Vivian was AMAZING!!! I am all about a high quality manicure, which is hard to find sometimes. When I moved here I looked into this place and the reviews of this place didn't meet my expectations, but I experienced nothing but 5 star quick service, friendly staff, and quality work. I am used to sitting at nail salons for hours and I dread wasting so much time, but this nail salon is anything but slow. They apparently have a 40 minute guarantee, each station has a timer on it. At first I didn't believe my manicure would be under 30 minutes but for someone like me... I was ecstatic at the possibility to leave under an hour. I was promptly greeted and told to check in, and quickly sat (6 minutes ahead of my appointment time). My nail tech was Vivian- she was super friendly and quickly set me up, helped me choose a color, and told me what she thought would look best for my skin tone. I appreciated the input!! I requested SNS dip plus tips for some extra length and she skillfully added tips and had my nails buffed in less than 5 minutes. The entire manicure was under 30 minutes and the quality of everything was great. No steps were missed, polish looks great and shaping was perfect. I will say they didn't offer lotion or a hand massage at the end, but I'm not complaining- I was so happy to be done that fast. $55 for a dip set with tips was also an amazing price. I have been getting my nails done for over a decade and I've seen it all. This nail salon is very aesthetically pleasing, is kept clean and staff are friendly. The services they offer are great and they also offer beverages (tea, coffee, soda, water, wine and more). Definitely will be returning! Couldn't be happier for a last minute appointment on a Saturday afternoon. read more

Just walked out of a manicure at LA Nails. Worst of my life. My nails are left rough and the polish was applied without care. I asked the technician to break a $20 for a tip. For a $20 manicure that took 10 minutes, she had the nerve to give me a $10 and 2 $5s - implying that she deserved at 30% tip for garbage work that I will immediately take off when I get home. My husband and I just moved to the area..... I was hoping this would be "my place" but was sooo disappointed. I'm a nurse and a runner and I paid for the deluxe pedicure. She barely spent 1 min with the pumice on my callouses and couldn't have been in more of a hurry to finish and paint my toes. When I got home, I still had areas that could've been worked on that were completely ignored. It's a shame.... But paying that price and getting such a low quality job, I will not be back. I've been coming here for years and I'm really disappointed to say I won't be coming back. This used to be a great place but they've gotten too busy to do a good job. Everything is extremely rushed. I got a gel manicure for $25 and my cuticles weren't taken care of, no lotion, no massage, and there's paint all over the sides of my nails. I could have done the same thing at home. I also wanted to add gold to the color but the owner was so busy and so aggressive that I was literally too scared to ask. Most of the girls are really sweet and really nice. I have never written a review in my life but today sent me Over the edge. This place does not care about their work. They want to make as much money as possible by getting you out quick. They do not care about the end result. I went in for a simple French manicure I had to ask my nail tech to fix several sloppy mistakes she was making along the way. I came in for a manicure following having powder dipped nails done by LA nails. To remove the powder dip, the technician used her fingernail to slide under the powder dip and rip off the polish. Needless to say, multiple nails of my own ripped in the process. She did a poor job at repairing them and now they are completely bumpy and uneven due to poor polish job she applied. i would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Honestly I am not that impressed. This was my second time here, I came in for a fill and had a great conversation with Jessie. Everything went well, the shaping was great but I was told I had to tip cash even though I could pay by card. That in itself was confusing, I ended up having to find an ATM and drive back to tip. I love the color I chose but after leaving and looking closer at my nails I am disappointed. I paid $35 for a fill and tipped $10 which is more than 20% but I don't think I will be back. read more

So I've been going to this place for years, and today I witnessed the owner disrespecting a customer in front of the other customers, and it was all about the fact that they are now making the customer responsible for the 3% card charge if you use either credit card or debit. I was using debit and I still got charged the fee. This is the responsibility of the business owner and not of the customer, especially when they give you a receipt for one charge and you sign for it and the next thing you find out in your bank account it's a few dollars more. read more

