Great Service. Very reasonable. Dispatcher was polite, answered my questions and gave me a very accurate estimate on the time for the truck to arrive. Austin was awesome. Explained everything before doing it, had sense of humor and made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. Thanks Pro Tow!! read more

My daughter had to deal with this place after my granddaughter amd her dad were in an accident. They are super nice and helpful. We had to come here twice and each time they were just as nice and helpful. They helped my daughter deal with the paperwork of signing the wreckage of a car over. read more

Austin was on the way within minutes and got me on road again in a few more minutes. He also checked to make sure I was mailing it home ok. Best service ever! read more

I was just helped through AAA. George quickly responded to the call changing my tire efficiently. I would definitely recommend this business. read more

Trash attitude trash service , he didn't want me to ride in his truck due to Covid concerns , I assured I was fully vaxed. He reluctantly agreed to give me a ride with my car to tire shop but didn't wear a mask showing he doesn't care at all about covid. he then told me I have no friends because I couldn't get a ride smh terrible read more

These people lie. They tell you one thing over the phone and then lie when you go in. Also the person In the office got in my face and calling me names and threatening me. read more

These dudes are awesome. AAA sends them out whenever I'm in a pinch. Recently I had a flat tire and needed a tow. I typically go to Pep Boys for tires, but the tow truck driver, Ruben, said he could get me a tire for $20 - $30, and he did. Super friendly guy, too. read more

Super bummed to see all these bad reviews because my experience has always been really good! Granted I've only worked with them twice thru AAA when Darrell has come to tow my vehicle from Modesto to Ripon for me, but Darrell has been awesome both times! read more

I have to admit that after reading some of the reviews about this place I was more than skeptical about doing business with them. My car had been stolen and the police department called me to tell me they recovered my vehicle and it was towed by Pro Tow.After speaking with the lady on the phone at Pro Tow she answered all my questions professionally and was friendly despite it being "after hours". Very nice experience in such a ugly situation with my car being stolen and all.! Thumbs up! read more

Great service, very prompt and friendly! They were in and out in 15 min or less! Would definitely call them again! Thanks guys for an awesome job! read more

called triple A they sent these guys over. I needed to get my old mustang towed down the street, I didn't have the updated tags on the plate I told him to give me ten minutes to go get them. And he said " I can't wait that long ". By the time he would have loaded the car the tags would have been on the car. But nope he couldn't wait. From the start it looked like he didn't want to do the job, he was here a total of about 2 minutes. Worst service ever!!!!! This place sucks!!! read more

My driver, Anthony, very professional, rapid response time, I wasnt waiting long at all, dispatch gave me an estimated time of arrival an hour and half from the time I had called. Within 10 minutes, he was there and my car was on the truck shortly after arriving. He got the tow done in about an hour, my cars home safe. Thank you for being quick and efficient and professional, I will recommend Anthony and ceres tow to my family and friends, great customer service! read more

The customer for service from the female officer is so poor I couldn't even give it zero. She asked Mike if she does nothing wrong and over talk to aunt is very defensive and pretend like she has some kind of ego that it needs to be popped pretending like oh she's the owner she's the manager she's basically everything apparently that makes serious Makes pro row run. She would not even giving me her name her bosses name. If I review like myself I am taking my business software because there's plenty a tow companies that customer service is amazing and this one should take corners for that tree your customers like they're human and not $ read more

Earlier this week, my car overheated on 99 and I had to exit and park on a deserted country road. It was getting dark and a bit lonely. However the Pro Tow driver arrived rather quickly after the request was submitted. I felt like I was in good hands when Phillip arrived. Phillip, from Pro Tow had my SUV loaded and transported home rather quickly. He was very kind and had a great attitude. Thank you Pro Tow. read more

Terrible service. Completely unprofessional. Did not ask for ID or AAA card, did not even ask what the issue was just assumed a FULL tire needed to be changed. read more

Awesome service! I could not have been more pleased with the customer service. I received respectful and courteous service from the time I placed the call and including the professional service from Chris when he arrived to install the new battery. He was very knowledgeable about my VW Passat and was very helpful explaining the warrantee on the new battery. When Chris was delayed arriving the staff from the office called to let me know and apologized for the delay. Thank you AAA for using Ceres Pro Tow. It was very refreshing to have such wonderful service. Made my day. read more

The MPD called these guys to an accident, and I had the unfortunate "luck" of getting my car picked up by these guys. At the accident, in between the EMT the driver offered to "buy" our car and reduce the towing fee. The next business day, Monday, my $215 tow now carried a $410 fee the would increase nearly $50/day! THEIVES - if I gave them the title to my car, they would call it even! read more

