Linzy and her staff are superior groomers. My dog is temperamental which makes him harder to groom, but they always does an amazing job with him. He wont even let us brush his legs or cut his nails without trying to bite us, but he has really warmed up to her and all of her staff. They are very patient with him, while also getting him in and out of the appointment quickly, and at a great price. I would really love if electronic payment or cards were accepted; it's cash only, which is my only drawback. read more

Oh my goodness! I was so pleased with Brush, Bath and Beyond It was hard to think about my fluffy pup getting his first cut but I am so happy we did it. He came home beautifully blown out and smelled amazing! The cut was nothing less than perfect. Russell is getting constant compliments and was so happy afterwards. I dropped him off around 9am and picked him up around 4pm. Well worth the wait.. I have a large pup so it was kind of pricey but WOW! We are traveling from out of town and our new pup needed a haircut so bad. He's fully vaxxed but we missed our time period at home. Thankfully Brush, Bath and Beyond were able to get him in over the weekend. They explained to me that with his first groom he may not be able to be cut all the way, which is completely understandable. They did a great job and they were so kind. They were also showing so much love to our little Mini Schnauzer, Smokey. His tail wouldn't stop wagging. I'm so thankful we found this groomer. We travel in and through Utah often and we will definitely bring Smokey next time we're in Utah. They take care of our dogs SO WELL! We love them. Big big fan. One of pups is super skittish, and had a melt down when they used the blow dryer. They let me come back and calm him down while he was getting dry. That was the first time. Since then he's gotten better and better and now he's happy when he knows when I drop him off. The first time I took my puppy here it was great. Second time they told me my requested groomer was no longer employed there, but I gave them a chance anyway. It was a good experience, but I hated my dogs haircut and it didn't look anything like the photo I showed them. The third visit was last week and they shaved my dogs belly (blamed matting, but still didn't need to be completely shaved) and charged me $80 more than the previous 2 times. The next day we noticed a red spot of his belly. We contacted them to see if anything happened, and they told us it was razor burn, was a common occurrence, and would be fine. Fast forward a few more days and our dog has a completely infected belly, won't eat, fevered, and lethargic. We ran him to the vet who told us he was cut, not razor burned, and there would have been blood so they would have known and should have disclosed that to us. On top of it, he has a eye infection which they said was almost likely caused from unclean grooming tolls and here we are 3 antibiotics, pain meds, an emotional rollercoaster and hundreds of dollars later. We contacted them and they offered no reimbursement of services but said they would pay the vet bill if we brought in an invoice and they could contact the vet to prove it. I get mistakes happen, and It would have been a much different story if they were upfront with us, but that's not been our experience. Do not go here! read more

I'm not sure where to begin...The groomer dropped one of my senior dogs from the top cage to the floor. I found a giant gash on my other senior on his upper chest where he'd been badly cut and injured! Loraine didn't tell me she cut him and the injury was not there before. My senior dogs are shih tzus and were groomed regularly formerly at another location but their faces were butchered here, cut short around their mouths and uneven and now look nothing like shih tzus and will take a long time for the hair there to grow back to look normal again. My dogs look nothing the photos shown on their advertised grooming site. What a horrible experience my senior dogs had to endure! read more

to say i'm disappointed is an understatement. i've been taking my dog here for 3 years, every 6 weeks and i can promise today will be my last. i don't even know where to start with my complaints because the list goes on and on as of the last few months. 1) i dropped him off for his appointment at 9 am and didn't receive a call to pick up my dog until 6+ hours later; when i asked why it took so long they said "they overbook themselves" they have said this multiple times, at first i was understanding but now it's frustrating. 2) they recently started charging a fee if your dog has an accident. okay i understand this BUT they don't take my dog out to use the bathroom, they just lock him up and then try to charge a fee if he has an accident? i'm sorry but i shouldn't pay a fee for your neglect of my dog. 3) they raised their prices an absurd amount? i have a small 15 pound dog and they expect me to pay almost $80? AFTER he's been locked up for 6 hours. absolutely not. 4) my dog has anxiety and the vet has me give me a relaxer before going so he isn't so stressed out, but what's the point if i give it to him before his appointment and it has worn off by the time they ACTUALLY start at 2 pm. 5) customer service IS AWFUL. my favorite groomer no longer works there (don't blame her) and they said "they tried to tell her clients" but obviously not since it's been almost 2 months and we have been very loyal to her. this place has really let me down the last few months and i am very disappointed with what it's become. read more

