I had 2 trucks and a team of 4 (Yelaman, Mike, Daur and Sanchez). I actually arranged this move for my brother as a house warming gift. My brother was moving a 3/2.5 townhouse to a 4/3 house ~30 miles away. He had 60+ medium/large home depot heavy duty boxes, Washer/Dryer, a large garage metal shelf for boxes, beds, dressers, tables and night stands to be moved. Now I'm going to be completely honest. When these two trucks rolled in and these guys came out my initial thought was "can these guys actually move all this stuff in a reasonable time"? If you hire them you might even have the same thought. No offense to them, but clearly they are the definition of don't judge a book by its cover. These 4 guys moved all that stuff into the trucks within 3.5 hours including disassembling, plastic wrapping and a break here and there. Didn't even scuff a single thing. The stairways btw were very narrow too. And unloaded everything exactly where they were needed in 2.75 hours. They took direction very well and were extremely careful and professional. Just hire CEO moving and save yourself all the stress. First off, Alex is extraordinarily responsive, pleasant to communicate with, and flat out professional. I scheduled my move (from one residential home to another in the peninsula) and was notified one day prior to ensure everything was on schedule, including the day of. Very responsive, very professional. Now the move, seamless and straight-forward. I had Kaysey and two others in his team. Courteous, careful with items, and hardworking! There is no way I could've been as fast as this team if I were to do it on my own - not a chance. Additionally, they even worked with certain on-the-spot requests (i.e. packing items that weren't packed, moving furniture a certain way, and even helping us with our washer and dryer). Yes, they moved our washer and dryer - and installed it for us while removing the previous owners washer and dryer - just awesome service. This also included dis-assembly and re-assembly of our bedframes, moving our refrigerator, toys, and living room items. Wonderful service, great pricing, and great team. We have now used CEO Moving twice now for local and long distances. First was for a local move within San Mateo in 2021 and they were very careful and efficient. All the guys were super professional and kind. This current move was from San Mateo down to Orange County and again, they did a phenomenal job. To begin, I had a video call with Alex and Max to show them our space and the amount of stuff we had to get a quote. We were in an older 3 level condo with narrow (and somewhat treacherous stairs). CEO Moving sent over 6 strong men on moving morning (don't be fooled by their looks!) and got our 80 heavy ass boxes and all the furniture including a fridge down those stairs of death very quickly, which was fantastic because we got to drive down to our first stop in LA before 8 PM. Now we're here at our new home and they are just as efficient, courteous and professional. They really take care of the belongings and the home itself by laying out protection on the floors and stairs (which other companies did not do for us, and I've now moved about 7 times in the last 10 years). 5 stars and hearts for CEO Moving. read more

This is the 2nd time that I have used CEO moving. The 1st move was in the Bay Area from Danville to Walnut Creek. That move was on time and they took very good care of my furniture. The 2nd move was just completed. CEO moving, moved us from Walnut Creek to San Diego. The second move went amazingly. They loaded in Northern California and delivered to our new home in San Diego. There was so much to move with the house and also a storage unit that we had. They needed 2 very large trucks to accomplish this move. They told us when they were going to show and they arrived at the exact time promised. All of our furniture was blanket wrapped and plastic wrapped. CEO Moving was everything promised. There is no damage, bud they do have all the insurances in place should there be any damage. I recommend CEO very highly. I will use the a third time if it is ever necessary. We recently completed a long-distance move from the Bay Area (CA) to Boston (MA) and overall it was a smooth experience. 5 bedroom two-story house! There were 6 movers working on loading and 4 on unloading, and the whole team did a GREAT JOB ! Our movers were professional both during the loading and unloading, Team leader/Driver - Ole was constantly updating us about his itinerary to keep us in the loop. Pickup and delivery times were within the estimated window, though there was some a minor delay due to the weather condition. These guys are profesionals movers. They disassembled/assembled my bed, wrapped mattresses, nothing got damaged or dirty. They didn't struggle with a anything. They asked me where l wanted everything to go at my new spot. They're also super cool. Luke was our main move-guy, and he has such a great energy, and he is super good to communicate with. Of course they charge by the hour, but it was money well spent. Our move lasted for 7 hours, even though we thought we would only need 4 to 5. Who we kidding! The crew is professional and easy to work with. They arrived our place punctually and started the work relentlessly. They helped us pack a lot of our stuffs very carefully without damaging anything. We were worried about how to move our bed frame and TV but they handled them really well. Also, they helped us unpack and resemble our furnitures in a timely manner.