I have a serious problem with the lack of service provided overall with a 2nd call being necessary after you guys 1st sent out someone in a pickup truck with a magnet on the side. obviously a contractor which isn't suprising for a Sunday except until it became even more obvious he was just gonna band aid and feed me some hella basic ass assumption on his part. much to my chagrin was the fact he would not be running any of the mandatory diagnostic testing you would expect explicitly concerning it was clearly identified to be a warranty issue especially considering the fact the first call I made in the day time yesterday was follow up to a call for 1230am jump I got (which I initially requested at 1030pm) last night....but wait it gets better cuz after I followed his advice and let it run for thirty min where it never died (thus proving it was and is not an alternator issue at all) I drove it to the gas station and made the mistake of turning off the car at the pump as the posted safety rule states you must. Low and behold the car refused to start because the battery is so dead and gone it won't hold the charge the alternator is trying to put in at idleing RPMs like the know it all technician assumed it would (without a single test ran in the 3 minutes he was in my driveway-seriously wtf) now at that point I'm making my third call to triple a in less than 24 hours and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes and scheduling another request for service at 330 pm I get a no show by your company when no doubt the same tech without the wisdom & foresight to the fact he should carry a replacement battery on truck nor the skills and knowledge necessary to assess the situation when one is clearly called for so of course that a-hole (pardon me but he clearly pulled a d move when) left me in the sun out to dry. Injury to insult was the fact wherein my buddy nearly went into a diabetic coma while we were marooned there at the pump isle with no update forthcoming from my repeated status update requests via text due to the fact no one from Ceres pro tow was even gonna show up especially not with the replacement battery I've needed and should be provided as it's guaranteed replacement is covered implicitly and the sole reason I purchased it from AAA to begin with. I swear to the god which had forsaken me on his day like he was still out on the back nine (or more likely sleeping off one too many rounds with odin while watching Mephistopheles fireworks last night) in all seriousness- I DONT EVEN WANT TO HAVE TO CALL AAA a fourth time later in the morning today which is now Monday for a new battery which I should have had yesterday. I need a tech out here at fn 7am or 8 at the latest and god forbid I have to make that 4tb call at 9 which I never wanted to make as I will be sure to demand a supervisor on the AAA side and give him a real piece of my mind and the serious medical situation which was created by that subcontractors negligence and failure to do his due diligence as he was required to in order to validate the warranty which I was guaranteed when purchasing the product through their company and the substandard service I received through their regional provider and why they should consider all of this when their contract comes up for bid again the next time. I'm just saying scenic tow never fucked me off like this last few experiences in the past 24 hours like you guys who clearly are beginning to feel entitled with the mpd Stan county and now AAA contracts i guess it was only a matter of time before you had to turn to stop gap hacks like that guy who ruined my day after a bad night that ruined my holiday the night before because that guy was seriously looking for a reason not to do any work and leave after I waited 90 minutes for him to show up. If the lots empty obviously I'm the guy with the AAA card number provided who called for the jump so why make a big deal about the Id when I had walked home with perishable items and to watch fireworks before I rode my bike back and realized I forgot my wallet when he shows up later. Thank God I had a picture in my phone's gallery or I would've snapped when he put it in gear in any attempt to leave especially if I had known how that next days encounter would end up as bad as this entire warranty guaranteed experience has proven to be. And that's all I have to say about that. Update: it's almost 9am and no response after I dropped that in their post call AAA customer service auto text inbox. Guess I have to call out of work now and deal with a write up as opposed to a no call no show like this company burned me with go put me in this situation yesterday afternoon.... read more

Very rude tow truck Driver. He said I don't get paid enough to do this shit. So he left. Had to call another tow company...

Had a vehicle stolen in these guys picked it up after sitting there and receiving a huge bill to get it I asked what I could do to get rid of it they told me to pay $270 with a release of liability and they would take it off my hands after thinking everything was okay I ended up getting a letter for collections 2 years later after calling to discuss with the manager I was treated horribly stating that they never do business this way. read more

