too late. Later, they told me that the ACT wasn't required, which is technically true for some colleges but if you want your child to have a real chance at highly selective or Ivy League-type schools, strong ACT/SAT scores are still very important. That guidance was never made clear. Meanwhile, both of my kids have 4.0 GPAs here, but when it came time for standardized testing, they were completely unprepared. My senior son tested very low in math, English, and reading. After paying for outside tutoring, his English scores improved, but in math he is still struggling because he doesn't even have a solid foundation in algebra. That should have been addressed long before his senior year, yet the school failed to provide the preparation he needed. Now I am spending a lot of money on private tutoring and outside academies just to make sure my children have a chance. For my daughter, I am already relying on an external program because I know I cannot depend on this school or its counselors to prepare her. Bottom line: if you want your children to be prepared for college admissions, especially competitive ones, do not rely on this school. The lack of proper guidance and academic foundation has been extremely frustrating and costly.

When you visit the campus, you will immediately notice the caring atmosphere because every staff member is amazing (shoutout to Dr. D and Mrs. Pedroza, co principals, for giving this school the big heart that it has)!! If you're on the fence, give them a chance by attending one of the campus events to hear what they have to offer and what sets them apart from other schools. For example, how many middle schools offer international travel opportunities? My daughter went on a 10+ day trip to Europe and made wonderful memories with her friends. Again, this school has it all (including pre-AP!) and so many parents I've talked to all agree it was amazing for each of their kids. No regrets!

He then with attitude on his voice said "we have a table inside for that". To which my wife said, "if we deliver here again we will do just that". I was a minister of the Gospel for 30 years and have never seen anyone be spoken like that on a Christian campus. I just thought someone should know that his attitude did not manifest Christ's love. When I drop them off in the morning, there is leftover food and trash on the floors. My kids are only 2yo and 3yo and like most kids this age, have a bad habit of picking things up off the ground and putting it in their mouths. It was no wonder why they were getting sick all the time, the school doesn't clean the floors regularly and kids pick up food/trash off the floors. Another health issue is their kids bathroom. When I drop them off in the mornings, the kids restroom has a strong urine smell. They obviously don't do a good job cleaning that either. I had to pull my kids out of this school after two months.