I have never had such a bad experience with groomers in the 15 years that I have owned dogs! I began taking my four dogs to Brush, Bath, and Beyond four years ago. I book online, and have for as long as I have been aware of this option. Their website is not very mobile friendly, and I have to double check that I have selected the grooming service that I need. Apparently I didn't check closely enough, and I accidentally chose bath and brush instead of a full groom. When I arrived and found out that there was an issue, I asked if their schedule would allow for a full groom on my dog. The manager said yes, but it would be a $10 error fee. About four hours later, I received a vague voicemail from the manager saying that my dog (who is only a year and a half and only they have groomed), is out of control and deficated on herself repeatedly so I need to pay more fees. I returned the call but no one answered . . . For over half an hour. I ended up calling another location just to find out if my dog was ok. The other manager looked through the files of all my dogs and told me that they had never had issues like this with any of my dogs, which is what I had always been told when picking up my dogs and everything would work out great when I picked up my dogs. (This took a few phone calls, and a fair amount of time.) When I picked up my dog, the owner condescendingly explained how to book online and was surprised when I explained that I had been booking online for quite a while without "error fees." Then both the manager and the owner lectured me on how they spoke with the other manager and my dog was alway poorly behaved so I can now be prepared for next time. Because I could not get a straight story on what was happening with my dog, I know that either 1) something happened during this visit that horribly traumatized my dog or 2) my dog gets anxious during haircuts and the groomers at Brush Bath and Beyond decided not to keep me informed regarding my dogs' care when they are at the groomers. Either way, I will be working with a groomer who understands good communication and customer service so that I can trust that my dogs will be safe when they are groomed. read more

I have heard such amazing things about Linzy. We have called multiple times to try and schedule and no one returns our calls or ever answers. I am so bummed that returning calls or even answering them in the first place is not a prioroty. I know we can book online and so we did so, but had a conflict and needed to reschedule. They provide a number to call for rescheduling and surprise surprise they don't answer that one either! I'm sad that someone who seems so talented is missing business because whoever is running this business can't seem to get the customer service part down. read more

We have been using Linzy and BB&B for about three years. The way she interacts with our pet family has been terrific! She puts our Pretty Pittie at ease even when he's getting his nails cut, which he hates! She has been super accommodating, picking up our cat from Centerville for grooming, since my wife doesn't drive. She gave our 3-legged rescue cat a lion cut and he actually loved it! He was so much more affectionate after his grooming! The prices are very fair, and the quality of Linzy's work speaks for itself. She works out of her home, but her equipment and facilities are professional quality. We use BB&B for all of our grooming needs for all of our pets. read more

This place is amazing! I have a rescue pup who came to me with many trust issues. I didn't know how I was going to find a groomer sensitive enough to work on him. I found just that at Bath Brush and Beyond. My pup always comes home happy and looking terrific. In addition, their prices cannot be beat. They are half of what I would pay at Petco or Petsmart! My sister even takes her 15 year old cat there to be shaved. This is truly a five star establishment! read more

I've tried to like this groomer. I really did. First, I can make an appointment online, I like that. It's usually for a 2 hour window. I've never had it take less than 4. I've had it take up to 7 hours. Second, my dog has gone twice for a full groom and I've had to take him to the vet afterwards because his glands were expressed properly. My dog has a ton of discomfort when this happens and it costs me more to take him to the vet. Third, today I expressed concern regarding the anal glands and told the owner I was going elsewhere because of the extra vet costs and discomfort to my dog and the response I got didn't seem like I was valued as a customer at all! read more