I called AAA for a tow and Ceres Pro Tow was dispatched. I got a driver name Phillip who was very helpful and knowledgeable and ended up saving us a lot of grief, hassle, and money by telling us what the problem was. We recently called AAA because our battery was dead and they sent out Ceres Pro Tow. Chris was the technician that arrived to help us. I can't say enough about how helpful, courteous, generous, and thoughtful he was. Our battery was shot, and the ports were shot. GLORiA the receptionist at the Ceres pro tow showed the utter most disrespectful shown in customer service industry. She made comments toward my situation which was not professional in any way and continued to give me attitude while I'm there trying to get my car out. She made unnecessary remarks and judgment and I quote from her "it's not my fault u got ur car towed little girl". She did not wanna go out of her to call the MPD cause I lost my slip and her words were "do we reallly have time for that" and walked her to desk without a care. The guy kindly helped us when she refused. She wanted to antagonize and push the argument further when I was trying to apologize and got in my face when I was trying to apologize. Totally agree with S T. We also had the unfortunate "luck" of getting these guys called to pick up our car after a wreck. Ceres Pro Tow wouldn't release our vehicle because they said there was a hold on it and that we would have to contact CHP and get a release. Contacted CHP and they told us there was no hold and that the tow company was ripping us off. Found out from the dispatcher that the Ceres Pro Tow "driver" was the one who put the hold on it. Finally got the car after overcharging us for 4 days storage for $250 plus the $210 tow plus a $50 after hours fee to get the vehicle after their 8-5pm M-F hours....Could have had our car back within 24 hours except they kept giving us the run around so that they could charge us all these extra charges. Oh, and they don't accept checks. If they show up at your wreck, tell them you will call your own tow truck company to get your vehicle. read more

I never leave negative reviews but this place was so rude and unprofessional I just had to let everyone know, but just from reading the reviews I see I'm not the only one who had a bad experience. Triple A sent this company out to change a tire for me the lady I spoke to was so rude I don't know how this place stays in business after she hung up on me I called back to ask for her name she laughed told me she didn't have to give it to and hung up on me again I don't know who hired this lady no customer service skills what so ever. I will definitely be calling triple A and letting them know I will cancel my membership if they continue to use this company. Realized after she left me a message her name was Gloria. Avoid her if possible. read more

If I could give this place less than on star I would!!!! Office manager Tina, screamed at me calling me names because while I tried to answer her question she was speaking over me and I asked her not to. She then yelled at me to clam down and when I asked if she was OK with the tone I was now using she hung up on me! If AAA dispatches ceres pro tow ask for a company! Their driver doesn't know what he's doing. He hooked the truck up and pulled it with the tow truck while the truck was in park. Possible damage done (haven't taken it to the shop yet) asked them if they would be paying to have it checked out and that is when they got hostile with me! read more

My mother's truck broke down and the driver came quickly and loaded it up. My mom currently has bone cancer in her spine(she didn't mention this to the driver) and couldn't get up in the tow truck so she called me to pick her up and take her home. The driver told her, "I'm not leaving you. I'll wait with you until your daughter shows up." He was very friendly and waited until I got her in the car to proceed with the tow. He didn't charge more for the waiting. We were both very appreciative! read more

My mother had an accident in my vehicle yesterday. I was not there when it happened and my vehicle was towed to the Ceres Pro Tow yard. I called this morning to try to retrieve my items. I had a pleasant conversation with Mike the owner. He was very helpful and allowed me to make the arrangements I needed over the phone. Later that afternoon, I called back and spoke with Joel the Office Manager. He was also polite and friendly. They've been very accommodating and I haven't anything negative to say about this experience. Thank you for your help Ceres Pro Tow. You've succeeded in making a stressful event just a little less stressful. read more

This tow co. is a rip off. The driver will lie to you saying your ins wont pay if car is not towed. They will hook up your car without any cop calling them. They listen to police scanner and haul ass to the wreck. Then charge outrageous cost. A bad business , making big bucks charging top dollar for storage fees. The owner is a money hungry swine. read more

Just got towed back to Turlock from Ceres where our head lights went out. It was 10:30 pm and not a good ending to a nice evening. Our Driver was Leo and his pleasant, cheerful, helpful personality made it into a positive experience. Great job Leo! read more

After being denied service from MULTIPLE AAA providers (no one wanted to come out because I needed a battery replacement) Pro Tow ended up being my hero. Nick came out and was courteous, patient with me, and worked very quickly to get me back out on the road. He helped me even further by explaining to me some things I could buy on my own help my car run better. I am extremely lucky to have received their services and grateful and I highly recommend this business. read more

This is one of the worst towing company in central valley, the employees are inexperienced who will come out to assist after 45min and then just sit in there truck for another 20 to 30min talking over the phone just to waste your time then refuse the service and drive off leaving you stranded on the side of the road, why? because they don't have the necessary tools or knowledge and there lame excuse for not towing the car was "they don't feel safe towing this vehicle". I'm going to file a complaint to BBB and also file a lawsuit against this company for the damage they have caused to my vehicle. read more
