What a horrible experience! We came looking to buy electric clippers. They don't have the actual…read moreboxes out to buy, but paper slips that you take up front and then they go grab the clippers from the back. An anti-theft thing. Totally fine with that. We go to buy the clippers and they are $99 in store, but $77 if we buy online from petsmart.com. They say there is nothing they can do about that. Also fine I guess. Stupid, but fine. We are in a hurry so we just buy them. The employee says the person who can grab them for us out of the back is on break and we will have to wait. We wait 20 minutes before the person gets back from break. They go to the back and then come back out saying they are actually out of stock of those clippers! At this point we've waited 30 minutes. They look up in the system and tell us a different petsmart location has them in stock and we can go buy them there. Then they make us "return" what we already bought because they can't just let us go pick them up from the other store. How is this location still in business? Why do we even bother going to a brick and mortar?? Amazon it is from here on out.

I went into the grooming salon, was checking in and the gal tells me they won't groom him. Why? Because he came in with a muzzle! WTF!!! Rude and condescending I told them this was BS my dog doesn't bite or anything else. He just has a loud, annoying bark. too bad thats the Petsmart policy!!! i grabbed my purse and was walking out and a gal called after me in a condescending voice. "Have a nice day" i told her to " F.O" and within 10 minutes i had another appt for my dog with a " Decent" groomer!!! i'll never go to Petsmart again. i see why they have such crappy reviews! ive spent a lot of money with Petsmart but i will not buy the food, toys, treats, grooming EVER AGAIN!!! Don't take you pets there! they are awful!

After our 15 day boot camp and personal lessons she has come a long way. Of course she's a dog and a young lab mix, so she still is high energy and "Go, Go, Go!" But she has far more restraint now. The team will train your pup in whatever language you choose or multiple if you decide to go that route. We chose German and they did a great job following our choice. Everyone is friendly and love to have your dog join them for training. Laika, our pup, was so excited to go to training every day when we dropped her off in the morning. If you need training and want to know your dog will be respected and loved like you do at home, go with K9 Fluent. When I was considering which company to go with for training, I was most concerned with the different methods companies use to train the dogs. K9 Fluent will demonstrate their methods and show you the difference between E-collar and a shock-collar. I detest shock collars, and was a bit hesitant about an E-collar, but after I was able to test the collar on myself I completely understood my dog would not be hurt or punished by pain when being trained. You won't regret this, get your graduation photo on the board along with Laika!

I have had two of my dogs treated at this location. They have specialists on staff that can handle…read moreissues that a neighborhood vet is not equipped to treat. When I first started coming here on referral from my regular vet, the owners were not allowed to go inside due to the pandemic. Upon arrival, I had to park in a numbered parking spot out front, call the number on the sign, and someone would come out and take my dog inside to see the vet. The vet would then call me to discuss the appointment findings and the recommended course of action. Once the visit was complete, the tech would bring my dog back out to me. More recently when I've visited, I was able to go inside with my dog and wait in an exam room. However, when the vet examined my dog, the tech would take my dog to another location where I was not present to see what was happening. I prefer to be with my dog during the visit. My latest visit was because my dog had a serious issue, and we ended up having to make the hard decision to put her down. Mountain West performed the procedure in a special bereavement room with a couch. It was nice that they separated me from the busy exam rooms and waiting room of the facility for this painful process. During all of my visits, the staff were friendly and accommodating. A few things I wished were different are that I have always asked but never received a printed copy of the visit summary for my dogs. They are very automated and seem to prefer to not print anything. And it is hit and miss with getting the summary via email also. Also because they are an emergency facility, they post on the walls and doors that there may be a long wait due to possible emergencies coming in. I usually have waited no less and 1 hour and as much as 5 hours during my appointment. There does not seem to be a option for a quicker turn around.

The minute we arrived they immediately took care of my dog; from the medical assistants, front office personnel and major kudos to Dr. Jess! This group of professionals showed such care, kindness, and compassion, keeping me informed about everything. I am pleased to say my puppy is back to being happy and healthy thanks to this great healthcare group as well as my family veterinarian, Dr. Grover. What a blessing to have this great team in our area! I definitely give them five stars!