I would love to give zero stars. My daughter got a pedicure here, a regular pedicure, which cost $65. That's insane on its own, but she also developed a severe infection in her toe afterward. I have been coming to this nail salon for years and normally I LOVE my manicure. I normally think to myself, "This is the best manicure I've ever had!" but that all changed one sad, sad, Saturday morning. I made an appointment because I know it gets busy. My friend who just moved here came along with me. She's new to the area and I wanted to show her my favorite nail salon. Luckily for her once she sat down, she stayed sitting and got a great manicure. About 30 seconds after we sat down they made me move to another chair... then they made me move to another chair. I went on a Saturday morning and Someone else did my nails and by Tuesday 2 of them had snapped off. The nail polish was lumpy. My cuticles ached. It was awful. I went back in the first chance I had no other obligations which was the following Friday. I told them that I had been in about a week prior and luckily they recognized me and they 'fixed' my nails free of charge. When she was finished she asked me if I liked them and I was so frustrated that I said yes, told her thank you and left. Needless to say unless I can get an appointment with My who is actually INCREDIBLE I will not be returning. read more

Myself and three friends came here after work at 7:15 when they close at 8. The lights were off when we pulled up and they came out to the car and banged on the window. They gave us attitude that they had to stay for us and couldn't go to a holiday party. Nothing was clean and sterile. There was a toenail on one of the chairs. The water was cold for our pedis. The one lady was coughing all over our feet and wouldn't cover her mouth. NASTY. They didn't clean anything when we left just turned off the lights. I was the last client for the day and the nail tech assigned to me was not thrilled. Her English was poor- that's not the client's problem but I wasn't even aware of that until to late. She tried to pass me off to another nail tech at first bc she wanted to leave. I immediately offered to do a pedi only if time was an issue but she chose to rush carelessly with my mani and pedi instead. It appeared that she didnt have experience or skill and no attention to detail. When she realized I was in tears about my nails another girl took over my mani. The manager tried to finish the terrible evening by wanting to redo the whole thing after they had filed down all my nail length trying to fix the shape. I was exhausted at this point and need to go home! Total of 3 nail techs worked on me which probably made it worse. They didn't bother filing down the excess gel polish on the nails. No hand massage either, just slapped on some lotion on my fingers. A lot of the cuticle was not trimmed and polish applied haphazardly with no regard to cuticle shape. Each nail has a a different shape to it now. Needless to say, all the tears I cried on my way home could not make my nails any better or at least how they were before I walked into this salon. They gave me $10 off the whole service which I tipped the nail tech. The discount DID NOT fix the issue and there was no nail length left to fix it at this point. I used to come regularly before covid but I should probably stop. If you need your nails looking pretty for something important, this is not the salon for you. If you don't care or like to take a gamble, then they are your people. read more

In addition, once the timer went off, the employee left globs of lotion on my back and left the room. Very disappointed. I got a spa pedicure and the girl that did my toes was facing the direction of her coworkers talking the entire time and it was SO rushed. She didn't even file my toe nails. The paint was lumpy and I had to ask her to redo it. There ended up being nail polish all over the top of my flip flops and sugar scrub on the back of my calves when I got in the car. i am extremely disappointed in my nails. i have been coming here for as long as i can remember and i haven't experienced anything like this before but it's unacceptable. i left this salon with glitter polish left all over skin and big clumps making my nails look uneven. i even showed a picture to help things go smother and it looks nothing even close. my service wasn't that great either. she kept getting up in the middle of my nails to do something else. i started 5 minutes before my friend and she got hers done 15 minutes before mine with a better outcome. i am in shock at how i left this salon read more

A friend and I went here yesterday and each had a mani/pedi for $32. They accept credit cards - all except AmEx I believe. You must leave tips in cash, not on the card. We were both really happy with our experiences here, the place is clean, the staff was nice and friendly but not overbearing. They seemed to have a nice assortment of colors to pick from, but again I am no expert on this so hopefully someone else will chime in. For me - I had plenty of options. I noticed they do the gel nails too if you want that, did not note the price though. The pedicure part of the treatment was really long and I had a nice leg and foot massage, I am guessing it's all part of the package because we did not request any of this but happily accepted it! I had Tracy who I would see again! She did a great job on shaping and cleaning up my messy sad little fingers and toes. We noticed that they do facials and eyebrow, face, bikini, leg waxing and more.
