I went for a mani/pedi. First they asked me to choose my nail color from a selection of nail polish bottles on the wall. I loved the color. They used this polish on my toe nails, but when it came time to do the gel manicure, the color polish they had color coded to match my toes was completely wrong. My technician tried several other colors, and we settled on one that was the closest. I will not return for this reason. The color I had on my toes I liked, but I did not like the color I had to settle for on my nails. They should do a better job of matching regular polish to gel polish. Other salons can do it, so it's not rocket science. The place is clean and the technician was very friendly. The gel manicure held up for three plus weeks. read more

I had an excellent experience at Century Nails a few days ago. Staying in the area for a short time, I arrived in town with my nails needing manicured. I called at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon asking to come in right then, they happily agreed. The salon is VERY clean and friendly. Multiple staff spoke to me, and the gal who did my manicure was so sweet. She took her time, although it was the end of her long work day, and did an outstanding job. read more

Dirtiest place I've ever experienced. Rudest and worst tech ever. Treated me like dog dirt. Manicure was done as quickly as possible. Didn't enjoy one second of it. Very few people there. So I got my nails done a couple weeks ago at different nail salon I picked the color I liked it , a lot of people thought it was a pretty color . anyhow I had to get them re-done on 9-7-19 because I couldn't get my contacts out of my eyes without poking my eyes out. so the salon I went to previously was closed on Sundays so I went to century nails closer to my house (Sep 7th) and the lady doing my nails ( seat 12) she's like "oh they're ugly" I'm like "what the way they were done or the color?" she's like "the color, the color is so ugly" I was like "oh I picked the color out." ... talk about no filter LOL but the French tip are my real nails they were nice the first 4 days. and she had the nerve to talk about my set b4 at least they lasted a month. needless to say I won't be going back to that place I know said that before about this place but this time I mean it. After seeing the other reviews, maybe my experience was a fluke? My mani and pedi turned out okay but its certainly not the best I've had, I just didn't feel like driving farther to my favorite place. My biggest complaint is that since I hadn't gotten a pedicure for awhile I definitely had calluses on my feet and my heels were in need of some TLC (hence going for pedicure!!!!) but she spent all of 30 seconds with the pumice. I left with nails that looked pretty but my feet were still rough and my heels were still dry. I basically had to come home and finish the pedicure myself. I could have just painted my own toes and saved $25. My manicure was also fine but nothing to write home about; the area around my nails that needed TLC was ignored. read more

This place has steadily deteriorated since opening. Very dirty. Horrible job on my nails. Technician kept sniffing because her nose was running. Took off her mask, wiped her nose on her bare hand, rubbed her hands together then wiped them on her shirt. Absolute slob. Worst manicure I've ever had - A friend and I went for manicures and I was somehow done 15 minutes before her. I'd blame it on the fact that he rushed through so quickly that there is more nail polish on my skin rather than actually on my nails. He also proceeded to put massive amounts of top coat on that automatically bubbled up. Water to soak my hands was super cold and overall, just not a good experience. Excellent customer service, very clean salon, and they really know what they are doing. I got the deluxe manicure and pedicure combo, it was $45. It includes hot stone massage, exfoliation, massage and hot towel wrap. They take their time!!! This, in my opinion is clutch and uncommon in the county. I will definitely be back. read more

My 2nd time ever getting nails done. First time here. Asked if gel nails would strengthen my nails. I was told "Yeah, yeah" Wanted $25 gel nails, and was told to pick color while the lady pointed at the wall. Picked a color and was told it was a 3d color. (okay but they didn't say it changed the price.) While my nails were painted the lady said 5 dolla more ( for a magnetic thing..) I asked how long the nails would last, the lady said 2-3 weeks. But at check out she took my card, didn't even tell me the price. It cost $ 40 dollars for gel nail! (I thought it would be like $30) 4 days later my nail broke. I asked for the polish to be taken off and a refund, got nothing. Ended up getting the "ignore the customer till she goes away" The guy actually and sat in a salon chair & whole salon ignored my request. BTW the nail files r reused, be concerned. Had a pedi and wasn't paying attention because I was talking with others. I looked down and was horrified at the brush just used on my feet. It was disgusting, had hardly any bristles left, it was OLD. I started paying attention. I saw some tools come out of paper so I assume sanitized, I also saw pumice, nail files and brushes come out of drawers, sanitation is questionable since the brush used on me was so disgusting. If I get fungus I will be just sick although not surprised. I will never go here again. read more

I couldn't get into my normal nail salon so I decided to give this place a try. I had read reviews and heard only good things so I called and made an appointment. I had gone in and the second I got in the door the manager was giving me the dirtiest looks I have ever gotten. The lady I had actually doing my nails was very nice and very kind however the manager is unbearable. Not only was she giving me dirty looks however the whole time she was gossiping about me in her own language...I only knew this because they would look at me and giggle. When it came time for the design I had showed the nail tech what I had wanted and she did a relatively good job, I mean it's acceptable but I would never ask her to do a design ever again. The price was to be expected. I had to run to target since I didn't have time to get money for her tip. When I went back to tip her I had asked her to fix some of the hearts, again the manager was incredibly rude. I then told the tech that I didn't like the design at all and to please remove it. The manager very rudely and in front of a whole nail salon stated "why didn't you say something in the first place"...I said well I didn't know I wouldn't be satisfied. This was the first and only time I will ever go here. Beyond horrible experience. The manager made this experience the worst due to her nasty attitude, rude looks and gossiping about me.
